Location and main hotel great. Staff very nice Room was extremely basic for an upgraded room from comfortable double we booked. It was small with No tea or coffee facilities

It is in a very convenient location. I liked that I was given a room where I can look down the street. The price for the single room/single bed is a bit high.

The AMAZING location. Unbelievable view. Some staff was AMAZINGLY helpful - another was not when trying to get a taxi.

No elevator to room. My husband is handicapped and expected to haul luggage upstairs Ridiculous for the high price.

Convenient location and courteous staff. There was also a self service/pay Starbucks station in the lobby, which also had an ice machine.
