However, there are consistent complaints about the parking situation, including high fees, poor maintenance of the garage, and safety concerns. Cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms are also frequently mentioned issues.

The hospitality was above and beyond. The buffet breakfast was top notch. The exercise room had a bit of everything. We would stay here again in a heart beat!!!

I parked my car in their garage. They charge $55 a day. On the second day I went to my car and it had been broken into. Nothing they can/will do. Guys. $55/day. So no. Not a great experience. We pay for comfort and convenience when staying at hotels. I got neither of those things.

Breakfast and drinks for happy hour were great. The only thing that was difficult was the parking. It’s separate from the hotel so it was a bit difficult to go to and from it. If you have lots of bags and luggage, it would be best to unload before you park.
- 3/5
One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast each morning, which offered a nice variety of options and was a great way to start the day. However, the hotel is definitely showing its age and is in need of significant updates. The guest rooms feel dated, and the furnishings and overall appearance could benefit from renovation. Another downside was the parking fee, which we felt was excessively high and added a substantial extra cost to our stay. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our time in Austin and had a wonderful family vacation. With room renovations and more reasonable parking rates, this hotel would be a much stronger value.

Beautiful room on 9th floor with view of Lake and downtown. Great staff. Elevators slow and Hotel could use a remodel a bit dated. But great price and staff. And close to Sixth Avenue

The front desk receptionist Chante has excellent interpersonal communication skills. Also, front desk manager, Tony, had perfect people and managerial skills. Tony resolved a difficult issue with no problem. I plan to visit this facility in the future.

Its not so much the hotel. We booked the embassy suites and when we fot there, we're told they overbooked and we did t have rooms! Shunted to Hilton, in a less than desirable neighborhood. Hilton was ok, but no where near we booked. 30 minaway.

Property was Not very well taken care of house keeping just let them self’s in to deliver towels with out knocking
- 3/5
The staff was not the friendliest or welcoming at front desk, there was some Maintenance or other thing being done so the entire breakfast, table & chair area was closed off. We did not eat breakfast on site either day. There was only 2 bags of hot tea, both earl gray , and staff said they had no more tea on the premises. Our room smelled musty and damp and I had to use our body spray to make it pleasant. For the price of stay for 2 nights I expected better.

Great breakfast and bar. Room was very clean but def a bit dated. Great location to enjoy Austin!
- 3/5
The ideas of amenities were there, but were not a reality. The room smelled of mildew, the ceiling above the shower showed signs of water damage, the wet bar sink did not work and the microwave had been burned out. The breakfast was limited due to a pipe burst and flooding( not their fault). There was a lot left to be desired.

First of $55 / night for parking garage across the street is whack! I had issues with both elevators so it's a hassle dragging bags around. Parking at front lobby is a hassle, not enough space to unload or load up there. Check in was easy but 2/3 elevators were also out inside the hotel. Had to wait long periods until the single elevator had space to get in.. as soon as I walked into room yes it was clean but it stank. Also had issues exiting and entering the parking garage because the key fob wasn't working so I had to call and wait until front desk was available. I usually aim for embassy suites when I go out of town but honestly this has been one of my worst experiences yet with embassy suites. I didn't even bother going into the pool, as soon as you walk in the chlorine scent hits you in the face. The staff overall were helpful and the location was good but it really was a hassle just trying to adapt to whatever was not working.
- 3/5
The parking garage was my only complaint. The scan ticket system was not working, and I couldn't get out for 2 straight days. I had to back up the steep hill to then run back inside to validate the parking (that wasn't done when I checked in), and still didn't work. The lighting around the pay booth was dark, many interfaces. This lighting needs to be much brighter. I totally missed the call button to let someone know I was having issues getting out, thus adding to the panic to get out with others waiting behind me. The garage overall just didn't seem clean and well lit which gave me a creepy vibe about the property.

Hotel close to moody center. Has great lobby and courtyard bar area. Ambience is open and plenty of space. Breakfast is perfect and chef available is a plus.

Very pleased with the room and space of it. Loved that there was a fridge and microwave. Appreciated the happy hour coupon and snacks. Was there a hot tub??? Breakfast was amazing and the food was abundant! Only complaint was our iron and board needs replacing, it leaked water all over my clothes :(. Stay at this hotel!!

