Welcoming service staff! They made it special for our 20yr anniversary and my 50th bday

The bedrooms didn’t offer much privacy.

Great location, very friendly staff. And the mark of a great hotel is how they handle a problem. We had a small problem with our room and it was handled in the most professional manner, we really appreciate that. Would stay again. 0

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar is a fabulous place to have a drink with a nice view. The hotel is very comfortable and chic.

The room seemed like it had been very recently remodeled, especially the bathroom. The room is a little small but we were only there for one night so it wasn't important. The location is great - minutes to everything. Nothing

Friendly stuff, amazing food, good location

I also like the fact that there was 2 sets of elevators so I didn't have to walk all the way around to get to my room each time.i really enjoyed that there was kiwi at breakfast!!! I wish there was a recommended list of restaurants for local cuisine. I felt like I was floundering trying to figure out what to eat. Would have been nice to have a flyer or some qr code to a list. Unless I missed it.

Everything was fine, but the rooms need to be refreshed a little bit. Pillows and duvets were old, and they were dusting around.
-
Cleanness and Location. The size of the Essential Room. The asking price for this room was excessively high.

Great location with easy access walking to Gothic quarter. Easy access to taxis. Breakfast was very good with excellent variety. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The roof top bar was great (as were the bartenders there) and the view from up there was beautiful elevator was small and slow but didn't create any real problems for us

Great location very short walking distance to 2 main subway - metro hubs. Bus to Mont Juic passes in front of hotel entrance, so very convenient. 2-3 blocks to great restuarants and the Rambla (north side). Since we are close to the University district, there was a great selection of affordable fast food outlets also. Farmàcia at the corner of street. Surprised, being so close to all the action, we heard very little noise at night. Beds were so comfy and rooms must have been renovated recently, because they were very clean. Spacious bathroom and shower. Alot of choice of channles on TV in multiple languages. USB outlets on each side of bed, so two less AC voltage adapters to bring (I'm from a 110v country). Nice to have 2 free bottles of water ever morning. The most impressive, was the quality and choice of food at the two breakfast tables. What a nice way to start the day. Staff exceptional and very helpful. Most spoke a good English. Roof top bar was a fun cozy place for a drink. We stayed 4 nights at this hotel. Will be back, even though a little pricey. More than worth the it, for the service, location, special small touches and convenience.

Excellent location. Excellent staff. I really enjoyed the rooftop terrace. I didn’t realize how busy the street in front of the hotel was, so I would not purchase the balcony room next time. We were on the first floor, so it was way too crowded and noisy to utilize it.

1.The hotel is conveniently located in the very center of the city, 2 the staff demonstrates a high level of professionalism 3.cleanliness deserves special praise. 1. The rooms are very small, despite the fact my was “Classic” 21 square meters. The actual living space is tiny, while the rest is taken up by a strangely configured toilet and bathroom. 2. Soundproofing is terrible — a person snoring in the next room sounds as if they are sleeping in your room. 3. Breakfast is very poor, with no variety over the several days we stayed there.

I have travelled globally the last 40 years and this hotel is one of the best I have stayed in for every category. The reception staff was very help upon our arrival. We arrived early in the morning from US, and they could tell we were exhausted. They went out of their way to find a us a beautiful room hours before check in time. The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. The location was a walk away from the Gothic area and the famous restaurants and markets. I was happy with every aspect of my stay.
