Centrally located. The staff is awesome. Bed was a little firm for me but that is a personal thing.

Felt the Spanish ambiance and I really liked it. The area was very clean also and you can use their common kitchen as well with food such as breads, creals, milk. There are lots of grocery shops nearby, found a carrefour shop where you can buy cheaper water and foods if you want to cook. The size of the room is enough for me. Staff were also very nice, thanks Melina for a warm welcome when I arrived, I also came early for my check in and they allow me to drop my things for a while in the reception securely and had a chance to walk around the area. They will also give tips and fliers where you can go. Easy access to the metro and spots, calm areas to walk and seat around as well. No robe and slippers.

Would be perfect if bottle of water can be ensured supplied everyday.

Breakfast was so-so, but it was nice to have access to a kitchen and fridge. Location was great. The other guests woke me up many times in the middle of the night because sound carries very easily in the spaces. They were also on the shared patio which is beside my private patio after midnight. It seems like there should be some rules around use and noise during the middle of the night.

Our host was very kind and accommodating.

It take 12-15 min. walk to the Catalunya square. During the hot season, it might be a little bit problem.

The staff was great, friendly and very responsive when we had questions. We had a 'triple' room, for three adults and it was a little small for us. It would be a much better location for couples. I really liked the location, walkable to most of the places I wanted to go on this trip. While we were there a 10k run went right by the location. Kitchen was shared, but well stocked and clean. We were the only unit leased so no problem with noise or kitchen issues that might be an issue when all units were occupied.

Superb

Good location ! You could visit many famous attractions by walking and enjoy the vibe of the city. The guest house is also near two metro stations. Especially Love the patio because I’m a smoker. I’ll choose to order the guest house again if I visit Barcelona again : ) Everything was perfect.

The neighborhood is awesome, cozy place. The staff is helpful and friendly . Nothing to add.

Comfortable, clean, and conveniently located. Staff were responsive and extremely helpful. They even provide free coffee and light snacks in the shared kitchenette. No complaints whatsoever.

The location was great and the communication from The staff could not have been better. There was a cockroach in the bathroom on arrival and the place felt a bit tired and In need of a refresh and new mattresses

Clean spacious room with great location

My little room was clean and comfortable and I liked being able to have coffee in the morning. I liked that the location was easy access to many sights but also not right in the middle of crowded areas. It was a little tight to open a small suitcase so for two people might be a little small.