Baffles me that you can pay so much for a hotel though and have to pay $50 for parking. Considering every Texan drives everywhere, they must be raking it in with parking fees. As a Brit, I can honestly say I’ve never paid for parking as an overnight guest at a hotel

It was very nice. Great location. Breakfast could have bit better. Omelette station had long line ups. Sitting was not managed properly. Overall it was a good stay.
- 4/5
Out of all the places we could choose from, we stayed here for the cook to order breakfast and breakfast options. Especially last minute and it being Easter weekend. The check in staff were super friendly but it took awhile at night to get bedding for the sofa. We almost got stuck in the garage elevator. No sign on the parking garage level only on ground level. And it was $55 for parking! But the location was perfect. Right next to the bridge to see the bats or walk along the lake. Walking distance to restaurants and bars.

Great staff and breakfast
- 4/5
The hotel was super clean and comfortable. The staff were all excellent—extremely helpful and accommodating. This seems to be an older property. The pool is tiny. The bathroom is located inside the main bedroom, which defeats the privacy of the bedroom. I requested a cot due to having two large teenage boys with me, and it was going to be an additional fee on top of the already exorbitant price of the room. There weren’t meat options for breakfast other than pork, and the happy hour snacks also included pork. These are all super picky, but at over $300 a night, these are things that I was disappointed in and not what I’ve come to expect from Embassy Suites.

Walking distance to South Congress Ave. attractions and downtown. Wonderful breakfast included with our stay. Will be happy to stay again, next time we visit Austin.

Room was a bit shabby (in need of paint and a good grout cleaning in shower) and the bar sink didn't work. Breakfast was great (especially made to order omelettes), all staff we encountered were helpful and friendly. We were not given our "Hilton Honors Silver" status gift or the wifi info at our late night check in, so had to ask for those. We love the water stations and coffee available all hours. Overall it was a good enough stay.

This hotel is traditional, its showing a bit of wear and tear but what is there is very clean and tidy. Room size is generous. Staff are fab. The breakfast offer is excellent, great choice, lovely area. Evening drinks - again a real bonus and a nice place to hang out. The location of the hotel is perfect - almost in the middle of the two key areas and walking distance to most places. I'd recommend it - it was perfect for our stay.

hotel was immaculate. my only complaint was having to pay for parking. I think if your a paying guest there shouldnt be a high rate for parking.

- 3/5
Rooms were very roomy, had a living room area separate from sleeping area. However it could be updated, carpet wasn’t very clean, A/C in room didn’t work very good, very stuffy in rooms, water to shower was good, breakfast was average, on demand dining wasn’t working, pool was not heated and elevator to cover parking was kind of scary.
- 5/5

Location Overpriced
- 5/5
Breakfast was awesome. Location was perfect for watching the marathon.
- 5/5
The hotel is clean and I loved the complimentary social hours, the location is perfect- so close to SoCo and the river downtown. The city view room was lovely. Just would’ve liked a fenced in area for pets to run a bit but our room was also spacious enough for his zoomies.
- 5/5
All the above!

- 4/5
Very friendly front desk folks. And the room was clean and well appointed.
- 4/5
Clean, great breakfast, friendly staff$
- 4/5
The location was great. Loved the free breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. The reception hour was nice. The parking was not convenient such as that you needed a key card to leave upon check out even after paying and parking was an additional $50. Thankfully ours was comped due to our room not being ready upon check in. However, 2 of the elevators we tried in the parking garage were broken.

Hotel is old and room was run down and dark. Couch was dirty and I was uncomfortable just sitting on it. And although it was a sleeper sofa, there were no sheets or blankets (not even an extra blanket in the room) or pillows. When the room was cleaned, they never vacuumed the dirty carpet or took out trash that was clearly marked trash (basura). Dirty towel was left on the floor after they sent housekeeping back to room after 2nd night to vacuum and remote had no batteries. Staff tried to be accommodating but was not especially responsive when I continued to complain about the things they still did not do. They promised me Hilton Honors points but they have not been posted to my account.
- 3/5
Needs a remodel just a dated hotel that’s all. Service was good. Wish they wouldn’t text me all the time. If I have an issue I will tell you.

