    You got what you paid. There are reasons why this hotel charges the lowest in the area. Late check in at 3PM. They said free breakfast but only coffee and little muffins, no fruits or milk. Don’t expect too much with the price you paid. Honestly, the room we booked double full sized beds was OK with kitchen, but no dryer, dishes or utensils. Free parking and free internet. Check out at 11AM. The shower leaks droplets on the tub, noisy all night.

    Walked into room and the bed wasn’t made nor did the bed have a blanket. We also found 2 roaches in our “King Suite”. Asked for them to make the bed and and possibly bring a blanket up while we went to dinner and the blanket was in a plastic trash bag on the front desk when we got back with our room number written on the bag. Completely appalling smell throughout the whole floor we stayed on and a dog was barking all night. Reeked of animal urine and trash.

    The hot water was hot. There were no chairs in my room. There was no shower curtains. The restroom counter top was stained and burned. There was no cable TV. In fact, there wasn't even a coaxial for local stations. The tub had a huge patch of caulking. And the drawer front was missing from one of the kitchen drawers. Without a doubt, this hotel was the worst I have ever stayed in. I will not return to nor use any other Extended Stay hotel.

    Didn’t get the rooms I booked. The rooms smelled horrible. No trash bins other than the bathroom. Only a sheet was on the bed. Parking didn’t feel safe at all. People hanging around property. The only good thing about the place was the employee at the front desk. She handled the mix up well and I know it wasn’t her fault and she couldn’t do anything about it. I’ll never book there again.

    As soon as we walked in the front desk immediately told me if we had booked a certain room that had already booked it hours before to someone else despite our reservation. So there was no room for us. The lady then walks away without even looking up our reservation. She then checks it and says ya we don’t have that room anymore. Assured me I wasn’t charged and could go.

    My stay was April 6-7, 2026. The parking was adequate. As I approached the lobby I could see a man standing out front smoking. I entered and paid for my one night and entered my room and immediately smelled Pinesol. The furniture was in bad shape and the sheets didn't look clean on one side of the bed. One lamp was missing a lightbulb. The tv worked but not the volume control on the taped up remote control. The air conditioner was on but It was cold so I turned the heater on and it made a really loud noise while on. Baby roaches were crawling from the bottom of the tub so there was no way I was changing my clothes in this nasty place. I saw a big roach and left the facility. The front desk left a note that no one was there to help you after 11pm. If I saw this many roaches along with previous complaints, this is an infestation and management is well aware they have a huge problem they are ignoring it and need to shut down and gas the building and return the money they have stolen from innocent customers like myself.

    I made reservations a month in advance and once I made it to the hotel I was total they had just sold the room I had reserved. Did not offer any assistance whatsoever in finding another place to stay. Finally found another hotel to stay approximately an hour away after driving all day to get here. Definitely would not recommend

    The General Manager was A total immature person for being a manager to say the least.. she had to remind me once to pay my room rent the second one i was on my way to make the payment and she just told me to get out by 11 she didn’t want me there..     Maybe buy a new bathtub when the bottom has a hole in it instead of covering the large hole with duct tape and smearing sealant over the top. The mattress felt like an air bed. Don’t forget to bring your own breakfast because the breakfast to go only includes a lousy cup of coffee and if you aren’t already totally dismayed by the condition of the room the clerk will have an issue finding your reservation until it passes midnight then they will charge you for another day and early check-in fee. I would have given the place zero stars unfortunately that isn’t an option.

    Parking was easy. Safe, it all just looked Sketchy. Even if I wanted to cook there was no utensils available in the kitchen area. The bathroom ran out of toilet paper, when I finally got a hold of the front desk over the phone I was told they ran out. That was my first and last time there.

    The room was mostly clean. The property in general is just old and needs updated. The entrance to the building away from the office was propped open with a block the entire time I was there. Absolutely zero security. There was a homeless guy charging his phone right outside of that same door and peeing on the building when I came out the first morning. In my room, someone had tampered with the windows so you could not lock them. I ended up removing a propped up quarter from one of the windows and a piece of plastic from under the other one. I was able to lock the windows afterwards. Someone had used wet toilet paper to block off the people to the hallway, assumably so no one could see in the room. I believe someone had been coming in from the outside through the windows. Probably would be safer to stay on the second floor. But, I got the cheapest room in the area so I didn't expect much. It doesn't appear like anybody was in my room when I wasn't there. I did speak to the front desk when I checked out so they knew what was happening in that room.

Also before I could get my and my child situated. There were roaches everywhere! This place wasn’t as it was advertised. Didn’t clean the room before I arrived and didn’t clean the room at all during my stay. I think because they know most people who choose this place are desperate they don’t put in any effort to make it habitable.

