Great location.. friendly staff…restaurant food excellent. Mini bar too much .. and yet no coffee making facilities ..this was a shame because you had to be dressed and ready to go to have a coffee.

Good location, suite was very sweet, Termas included in our deal which was well worth a visit. Very close to Metro (Tetuan). Imposing staircase welcome! reception staff especially friendly and helpful. Aesthetically good looking hotel and room furnishings though minibar overflowing! A/c in room was temperamental. Breakfast staff short staffed and overworked (due to a staff shortage one day kitchen was offering limited options). Felt overpriced but may have been marked up for Primavera Sounds weekend.

I loved the Casa Bonay. Very responsive, helpful and friendly staff. A nicely decorated room with a very comfortable bed. Even though my room was on the first floor facing the main street, it was very quiet in the room. I liked the fact that I got a coffee voucher for the little specialty coffee place next door. I would surely go back here again. A few more hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels and clothes would have made it even better.

We really loved the breakfast and the location of the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and the beds were especially great. Everything felt clean, cozy, and well designed. I can’t really say there was anything I disliked. The only small thing I missed was a toilet brush in the bathroom, but I assume it may be due to hotel policy.

Loved the room, the restaurant. The staff were exceptional. The area was easy to walk to see attractions. Beautiful. Tried room service and wasn’t happy with the food. But they didn’t charge us. Instead gave us some champagne. Very nice staff❤️
