Many shops of all kind in immediate area and yes for all ages.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The rooms showed is not what you're getting and the people at the front desk are either rude or do not care about your concerns. Never come here!
-
It does not meet the advertised specifications.

Rentavations Are Going On. The Rooms Are Old. They Did Not Clean the Room. The Towel and Wash Clothes Were Dingy. You have to Purchase Your Own Bath Room Tissue and Soaps. I purchased Towels to Use Also. One Staff Member Was Nasty-Nasty Attitude towards Me. They Don’t Explain Anything To You. Do Not Put A Card on File.

No deposit, clean, friendly staff, free wifi, free breakfast.

The place was sold out when I got there

It is run-down, dirty, and in disrepair. I would never stay at one of these properties again. I took the deal because it was very cheap. You get what you pay for.
-
Stayed they for 1 night. Both myself and my daughter caught pink eye after that one night. When I went down to get a refund for the other nights I had pre paid for, the person working couldn’t help me. I had to call back then wait 9 days for a refund.

It was good for the price very spacious nothing to shabby.

Truly awful. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Lamps that didn’t have lampshades, no toilet paper, no towels, bed bugs, mold, rotten wood. They had to upgrade our room twice and it was still so bad. Will never stay here again. This is not me exaggerating at all - do not let anyone you know stay here.

Hallways were filthy trash everywhere. Room was subpar. Dilapidated and falling apart. The bed was probably the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in and the pillows were as my boyfriend called them “wafer” pillows. We could have stayed in a much better more updated hotel for the money. The people staying here are shady. We had someone knock on our door around midnight and then go outside and knock on our window. The staff at the front desk were very nice. When we were checking out there was a girl in the lobby on the bench obviously either just got high or had overdosed on something. I will never stay here again.

Did not meet my expectations.

This hotel is filthy and run down, as my family and I found out that all The InTown Suites are usually half way houses, our linen was stained on the bed, hotel staff were not friendly, there was nothing good about this hotel at all, no maid service to clean rooms, our room was dingy, bathroom was dirty. Dog barking in room next door all night, bad odor in the hallway, elevators haven't been inspected in over two years. This place needs to be removed form your Hotel list

⏺️Kitchens are always a cool addition to any room. ⏺️Front Desk Rep was kind and helpful. ⏺️Beds were large and comfortable. Dislikes: ⏺️Not being able to reach the front desk because of phone issues. ⏺️ Housekeeping with a little more effort could have provided us with a clean tub. ⏺️Had to purchase bleach to whiten the tub for use. ⏺️Guest aren't allowed change of towels unless they are doing extended stay for a week or more. 🤔 ⏺️Did not bother to ask about change of bedding. A person could have a bed wetter and have to just deal with it. ⏺️The door locks didn't feel secure at all.

When I arrived the desk clerk was arguing with the handyman and saying how overbooked they were. She asked him if room 101”still had that smell in it”. He said no and she gave me the key. The smell WAS still in it. The room they gave me had a/c that didn’t work, a sink that wouldn’t drain and towels like sandpaper. People were milling around in the hallways and outside. There were no decent places to eat nearby. Pass this one up!

No iron. No daily housekeeper. Key didn't work. Went back in fourth to front desk to have key activated 5 times

Worst experience at a hotel ever. I booked a studio suite, and was given a room with a full size bed on what looked like an army cot. Kitchen sink was dirty, the refrigerator wouldn't close do to built up ice, nada the room smelled of cigars.......

My bathroom light didnt work the whole time i was there. I brought this to their attention on 3 different occassions and nothing was done. Staff barged into my room on 2 separate occassions due to their clerical mistakes. The 1st room i went to didnt even have a bed setup. Im not just speaking of no sheets, no pillow cases... the matress was leaning on the wall!!!! The 2nd room had the bathroom light issue, getting barged in on, the door wouldnt lock properly....smh. Poor in every way, form, or fashion

This place should be closed down. The room had a blood stain in the carpet, the people there in other rooms were loud. The room was also very old looking, and had a horrible smell. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this dump.
