Kids running around at night and no staff to help funny smell in hall way and shit in hallway

I didn't like any of it at all. It was unclean Over priced It stunk of dog urine Toilets not fit for use Beds unclean and smelt horrible The pictures are not a true reflection of the rooms They didn't even know we were coming as the owners didn't inform the property manager The room was disgusting. My daughter is heavily pregnant 8 months to be exact, and they put her on the very top floor with six fights of stairs to climb. An absolute shame my stay was horrific

Nothing A dark and dirty toilet, Small room with ceiling coming down, small TV, the Boiler to make tea or coffee was not working, as you enter the Reception had a bad smell and no heating system (we were Freezing).

Great Host. Fantastic location The person in the next room snoring all night. Walls need sound proofing

Quite hotel not one them noisy one in sea front discreet but prime location I got told id have a refrigerator in my room and I didn't been a struggle keeping things fresh I have only one kidney and I'm so far away from a toilet on a morning and through the night is a nightmare

Nice clean friendly service

Close to all amenities No hot water hot tap broke in sink tv didn't work the place stunk of cigarettes and weed, no towels no mugs no coffee sugar etc but this was advertised

Location I had to request toilet paper, towel to shower (it stank of smoke) and coat hangers. Shower was poor (lack of water pressure), the ones on my floor were not working. The one i had to use had a door that wouldnt shut. Television wouldnt work.

Location We cannot believe booking. Com allow such establishments to advertise with them. It was absolutely disgusting, we have fotos to verify what we are saying if needed. Here is the list: 1. Fire alarm panel was showing fires in different zones, so if there were any fires in the areas they wouldn’t have gone off. 2.No running hot water. 3.Kettle inside black and unusable 4.microwave absolutely filthy 5.fridge again filthy 6.Wardrobes nailed to wall and unable to open 7.Toilet BLACK inside 8.No cutlery or crockery 9.everything running from 4way extension cable nailed to side of cupboard and another 4 way extension cable plugged into it which was screwed to side of the sink cupboard. 10.Dust, cobwebs absolute filth everywhere 11. Quilt dirty and paper thin(had to go and buy new as we was cold) 12. ⁠Shower unusable unable to regulate the temperature 13. ⁠TV propped up on sink with a bottle of water at back of it. Attached with plug in temporary indoor aerial unable to get signal to watch TV. 14. ⁠Small electric radiator attached to wall which was inadequate to warm the room. The list could go on. You are probably thinking why did we stay. Well to be honest we didn’t really have much choice. We looked around for different accommodation but due to having a dog it was not possible at that time of night.

Only thing that was good about this hotel is where is was close to most things arcades the tower and the beach The whole place the room.didnt look nothing like i booked the telly didn't work the window didn't close all the way so there was a draff and could here the busy street and the shared shower and toilet was not even fit for a dog to use the shower had that much mould and the smell was so bad u could smell it room the stairs and the toilet sink didn't even have a tap on it!!! The only reason I had to stay is that the hotel before was even worst and found this one at short notice as all was booked