    When I booked on Hotels.com interface showed the hotel had 5 rooms of the type I requested and 8 of a different kind of room, but Customer service at the Hotel had to call the hotel, but they never answered, so I was in limbo.... Spent an hour on chats with Hotel.com - had to restart the chat 3 times and it disconnected repeatedly, requiring me to start over with the process - as told, I had to have my refund reviewed later, and I would get a response via Email. So I had to book a hotel with a different service to get a hotel for the night.

    The room was very nasty, the tub was dirty, very dusty, looked like it hasn’t been clean in idk how long. I waited for check in for like 20 mins after arriving with another guest. Looked like the clerk had been in the back sleep because she never heard the phone ringing or answered. I will never ever stay here again! Walking in it stunk really bad and was dirty, if it wasn’t already super late I definitely wouldn’t have stayed and tried to go somewhere else, the only thing that was clean was the bed, tv didn’t work.

    There was blood in my shower, doubt my shower was even cleaned, blood on the bottom of shower too shower faucet leaking & loose, toilet leaked when flushed. After work I tried to switch rooms, waited along w 3 others, no one came to front desk @ 11pm. Went out to car to be called a “trick & hoe” ppl roaming all around parking lot. Went back next day just to shower. Front desk tried her best to accommodate. This was above something she should have had to handle. I felt bad for her. I’m trying to reach someone for a full refund. Apartment was out of hot water all I needed was a shower.

    The service at the front desk is very poor. The room is dirty and falling apart. There are no actual body towels. The bathroom was disgusting. The beds had dirty linens. There were no pillowcases on the bed pillows. The hallway reeked of smells related to smoking in a supposedly non-smoking hotel. The latch was not properly secure. Very unsafe property.

    Easily the worst hotel I’ve stayed in and I stay in a lot in Fort Worth. Filthy bathroom, every area had a stain of some sort. The tv didn’t work. The room was supposed to be a non smoking room but reeked of cigarette. The bed was the cleanest part of the room. The night stands were dirty and one had a small puddle left on it. The staff at check in was kind.

    And that room has no toilet paper, no shower curtain, mold in the ceiling is the bathroom and mold all over the outside fridge I ask for a blanket and I get handed a crinkle sheet and told that is the blanket. I had to move all my things by hand as they had only one cart and it was in use....I had a full ice chest and a case of water among my regular luggage

    We were told that the rooms that we reserved were not available at this hotel. Even at check in they did not tell us that the rooms we reserved and prepaid for did not exist at the hotel, instead they gave us the room that they had and only when we entered the room did we learn that our reserved and paid for room type was not available.

    This place was so nasty and sketchy I did not stay. I arrived at 2:30pm and was told I could not check in until 3pm. After looking at the lobby and surrounding area. I felt very scared to stay there, so I went to a different hotel and paid extra money to stay there.

    First room AC unit was broke. Next one the neighbor next to me had a Loud TV or recording studio was going on till 11pm. Front desk lied and told me there were no more rooms when there were I checked. I had a thin sheet for a blanket. No shower curtain. The neighbor upstairs was running around till about 1AM and started again at 4,5,6AM woke up and found BLACK MOLD on the AC unit vents. This place needs to be looked into it was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel.

    When we arrived at check in time, we were informed that our reservation was cancelled. Dee, the lady working the front desk, was apologetic and went above and beyond. She got Expedia on the phone and got everything straightened out and handled. She was definitely the best part of our experience

    After I signed in to a room that was occupied it was down hill from there. The door of the new room hardly opened without force. upon first glance it seemed clean enough but upon inspection counter tops were dirty,nightstand had catsup and something else sprayed all over it. In the bathroom bottom of tub was dirty(due to slow drainage)ceiling had yellow spots of some nature on it and the sink counter had black gunk all over it. The heating cooling system hardly work .Sheets only on the bed no blankets ask for one they were out. floor was do dirty I walked from the bath to the bed and got black dirt all over my bare feet. Elevator was out for two days. the list goes on and I have photo proof. I will say the staff top to bottom were very kind and helpful ,but little they could actually do. Every time I went passed the lobby people were in line to complain about some issue. I did not bother to do so myself since no results seemed to be offered.

White flecks all over the floor like paint, sink was full of debris and furniture was so dirty it could be wiped off with a finger. When I went down to complain was informed they have a no refund policy. Was staying for work because of the threat of an ice storm.

    It was suppose to be a non smoking room , and it was smoking, even though it said non smoking. it was so bad that my kids , myself and my husband were choking and coughing we couldn’t stay in it but long enough to take a video. Along with me beinging at high risk pregnancy it made me so sick . There was cigeratte butts everywhere , dog hair , dog poop, no sheets on the bed. It was ridiculous. The lady at the front desk was very nice. But over all we could not have stayed here at all. It was the worse of worse.

