The Chocolate Suites

Very close to the center of Bruges. Room and stairwells decorated very cute, they made you smile no matter how tired you were coming back. Beds were comfortable. Towels needed to be upgraded and replaced. They were very thin!

Location and room size No breakfast options.

Decoration y the welcome chocolates in the room. The location was exceptional, right in the centre. No breakfast on offer but there lots of places for breakfast around. Perhaps that there’s no lift for people, only for suitcases.

The location in Burgge was fabulous and it was easy to access with the codes. The room wasn't serviced and wasn't really as nice as advertised. We had to refurbish the toilet paper in our room Overall, the room was ok, but could use a bit of updating and maintenance.

Pillows were extremely musty and old. Our allergies acted up a lot after the stay. There is no front desk staff. All communication is via Whatsapp text, and it took a while (couple of hours) to get a response. So ultimately, I did not bother asking for replacement pillows at 10 PM (because I had not yet received responses to earlier texts)

Location The bed, the bed, the bed.. Amenities such as soap, they had none. No fresh water available. No front desk.

The location was prime. It had a lot of space. The whole place smelled like sewer. The toilet room was minuscule - and difficult to maneuver in. The place felt a little dingey and dirty. There was really no place to sit except the bed.

2 flights of Stairs were the only way to access room. Husband struggled.

Definitely not as good as the photos shown. No elevator for human, only for luggages. Expensive

This is staff-less hotel which raises some minor concerns around safety and customer service. We were lucky not to have any issues, but it felt strange not to have some one available for questions.

Indeed the location is in the very centre of the city. The shower was also good, and large bathroom The bed was way too soft, worst than IKEAs beds

It was the best short stay?

Location is great very close to the most important places (walking distance). The bedroom has a decent size, the washroom is nice. Everything was fine with the hotel. The only bad thing is that if you stay in the rooms with the windows facing the street is very very noisy at night a lot of truck and traffic noise, other than that everything was perfect.

Fantastic location

The location was perfect, the rooms clean and the bed was probably the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The owners were not present but were very responsive to messages. I have nothing negative to say about it.

Location was very good Didn’t see any staff to be able to notify them that the shower was running at a cold temp! Only one pillow. Nothing in the mini fridge such as a bottle of water.
