Friendly front desk staff, clean room, hot breakfast. Upon checking in, you are given a goodie bag with water, snacks, & a thank you note. Parking was free, & there is security patroling. Felt safe. This is an older hotel, so bathroom is dated (no fan), & small. Also, A/C unit is blocked by bed, so the one bed near the AC keeps you cold, and the other bed doesn't get much air, so it's rather warm.

Our shower / bath had issues with turn on and off but everything else was wonderful. Breakfast sausage a bit weird but we got there I. The last 15 minutes

The location was not far from the airport. The staff was very friendly. I loved the personnel note with snacks. That was unexpected. The one thing I didn't like was that the hotel does not have a pool. Would have loved to take a swim before bed. Other than that, everything else was great! No pool.

Comfy clean rooms. Very close to the airport, that's why I chose it because I had an early flight. I left too early so I didn't have breakfast. Good hotel and great value!

The restroom sink handle bumped into the mirror. The mirror had to give a little to turn the water on. The LED lighting around the bathroom mirror was flickering and not working properly. The shower had medium pressure. For the price, however, this was a good deal and met all of my needs. The room was spacious and clean enough. It had the amenities I needed. I probably wouldn't get ice out of the machine that was on my floor though. Overall good for the price. A decent Mexican restaurant down the street. We walked it, but some may wish to drive. Denny's (if I recall) was very close.

Went to breakfast at 6:40 and the coffee was cold, hot water had run out. The room was nice, clean, comfortable. Would stay again ...just not plan for the breakfast.

The Lyft pickup was cumbersome, especially the first time I exited the airport and tried to use it. Directions from the desk staff were confusing.

The room, overall, was rundown and nothing special. Carpets were dirty, so we wore our sandals around the room. Breakfast was some very weird powdery eggs, that looked like what you scrape off the pan when you are done cooking real eggs. Checking out, I couldn't get a receipt because of the room mix up. I guess I just have to trust that my security deposit will be returned to me for the correct room. Other than all of that, the room was quiet. They keep the inner sliding door locked after a certain hour and you need to ring the doorbell to enter, which feels a little more secure. It is in close proximity to the airport. I can't recommend this hotel and won't be going back.

Bed was comfortable enough. Toilet had a constant drip leak. I unplugged the fridge because it was loud. Signs of wear all around. Clean enough though. Breakfast was subpar. Scrambled eggs were obviously powder. Sausage was lame. Waffle was decent.

very decent room for the price, proximity to the airport. the room is clean and a good size. the only complaint I have is the bathroom. The toilet seat was loose, the toilet made a very loud screech a few seconds after flushing, and there was no soap (body wash or hand soap) when we got in, though they quickly brought us some bars of soap to wash hands with after we asked. Overall, very good experience considering we booked last minute to rest before a flight, and they were able to accomodate a family of 8. I think if they pay a little bit more attention to the bathrooms, I'd definitely recommend it and return here.

This place is an absolute dump. I arrived to a hot, stuffy room because the HVAC system was turned completely off. The TV didn’t work because it wasn’t connected to internet so streaming (the only option) didn’t work. The bathtub was ringed in mold around the caulking. It was truly an awful experience.

The staff was friendly enough on check-in and checkout. All of the negatives were minor. It was great for the price, and it was convenient to the airport.

Room looked clean, but had a bad smell of mildew/mold. I asked the front desk if I could have a different room and was told that they were totally booked and had no room available. Guy at the front desk seemed to be annoyed that i asked for a different room.

Awful place, DO NOT STAY. It was NOTHING like the photos, it was old, run down, and dirty. We checked in less than 3 hours after check-in was available, and were told that they overbooked the king size bed we wanted and were given 2 queens. I asked if we could have a discount, since that's not what I booked, and they said yes, and never did it. I contacted them after the stay, and they said they would not offer a discount. The fixtures were wobbly, the room smelled, there were no utensils to eat the snacks we bought at the lobby with. The fridge wasn't working, and the AC wasn't cold. Please avoid like the plague. I even contacted Expedia, and they didn't do a thing either. Save yourself.

Horrible experience. Toilet stopped working and the front desk and management didn’t give a crap about us or the situation. Front desk hung up on me when I asked for assistance and manager didn’t want to talk or addrsss the issue. Horrible place and workers are young and don’t give a crap about you!! They got their money they don’t care. Be prepared if you stay there.

The lobby has water/liquid on the floor in front of the counter. There was sometimes no one available to speak with when needed. The room had no soap and very little towels. The shower knobs did not work.

Toilet was broken and nothing was done to fix it. They were sold out so couldn’t move to another room. Shower hair female hairs still in the shower, hole in the shower, hole in the wall. The second day when we got back our keys were dis activated and the kid in the night time does not have any customer service experience. He was like what you want? I had previous stayed here in a first floor room but the third floor was horrible. Horrible experience and not able to use the restroom for our stay.

Well located, with easy access to a complimentary airport shuttle, free parking available, and fully bilingual staff. The breakfast is, like in many hotels of this type, quite disappointing. The coffee is very poor quality and tastes cheap, the food options are low quality, and most of the offerings are unhealthy (such as breakfast burgers and waffles). There is also a noticeable lack of healthy and flavorful choices.

It was clean When we came back from being gone all morning we decided to rent the room another night and when we was down stairs paying the manager was in our room going through our stuff. Came down to the desk charged me $250 for a smoke products being in the room kept all 3 of my $70 deposits and wound not refund the $101 for the night that was already paid for before they gave us 30 mins to leave their property.