    The front desk staff was very pleasant but the quality of the hotel was not good. Nothing like the pictures portrayed on the site. The entire place smelled of marijuana and body odor. Bugs on the towels. Wasn’t able to rest due to being worried someone would break in to our vehicle. I was told there was a security guard but I didn’t see him the entire time we were there. It was not a good experience.

There was sketchy dudes hanging around the parking lot. I had to let it be know I was carrying my “ Service weapon” because they were starting to act scatchy like they were planing on robing us so I’m glad I had cameras on my truck and carry my service weapon because they backed off real quick when they found that out and saw it they didn’t want to FAFO & moved on The hotel reeked of marijuana smell and had a heavy smoke and pee smell in the down stairs hallways were our room was The room reeked of pee a & Chemical smell as soon as we walked in first impression looked rundown The bathtub had a bulge in the floor no drain cover. The bathroom didn’t look very clean like it should have been they half butt clean it. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the sheets & blanket were uncomfortable To say the lease we couldn’t sleep worth a crap. So we get told by front staff during check in that check out was 11a-12p anything after 12 you had a late check out fee ok cool Then why was housekeeping knocking on our door at 10:25am thank good I latch the door as the try to open it and me yelling occupied then again 10:30am. Asking us why we haven’t checked out excuse me isn’t check out 11 to 12 so that was very rude of staff to try and rush us out like that I don’t not recommend.

    When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk. I had to wait for a while until someone finally arrived. When I got to the room, it had a smoke smell to it and the bed looked like it belonged in a jail cell.

    The main lobby area was not cleaned, needs to be upgraded. The bed had no blanket, just sheets. The room was not appealing. Upon entering the floor you could smell fried food cooking. A screen was out of one of the front windows. (not a good site). The desk clerk was very nice with trying to accommodate my family with another room because they had overbooked rooms.

    Stayed over 10 days and room never cleaned, no fitted sheet had to ask for one, no kitchen utensils as advertised, had to take off bedding and towels and take to front desk to be washed, and had to go back later for them. Dogs off leashes, smoking marijuana by doors, broken glass, etc.

    Extended Stay America Fort Worth City View was very disappointing! We showed up at noon and asked if we could check in early. They said no, come back later. We came back at 6:00 and they told us that they had over-booked, no room for you, call Hotels.com. End of story. Who overbooked them? What were we supposed to do? Not their problem. They showed no customer interest or empathy at all. This has never happened to me at any other property.

    Was unable to check in due to over booking after being told an hour after check in time that i would be able to come back and check in. No one ever called me to notify me that they changed my hotel to a different one that was 30 minutes away from the hotel i booked, making it an hour away from where i would need to be the next morning. I had already gone by 2 times prior with no room available. I called the other hotel they rebooked me to and had to cancel since it was too far away.

    Staff was friendly but they had no toilet paper even after i asked they still didnt bring it. Got rudely woken up several times during the week do to loud tenants. there was even a fight of some sort not far from my door during the middle of the night.

    They stole $90 from me costing me $125; the $90.56 for a room that I never was allowed to stay in cause they said they was over booked, so I had to go get a room elsewhere, the $90.56 charge overdrew my account which pulled what they could put my savings and charged a $5.00 fee for that, then charged me a $30.00 overdraft fee for a transaction that I never authorized. My card was suppose to be used to hold my reservation and I was suppose to pay at the property during check in. Theft by deception!!!!!!

    The staff is nice and professional. The residents are quiet. I didnt feel like i was in danger at all. I would recommend working on cleaning a little bit more. A couple spots were visibly dirty. Another thing is I had to wait a few hours for my room even though I booked my room 6 weeks in advance

    This was the worst hotel EVER!!! We checked In and the room they gave us was not cleaned and there were no sheets or bedding even on the beds. Went back down and told them and they gave us another room and open the door and it was a filthy gross dirty storage room where they kept the furniture. It was disgusting. Went back down and told the front desk again and she was like I don’t know what to do for you we don’t have any other rooms. She was no help at all and didn’t care we had 2 small kids with us and no room now. So we had to leave and find an another hotel at 9:30 at night. Not happy at all !!!

    Facility was mis-represented on Expedia site. Pictures make it look like a clean, safe place which it is not. We walked out after seeing the dirty carpet, unclean room, standing water in bath sink and people hanging around the property. Looked like a halfway house for homeless. I'm sorry for those that have to stay there but it should not be listed as a travel site on Expedia at any price.

    I started to give an entire run down of what happened when I settled into my room at this property- but to get straight to the point I found mold and because I used the restroom and ironing board they said I wasn’t allowed refund because I used the room. It doesn’t change the unhealthy condition of the room. I wouldn’t recommend this place nor would I recommend Expedia they allow these standards and support properties.
