Perfect location, very clean and good staff always around to help. Nothing at all wrong with the stay.

The location of the hotel is the perfect place its right behind blacpool tower and coral island, and right next mcdonalds and shops.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING Everything. Myself and my partner waited at the property for over 2 hours trying to gain access. There was no one there to let us in or to get a key. I phoned them a few times and never received any reply. Left messages on answering machine and never had reply. We had to book into a different hotel. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Absolutely disgusting. You really need to start vetting these hotels. I'm waiting for a refund

The location, that's it Everything, booking.com don't advertise that you don't get a toilet or shower. No tv in room even through it's advertise with you. Stains on the walls, roof and bed. Handle was broken on door, door didn't fit the frame. Room hadn't been cleaned in a while.

The bed was comfortable, the room was not clean, the location was excellent. However, it was advertised with breakfast, which they told us on checking in was 8 till 10. Went down next day for breakfast, they said there was snow breakfast then after 20mins of call bought out a cold uncooked breakfast with cocktail sausages, agreed partial refund with manager, let's see if that turns up.

Shocking. No tv in room as stated but was a tv remote, no kettle as stated but was coffee, sugar, milk and cups. Room was damp in places. Mentioned this to staff and was ignored. Breakfast was a shambles the woman didn't have a clue said they had nothing in to make for breakfast even though we paid for breakfast included. All she kept saying was talk to boss while flying her arms about. Finally got to speak to someone who then told us we were given the wrong room, and still waiting for a refund. Only decent thing about the place was the location. Will never be back again!

The host were absolutely lovely people - nothing was too much trouble for them . So friendly Think more choice at breakfast Espically cereal for kids only 2 on offer ! Should offer fruit , Hot breakfast was lukewarm warm , not appetising, need coffee & tea machine as burcker not working to boil water . Need menus, more selection in the warm breakfast .

Location The room needed a lot of maintenance, the walls looked filthy and the tiles in the bathroom were dirty and broken, couldn’t use the shower as the shower screen was falling apart, the only good thing was the bed

The guy who ran the hotel was friendly & helpful. He carried our case up & downstairs for us. He was informative about the area & made us feel welcome The advert stated there was a hotel bar, this wasn't open during our stay.
