location was about 200 metres from the main square was easy walk from the train station about 1 km. The room was comfortable and had a nice view of a canal. The staff were accomodating and helpful. i would stay at the hotel again

The location is perfect. The breakfast was very good, and the breakfast area had a lovely view. My room also had a beautiful view of the canals.The staff was very attentive and took into account my special request regarding the room location. This is an old building, so you're likely to hear noise from other rooms. Although it's signposted, the elevator is difficult to find.

Location This hotel is under construction. So much noise from 08.30 until evening every single day! They don't care when we say. Also heater A/C doesn't work. We talked to reception but they didn't make any action! Don't go to this hotel!

It would be nice if there was milk and tea in the room. There is a kettle, coffee and sugar, but nothing else

Hotel is in a fantastic location, minutes away from the main square and near plenty of the attractions and sites to see. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. View from room of the Canals was fantastic. Beds were comfy and room fairly spacious. Was a fan in the room which came in very handy in the heat. Room was fairly basic but clean. Key for room was fairly large to carry in pocket. Got woke up one morning to an alarm going off outside the room, which took ten minutes for someone to turn up which woke us up at 6:30 in the morning. At times little bit loud with some rooms being done out/added to the hotel.

The bar next door, and it was clean. The room looked nothing like the pictures. Very small, only windows looked out onto a light well that had a window to the public hall so you couldn’t open the blinds. And they only opened from the top so no fresh air. Hotel was right smack in the middle of a super touristy street with at least 7 or 8 chocolate stores. Easy walk to everything but very touristy crowded area.

Location, friend staff, comfortable bed Outdated furniture, old kettle for boiled water to make instant coffee, not working AC (had to move to another room), not working TV, poorly and inconsistently working Wi-Fi .

Location, ambiance, staff No air conditioning. It was a warm spell and the room never got below 76 degrees. There was a fan and the windows opened but that did not help much during the day. I would have had a nice view except for the scaffolding blocking it. The elevator was a little funky.
