The shower was a bit slippery

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, with everything we needed within walking distance, making it very easy to explore Barcelona.The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We also appreciated the small details such as the complimentary coffee, biscuits, and bottled water, which made us feel welcome.One of the highlights was definitely the balcony, a beautiful space to relax and enjoy the atmosphere after a day in the city.Overall, a very pleasant experience with great facilities, friendly service, and an unbeatable location. We would happily stay here again.

Lovely appartement in modern Spanish style. Easy access and close to everything worth seeing in Barcelona. Great location for foodies and architecture lovers. Staff was super helpful.

The location was great. The place was very clean and had what we needed to be comfortable. We loved the outdoor space! The pressure of the water in the shower was very low. And the water was warm for a a few minutes only. We really couldn't take a good shower while we were there. Good thing we only stayed for two nights.

The apartment is located in the center of Barcelona. It was clean, with no unpleasant smells, and fully equipped with everything you might need — a refrigerator, microwave, oven, gas stove, and TV. The bed was very comfortable, and there was also a sofa. One of the highlights is the large terrace with a view of residential buildings — a great place to relax. The check-in process was smooth and convenient. The location is excellent, right in the city center, with everything within easy reach. There is also a large park nearby. As for the downsides, there are no major issues. You just need to wait a bit for the water to heat up, and the TV is not connected to the internet. Other than that, everything was great.

Best apartment we ever stay. We can watch sunrise at our apartment. We will come back again next time.

Location was very good -700 m to Pl. Catalunya All was good. Maybe some tissue boxes and more paper towels for the kitchen. Some rack in the bathroom to hang towels.

The location is perfect near to everything shopping, bars and restaurants and the apartment was very comfortable and safe Everything was perfect

We would like to come back to this apartment during next stay in Barcelona and would recommend to others as well we felt very cold so it would be nice to have heater in colder months .

Location and cleanliness Had to wait outside for 45 minutes even when we mentioned our arrival time and we wanted to leave our lugguages as they had promised we can.

The apartment was nice and clean. Great location! No instruction book to explain washer and dryer, TV and couldn’t change the a/c.

An individual was at the desk to call the apartment manager. This was fortunate, because at checkout we found the WhatsApp number did not connect us to the management team. The sink in one bathroom did not drain and the water pressure in one shower was poor. The coffee pot did not work. There was a washing machine, but no drying rack. The apartment photos did not match the apartment we were in.

Good location, a few blocks away from Plaza Catalunya and Passeig de Gracia. Very spacious main bedroom, living room, dining and kitchen with strong A/C. Added bonus was the large balcony! Second room is very small

The place needs renovation especially the floor tiles were broken in some places.. location was ok a little from from the center

Good location, beds were comfortable. Overall, the property was worn and a little dirty. The light colored couch looked very dingy and the curtains that pooled on the ground were very dirty. A window shade was broken and some mold around the shower. The patio was nice but it was filthy. The biggest issue was the deadbolt for the door was not functional as there was no hole in the door jamb to receive the bolt. The on-site manager was responsive in letting management know, but it was never fixed while we were there and management did not reach out to us.
