We stayed with dog so it was important that there were no carpets in the room so that if necessary, you could easily clean up after the dog. Stuff very nice and location literally in centre ! Everything was good

Location was perfect Kitchen was in very bad condition. Microwave was smelling really bad and we did not dare to use it.

Really quiet for a really central location a stone's throw from the Belfry. A very good no-frills hotel that suited us perfectly. Helpful staff (an 'ask for what you need more of' system for tea sachets etc, that seems very sensible). Plenty of hot water and the room had a bath with overhead shower. Room had a small fridge which was appreciated. Nothing really. This hotel suited us perfectly. It should be noted that they do not have daily bed making and cleaning service. We would not have wanted this anyway. There is no dining or breakfast available at the hotel itself. Again, not something we would have wanted as there are numerous places to eat as soon as you step out of the hotel door.

Very central, clean and friendly. Great terrace directly accessible from the room Not the best mattresses but perfectly acceptable

The location was excellent, and the room size and facilities were more than adequate. We were very satisfied with our stay and had a great experience overall. Having on-site parking would have made it even better, but the staff provided us with information about the nearest parking, and we were able to arrange everything without any issues.

There was no breakfast option. Bit out dated

Great location - right next to the great market square. Really nice room - the junior suite - lots of character with the beams and windows, and comfy beds.

Was denied my room which was booked weeks in advance. Hotel was overbooked

Hotel room and bathroom were more than sufficient but felt a bit like a dorm room.

The elevators were poorly kept. My husband got stuck in the smaller one. The bigger one we had to use instead was through a store room, or a hallway the owner turned into a store room. The sides piled high and our path blocked most times we went through. The hotel looked like a horders house. Dirty carpets, walls and storage anywhere he could find. It needs some major TLC. But again, our room was nice and the location was great. The owner helped us get our car registered with the city, which was great. Check in was a bit drawn out, but we got there. All in all, it's a weird big hotel that needs some work, but we did enjoy our stay.

The room was weird but clean and comfortable. We were on the top floor so we had vaulted ceilings and no noise from above. You could see the bell tower from our room. The location was awesome. A little loud at times but great for getting our and about. The elevators were poorly kept. My husband got stuck in the smaller one.
