Really friendly welcome. Felt safe and comfortable. Lovely breakfast. Had trouble with shower no hot water. Should have run the tap until hot then put shower on but didn’t realise this. Should have asked! My fault, when I did ask just before I was about to leave but landlord very kindly showed me and had lovely hot shower! Maybe a sign for silly people like me to warn run sink tap first!

Although the property is filled with all your mod cons, it has everything you need.. The owners were so friendly, and wend above and beyond. My daughter had an early start for a dance show which was before breakfast, once the owners knew she would make breakfast they cooked her a lovely tasty bacon sandwich to take with her.

Very friendly welcome Room was very dated. Light hanging off the wall. Bathroom door wouldn't close, shelf with kettle on was loose and only plug socket was near the door. It was clean though

Was close to town, clean & breakfast was lovely xx Bit old & dated & wasn’t keen on the fried bread, hash browns would be better now especially for kids xx

My wife and I stopped in Blackpool for thr night as we traveled down to see Ken webster. Hotel was clean and breakfast was lovely would definitely come back again with our 2 kids.