Great stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton Austin Downtown South Congress. The breakfast was delicious, especially the made to order omelets. Loved the location, easy walking distance to restaurants and bars. Comfortable suites and a convenient spot for exploring Austin. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing
- 4.5/5
Everything was great. The toilet in the rooms was a little sketchy, thought it might clog a couple times. Other than that, it was wonderful to have such a great breakfast and happy hour free drinks!
- 4/5
Nice hotel. Well kept up and the staff is friendly. The amenities in the room are a bit sparse for the price you pay but it’s a nice room. The breakfast was excellent compared to other hotels I’ve been to of the same caliber. There should be some complimentary water and tea available in the room for the price you pay. The hotel is showing its age some and the room showed some wear.
- 4.5/5
Nice view of the city. Very good breakfast buffet. Nice bar. Self parking. Close to the river trails and downtown.
- 5/5
great service and crew 👍
- 5/5
Great staff
- 2/5
The staff was fine, the hotel is terrible. They never gave us additional coffee, the lampshade fell off, the towel rack fell, tp was not replaced, towels, another story. The parking garage elevator hasn’t been inspected since 2021 and sounds like it is going to collapse. Description of parking is completely inaccurate. This is an incredibly tired property and needs a lot of maintenance and updating.
- 5/5
I love staying here—breakfast includes omelettes to order and a waffle maker; happy hour with snacks & drinks; quiet, comfortable, great view and the perfect location.
- 5/5
Clean room, awesome staff, awesome perfect super great breakfast ❤️ loved it all!’

I loved everything but I wish you guys had other options besides pork I don’t eat it but other than that excellent!!!! We will be back
- 5/5
Check in was great - staff more than helpful!
- 2/5
room very outdated ac just felt muggy!! night shift manager was really rude and room was not once cleaned
- 1/5
We waited an hour and a half for a room to be ready for us, we were told that it had been cleaned but needed to be inspected by a supervisor. We clearly saw cleaning staff messing with their phones instead of working, so it's no wonder it took forever for rooms to be cleaned that day. When we finally got to the room, it was not very clean, stains on the couch and curtains, and dust on all of the surfaces. The air return in the room was coated with a thick layer of dust. The room felt very raggedy in general, with the couch and chairs appearing very worn out. Also, the elevators in the hotel seemed to be old and in need of maintenance. The garage elevators were out of order, so good luck if you parked on a higher level. The staff at the front desk did the best they could to handle the waiting situation, but it was obvious that this hotel is very disorganized and not prepared for a fully booked night.
- 5/5
Diamond at the front desk is amazing. So welcoming. And of course, the buffet breakfast including the omelettes was great. EVERYTHING was fresh and delicious! And the buffet staff was so great too.
- 4/5
Our stay at Embassy was . The only true complaint was the garage situation. My husband and I were traveling that weekend in two separate cars due to schedules. We accepted the $55 each to park our vehicles in the garage next door. The two of three elevators were out of order. The one that did work was running so slowly, that we had to take the staircase each time. (Oh, you could only park on the 3rd floor and up.) One stairwell smelled of urine and had food wrappers thrown every where. When we brought it to the staff's attention, they were aware of the elevator situation. When my husband asked to be comped, they stated they could not do so but provide points only.
- 1/5
It was NYE. Check in was at 4 pm we showed up at 7:30pm and I had to wait in the lobby until 10:15 with an infant and 8,9 year old. I only got to enjoy 2 hours of our night stay. Going to contact Expedia for a refund. Very disappointed in what was supposed to be a fun night for my children and I.
- 5/5
Clean, great customer service, great breakfast
- 5/5
I booked this for NYE, with my kids as a mini “stay-cation” from a neighboring city. Property interior is beautiful. My littles loved the pool, and the breakfast. My older teens loved that it’s conveniently located. The staff were absolutely wonderful, and accommodating. They did an amazing job, considering circumstances (being super full on a holiday weekend and short-staffed). The elevator to the parking garage was broken, which sucked, but who doesn’t need a little bit of exercise anyway, ya know? Will definitely book again.
- 5/5
Comfortable king size bed, roomy bathroom, large L shaped couch, table with chairs, two TV’s and refrigerator are some of the best amenities! Also enjoyed the free breakfast buffet and manager’s cocktail hour. Staff was friendly and helpful! Being on S. Congress gives you easy access to all the great shopping and culture! Will stay here again!

It was about 2 decades past needing a remodel but it charges like it’s still a 4 star hotel. No valet available and the parking garage was spray painted like it was in the middle of a gang war. Absolutely trashy hotel.
- 5/5
The rooms, the shower, the staff, the bar, the breakfast- everything was exceptional! Except —— the parking!!! Awful!!
- 5/5
The staff were amazing! I’m so happy that Chante’ was there to assist us. The rooms were nice and clean. I was pleased to see body lotion in the bathroom.

