Very good, plenty to choose from. Starting with a variety of cereals, pot of coffee or tea, orange juice, toast and a full English breakfast, very tasty and filling Nothing, except noisy seagulls, but that's the seaside for you

Very helpful management and service at a small hotel with interesting cosy decor. The English breakfast and coffee were very good with quality crockery. The room was comfortable and quiet with a spacious shower room. There was a cupboard, small fold up table and a chair, which was handy. The location is ideal for the beachfront, shopping centre as well as the Winter Gardens, and a good Indian restaurant up the road.
