The staff was well organized, helpful and kind. I don’t remember all the staff’s names but I can recall Brad and Marianna from Romania. All the staff were wonderful. The brunch was very nice. I wish there was a dining room.

Parking was easy, but nog cheap. We fortunately could stay a bit longer for an agreeable price. Not a thing of the Hotel, but the city. Arranging the cat permit for the centre crossing was quite cumbersome; applying for it turns out to be a permit in itself. On arriving, no issues.

Location Lack of cleanliness upon arrival with room.
-
Gorgeous breakfast area.

Poor customer experience and lack...

Location Whilst sitting on the external terrace overlooking the river, there was a Q of people waiting to board a river cruise.

The location on the canal was almost magical. We were also in walking distance of the sights. The Belgian chocolates in the room and pastries at the desk were delicious. The staff were very friendly, helpful & accommodating. We should have stayed in Bruges more days. The price of breakfast & drinks on the deck overlooking the canal were too pricey.

Picturesque luxury hotel with great hospitality. Location is ideal. The place has a centrally cooled system and a device in each room to adjust the fan speed; switch on/off. However, the AC fan went low to off automatically a few times during my stay. I could increase the speed again but at night this disturbed sleep quite a bit. Also pertinent to note that I had visited during a heat wave and it may be that this is not an issue during regular weather. However overall, lovely place especially if this wasn't an issue.