Excellent breakfast buffet and happy hour
- 2/5
Room was lacking in upkeep. Faucet in kitchenette was wobbly. Door jamb in bathroom was rusted. Bathroom had a funky smell. Mirror looked terrible, black spots showing through. A/C didn’t cool the room. Furniture and decor was outdated. Staff was courteous and breakfast was above average.

Hotel room was super dated. Check-in was 4pm. Our room was not ready until 5pm. Made us late for family dinner at Roaring Fork. The room was old and shabby. Popcorn ceiling was flaking off and looked disgusting with watermarks all over.

Elevators broken in parking garage. Very inconvenient. Air didn’t work in our room, had to switch rooms. Had to ask twice for bedding to be sent up.
- 5/5
Great
- 3/5
The rooms are very outdated. For the price we paid I would have expected a far nicer room. The room smelt musky, the carpet is old, the pillows have seen better days and the bed sank in the middle. We won’t stay here again.
- 5/5
Thank you for a FANTASTIC stay! Will be back!
- 5/5
The parking isn’t as convenient as we would had wanted it to be.

- 4/5
The room smelled a little musty and bathroom had water damage
- 5/5
It was nice.
- 5/5
Enjoyed the breakfast everyday! The staff were wonderful! All of them. But a special shout out to Diamond at the front desk. She made everyone feel so welcome at check in. She has a fantastic memory; greeted everyone by name for the rest of their stay, and she went above & beyond to make our stay wonderful! Your staff are the main reason we will return to stay here!
- 5/5
Everything was great as usual. We’ve been staying here for the last four years. Only reason I gave a 4 on property was because 2 out of the three elevators were not working during our stay which made going up, and down, from our room a bit of a chore.
- 4/5
The room was clean, but drab and dated. Some furniture in the lounge was lightly damaged. Breakfast buffet was good. Front desk staff was nice, but I had to ask multiple times to get sofa bed linens delivered. One day they failed to clean the room because of a language glitch; another day they didn’t leave wash rags with the other bathroom linens. The room had an ironing board but no iron. Front entrance is awkward for dropping people off or pickup.
- 5/5
Every great
- 5/5
The room was clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was great, especially the fresh made to order omelets. Great location with many shopping, dining and event choices in walking distance. Walking distance to the Palmer events center.
- 5/5
All over.
- 2/5
The room was filthy, old and dirty. Stains on beds and torn drapes. Restroom was so dirty. Toothpaste drip stains on cabinet. Hair on floor and in shower. We literally had to shower with flip flops on.
- 3/5
Rooms are in poor conditions Bathrooms are in good conditions Room was not tidy. Lots of trash under sofa, behind TV Units, and mini bar was leaking VERY FRIENDLY AND KIND STAFF

My wife goes to check in, and is met by the the night front desk manager, Diamond. She is extremely kurt and very unfriendly. She then told my wife that she could not check in to the room since I made the reservation and that I had to be there. She would not agree to call me and get my approval. She said I should have made the reservation directly with the Hotel and NOT Hotels.com. She was extremely rude to my wife and basically said she would not let her check in. So then my stepdaughter, who is half black came in. Diamond, if you haven't figured it out is also Black. As soon as my stepdaughter went up to the front desk, all of a sudden, Diamond puts on the charm and hospitality saying, well hello darling, don't you look beautiful and how can I help you sweetie. My wife then steps up to the counter, and Diamond knew she's been caught being a Racist Pig! My stepdaughter tells Diamond that this is her Mom, and ask her how we can solve this problem so her Mom can check into the room? In any event she is now allowed to check into room. However the room is dirty has a used condom under bed. Her room never was not cleaned for 2 days she was there even though she went to the front desk to tell them. 👎

Perfect place to stay with great staff, accommodations and location for our Congress Bridge Bat Excursion!
- 2/5
Staff not helpful at all with anything.
- 5/5
Hotel was close in proximity to all attractions
- 5/5
Great place stay
- 5/5
It’s an older style hotel. There was some issues with the lock on my room. But engineering was there in like five seconds no joke and the customer service with excellence. The breakfast was really good. It was typical hotel breakfast with bacon sausage and eggs, but it was real food and super clean. I would definitely stay there again. It’s a great little stay in Austin especially if you’re there for business and not luxury.
- 4/5
Great stay
- 1/5
Worst experience ever, do not recommend

Perfect for us since we were going to an event at the Palmer center. It’s an older hotel that’s had some updates but walls are still very thin and you can hear your neighbors. Loved the Happy Hour and breakfast.

