Atlantis Hotel

The location was perfect . That's the only thing I could say about the place The room smelt of damp dog there was dried blood on the inside of the bathroom the shower was filthy and the shower tray was broke . The breakfast was revolting I had long hair in my fried egg the hash brown was fried and full of grease and the bacon iv no idea how that had been cooked it had slimy remnants of something else on it. The toaster took about 15 minutes to cook 2 slices of toast the nastiest tasting butter that just tastes like youd dipped your bread in water . Not enough orange had been put out for guests I went to get some and all gone not refilled . All in all I wouldn't give any stars for the stay no staff to deal with anything bar the cook who looked stressed out his mind . Nothing positive on my stay at all !!

The keypad entry. The heating in the room was good. The staff were always helpful and friendly. Excellent location for most things town center. Self service breakfast was good. Nothing

Nothing to like. Aweful owner who doesn't know how to talk to women. My wife called him with a polite request and the owner was extremely rude and said he only talks to men.

Having to pay over 30 pound for breakfast as there was nobody there to make breakfast as stated on email also no WiFi in the room and it was cold in the night with no heating

The room was very dated , it had a bad smell of dampness, fosty and of stale smoke, Bathroom needs updating , toilet brush needs throwing away and replacing.A handle and lock on the bathroom door would be a good idea , to be honest the whole room needs replastering, decorated and updated.

Room and Food Nothing

Dirty room dust on window dirty toilet bin full of rubbish carpet wants cleaning the breakfast room well were do i start mix and match cups very poor standards all round would not stay again not a lot at all infect very disappointed

Firstly you get what you pay for snd the hotel pricing reflects this. The room was clean, tidy, the bed comfortable and the curtains dark enough to keep the light out. Bathroom was clean and the shower provided enough hot water to have a good shower after my trip to Blackpool. The room itself had a few scrapes and scuffs and could go with a little TLC but it didn’t affect my trip in any way. Self check in was a nice touch as it made it effortless and saved time. Also coded entry meant no carrying keys or risking losing them in a night out. Breakfast was warm and I never had issues with getting enough to eat. Staff were easy to contact via text message and often responded tithing minutes to any messages sent. Location was amazing, just a couple minutes walk to the coach station. The same time you can dodo walk to the front and a choice of restaurants or bars. As I said a few minor niggles with the decor being a little run down. However these are cosmetic issues and didn’t affect my stay as such

Friendly kitchen staff The building and rooms are a complete mess. Run down and falling to bits. The beds were rock hard. Found stuff uner the bed from previous tenants and drops of blood on the bathroom floor. It was shocking.

Great location. Safe. Good security. Great communication with staff. Perfect for a night or two. I’d come back. Breakfast was good. Bit cold in 12A. No kettle either. 30 min walk to the next best place to park for free.
