Location to amenities Room 3 and 4, Mould covered showers in both rooms, filthy rooms, water coming through bedroom ceiling from old water damaged hole, remedy was to be handed a bin to catch the water, health risks due to black mould for a child with asthma and adult with heart and health issues

Near to Winter Gardens. Friendly host, and staff. Nice breakfast, although bacon was tough on second day. Carpet not clean in room. Toilet leaking. Both taps dripped continually. Mildew in shower. Said free toiletries but only empty dispensers in shower. Broken drawers in room. No hairdryer in room.

Great location, lovely little Bed and breakfast. Craig was really nice, very helpful, couldn’t do enough for you. The breakfast was lovely. The decorations and furnishings everywhere were really nice, everything matching. Fabulous stay Nothing

Host was very good location good for access to most activities Room was cold host gave us an oil radiator and bled the radiator but was still cold overnight

Breakfast was lovely and we had exactly what we wanted. The location was perfect for everything we did during our stay. The proprietor was very helpful with letting us drop our cases off before the room was ready. There was a small leak from the ceiling but weather was quite severe. Room was a bit cold when we first went in.

Location good in the centre of town. Shower very effective with adequate soap, paper etc.Good standard of tea and coffee. Adequate mini fridge and use of safe. Most elements of basic accommodation were inadequate at best. TV didn’t work and not fixed when promised, bedside lamp not working, we did check. Although we slept well we both felt the bedding was not clean or even fresh. The bed appeared lumpy and springs were noticeable. All surfaces and soft furnishings were questionable in cleanliness, they may have been wiped but clean they were not. Having stored my kit bag on top of the small wardrobe it was filthy with aged grease and dust. Window area and glass retained a solid grease which could only have come from many years of neglect. Black mould spores with obvious discolouring of decor and curtains and even the decorative false flower arrangement were simply disgusting.

All of it the staff was brilliant the food was very nice they asked wot you wanted the night before wot you wanted for breakfast the next day and that's wot you got and more hopeful going back in February with family and again in October with friends who I have been with this year . Thank you soooo much for all the help and looking after us xx The seagulls in the morning outside the windows but that's it xx

Location lest than a few minutes walk from the tower and also very close to the main Central Car Park. This is the 3rd visit the other two for work and held up to our expectations.