Nice hotel right at Congress Ave. bridge. I would stay again.

Rude staff, serviced by Seth.

Our car got broken in at the parking garage. Heard it was not the first time, so probably in happens often.
- 3/5
Parking fees overpriced associates should speak English
- 5/5
Very good option, near to bats!!
- 5/5
Staff was friendly rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was at 10. Must try the omelette bar.

Very nice amenities, staff always helpful and easy access to the airport and downtown shopping. We would go there again.

Great stay

I didn’t like that the elevator didn’t work for the parking and we had to park 3rd floor and up.

Great stay 💖

- 5/5
The service was exceptional and the breakfast every morning was delicious.
- 5/5
Loved that we got welcome bags with water for our cpap machine and late night snacks. Breakfast was wonderful and we enjoyed a free happy hour drink. Parking seemed expensive.

Great business stay!
- 4/5
Great location.
- 4/5
Our room smelled like an old smoking room. Mostly clean but the pullout bed was horribly dirty and old.
- 2/5
My car was broken into in the garage I was paying $55 per night for... also had to have our room cards re-keyed every day multiple times except for the last day. Garage was disgusting and had no security.
- 5/5
safe

Very convenient stay.

Everything was satisfactory at this hotel except I saw a roach. And unfortunately it seems one or more may have traveled home with me in my bag some how as I saw one in my bathroom yesterday. I've never had a roach in my apartment, not in the 4 years I've been living here

Great location

Food options were nice.
- 5/5
VERY NICE PERSONNEL. Great room!

Make sure your trip days is set
- 5/5
Breakfast was very good and staff were very efficient
- 4/5
Water was off for over 3 hours due to a pipe bursting
- 3/5
Hidden fees for parking $55 night and pet $75 night
- 1/5
After the first night stay, our room was not serviced; bed not made, no clean towels, room not picked up. After notifying front desk, the bed was made and clean towels were supplied. After the second night, the room again was not serviced, and we were told the housekeeping staff had left for the day. Someone was sent to the room and “made” the bed like my 5 year old great grandson does; the covers were thrown up on the bed.

The hotel only had one elevator it took for ever to get anywhere. It was a super busy weekend too. I am oxygen there was no way I was going up and down 6 flights of stairs. The hotel is not really handicapped friendly. Needs to be updated my room smelled musty. I found out when I got there the elevator has been broken for months. It’s a super pricey hotel for the elevators to be broken. The breakfast was good and the pool is nice. Overall I give this hotel a 5 out of 10
- 3/5
The hotel needs improvements in the pool area and rooms. Additionally, the parking structure is unsafe, far from the property, and charges $50 per day for parking.
- 5/5
Extremely convenient location. Great staff. Great breakfasts. Large, clean rooms, quiet, very comfy bed. For the price, you simply can’t beat it.
- 3/5
Room and breakfast were wonderful but long wait on elevator because only one working and having to pay $55 a night to park was ridiculous!!
- 5/5
The hotel itself was great! Very spacious Finn’s and very clean. Parking garage is not connected to the property. You have to walk around the building.
- 5/5
Easy to get to trail around the lake. Wonderful cooked breakfast and made to order omelets. Great stay. Will return.
- 4/5
The lobby area is beautiful, although the rooms could use some work. It was dirty in some areas and the room had a strong musty smell that we never got used to. We didn't have enough shampoo and conditioner for the 1 night we stayed. The breakfast was amazing, probably the best hotel included breakfast we've ever had. The made to order omelets was a nice touch. Conveniently located for walking around to shop, dine, and watch the bats at dusk.
- 5/5
Breakfast & Happy hour was amazing per usual. Nicky, the bartender was so much fun to chat with!
- 5/5
Great location and value
- 5/5
Over all excellent place
- 5/5
I was disappoint that the entire time we were there only one elevator was working.
- 5/5
Location was great and nice amenities!
- 5/5
Very nice hotel. Friendly front desk reception. Highly advise.
- 4/5
The stay was great. We loved the location and the staff was excellent. A few things could use updating, but none of that negatively impacted our stay.
- 4/5
Three elevators only one of them in service on a busy holiday weekend. Why? If that was the case, “ok, no problem” but for the long lines of having to wait for the elevator, comp my parking cost. Which by the way is also high.
- 4/5
Convenient and accessible
- 4/5
There was only one functioning elevator which was kind of a pain. Other than that, everything was great.
- 4/5
Great
- 3/5
Clean room, good shower, sofa little old with tears, one of three elevators working only…very inconvenient with a large hotel like this one, breakfast is average, parking garage is not connected to hotel so have to walk around outside to get to hotel lobby, location of hotel is convenient to river/lake and downtown and Capitol.
- 1/5
Room smelled like cigars, out of three elevators only one worked. Parking lot very sketchy, elevator didn’t work in parking garage either
- 4/5
Good. Nice and clean!
- 5/5
Excellent
- 3/5
The lobby, dining and bar area was very nice and everyone that worked there were very nice and friendly. We were there for 4 days and the hallway was never vacuumed the whole time we were there. The rooms need to be renovated. The breakfast was awesome.
- 3/5
It was ok, the parking lot was not connected to the hotel. All elevators were broken except one. It was very hard for us since we needed ADA and there was no parking remotely close to the elevators. The room I got didn’t have a bench in the shower as advertised on the pictures. The pull out mattress was also like 2 in thick and very hard to lay on. The service however was nice they came when needed. It was more of the other little issues and struggles that made it difficult.
- 5/5
Wonderful hotel. Great breakfast, manager’s hour, and close to Congress Bridge Bats
- 5/5
Nice rooms, clean and great location
- 5/5
It was a great stay
- 5/5
Perfect location downtown. Breakfast/coctail hour area is beautiful and the rooms are exactly to embassy suite standard. Room separate from living room area. Easy walk to river and downtown
- 4/5
It was in a great location.
- 5/5
Amazing property so beautiful
- 5/5
Just a couple blocks away from the bat viewing bridge
- 5/5
Very clean, great service, and loved the snacks and drinks.
- 5/5
Excellent rooms. Super close to the CapTex Triathalon and Convention center.
- 5/5
Very nice room and staff
- 4/5
A nice, convenient place to stay which was close to everything we wanted to do. But only 1 of the 3 elevators was working so we had long wait times for the one elevator.
- 5/5
Customer service is impeccable! The location was great for us, room was spacious and quiet. The breakfast buffet , managers reception were all exceptional. Our 4 night stay exceeded all expectations and convenient parking garage! Thanks for an amazing time.
- 5/5
However, there was only one elevator working which made it difficult to get to and from my room. But over all the stay wa great.
- 2/5
Parking was $55.00. Too expensive in addition room charges. The front desk staff was rude and under staffed. The hotel was not worth the price we paid.
- 3/5
only 1 elevator in the hotel was working, the wait time was aggravating . the elevator for the parking garage was slow as a turtle.
- 5/5
Loved our stay !
- 5/5
N/A
- 4/5
Jonathan at the front desk was wonderful, every employee we came across was friendly and helpful. Only annoyance was the fact only one out of the three elevators was working..but this did not make or break the stay! The proximity and ease of access to everything makes it worth it!
- 2/5
While they charge $55/day for garage-only one elevator working in garage & hotel!!! Hotel needs a face lift-outdated & dreary. Atrium creates very noisy rooms. Breakfast was decent.
- 3/5
Location needs a refresh. Staff friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Enjoyed the free drink coupons to use at the bar.
- 4/5
Great location!
- 5/5
I had a good experience.
- 3/5
Good location but the property is older and run down. Only one out of the three elevators was operational which caused long waits and crowded rides. The room was outdated, not very clean, and the ac/heater worked only intermittently. It was just ok, not terrible, but I was expecting more from Embassy Suites.
- 4/5
Standard Embassy Suites. Other than the cook to order eggs the food was cold. But not horrible. Nice place
- 5/5
We stay at this hotel each time we are in Austin.
- 5/5
Great breakfast
- 2/5
The bathroom in our room was handicap accessible which led to the bathroom floor flooding every time we showered - including water seeping into the carpet in the area outside of the bathroom. This was clearly a regular occurrence bc the carpet was perpetually damp and the room had a musty odor.