The staff was amazing but after about 2 hours in our room, two German roaches fell on us. They were very accommodating and would give us an other room but we couldn’t sleep after that. Aside from that, the rooms were clean and nice.

The heater was not working and it was 40 degrees outside. It was reported to the front desk and the front desk attendant said nothing could be done on a Holiday weekend. AND we were not offered a room with a working heater! The attendant in the breakfast room was extremely helpful !

I got a video for the night worker, and they couldn’t move us rooms so that we could all shower. It was 1am, and we just wanted to get to sleep at that point. The bathroom light flickered, I told the staff and their maintenance guy wasn’t there to fix it. And lastly the key cards stopped working out of nowhere(yes I know they deactivate if they’re held close to your cell phone) but one card was left behind in the hotel room and even that one got deactivated. I’m not sure that I’d come back. My sister said she found the receptionist outside with hugging up with their significant other. Not a good look.

When we purchased the room we purchased a suite that In the image showed a bedroom that was seperate from the living room area.. not the business suite. However that’s what they gave us was a single room suite that was business. The place wasn’t clean, the toilet had stains on it. The room floor wasn’t clean.

Hotel was fine, we’ve stayed here before and thought we knew what to expect. Unfortunately on this last trip, while the whole hotel is non-smoking, our room reeked of cigarette smoke. We even had to wash our clean clothes when we got home to rid them of the smell.

Dirty looking hotel. There were dried blood stains on the bed and dust bunnies in the corners of the bathroom. One of our towels had hair on it. The room just looked dirty. We went to the front desk several times for towels and toilet paper. We rang the bell that was there, but no one answered.

Hotel was recently remodeled but the bathroom was old and dirty, windows looking out had some kind of coating on them to where you could not look out and the bed was terrible. Not comfortable at all and woke up both mornings with our back hurting.

Stayed for just a night, glad it was only one. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. They were hard and had no support to them. Pillows were the size of couch throw pillows and also uncomfortable. Good luck trying to get a hold of the front desk if your needing something like I did. The room had an iron but no ironing board. No one would answer the phone when trying to get a hold of them. I even went down to the front and still no one to be found. Overall, if you don’t mind a hard bed and only needing to stay one night, then this will do. If needing a longer stay You might want to look at some place else.

Was very convenient to navigate most of Austin from this location and it was very affordable would stay here again.

Check-in was fine, and I see that they updated some things in the rooms, however, the hallways and doors to the rooms resemble either prison/old school building/state run facility. It was just dismal and depressing. Gray on gray The area of the bathroom with the gray front door and the gray bathroom door and the gray wall made me feel like I was 18 years old staying in a motel six that cost $30 I will not stay here again

Nos entregaron habitación sucia, sin aspirar. Solicite habitación sin tina o para discapacidad y no me la dieron. La regadera sucia, el desagüe tapado, no hay pasamanos para entrar y salir de la tina lo q es un problema de seguridad pues es muy resbalosa. El baño no tiene espejo.Me salieron cucarachas. Pedi cambio de habitación y en la otra mi hijo piso una cucaracha con su pie. No asean la habitaciones diario. El desayuno incluido malo como todos los desayunos americanos. Jamas regreso. Hotel muy viejo y descuidado.

This property is not pet friendly! I checked in and provided my dogs ESA credentials at that time! The next morning I was leaving the main entrance about 7am to let my dog go out and take care of his business! I was stopped by the morning manager questioning my room number because I had my dog! The manager didn’t id himself but when I informed him that I informed the night clerk and it wasn’t a problem at that time he informed me that ESA wasn’t accepted with a rude attitude towards me from the start of our interaction! I explained I wasn’t aware and was checking out that morning!

The night manager was welcoming and eager to assist and help resolve an booking issue.

This was a quick stay for a graduation. Everything was in good order... only issue was that the hot water seemed to run out quickly & took ~10/15 minutes to build back up. You basically have enough hot water for (1) 7min shower before it needs to reheat... for the 4 of us took 1.5hrs.

The shower and bathroom floor were so uneven that it leaked all over the bathroom and into the foyer. Everything else was fine.

I enjoyed the room size having a refrigerator and microwave, sitting area with couch. The hotel was quiet I had easy access to the elevator. Transportation to the airport and back was convenient. Staff helpful and we felt safe.

Do NOT stay here! Booked a suite and there was no suite. Deceptive practices that the front desk clerk admitted to. Room was dirty. Air conditioner smelled musty.

The efficiency is nothing as it was presented. Didnt have a couch or a table. The refrigerator was very small the regular room have a bigger refrigerator. No luggage rack. The chair for the desk is torn. It just looks like an abandoned room. Theres always an issue with this hotel. There is one front desk that is very rude. Been to this hotel about 3 or 4 time and she not very welcoming. Im not the one to complain but it will be the last time booking in this hotel.

There is a great deal of wear and tear throughout the building. During our stay someone pulled the fire alarm at 6am which we had to evacuate. Once back inside the alarm kept blaring on and off until after 11am. At that point I went to the front desk to ask what's going on the manager just kept saying it wasnt the

Phenomenal hotel.

They didn’t even have a clean bed sheet to give us for the pull out couch in our room, let alone pillows or a blanket. Night desk staff was friendly but the management they called basically said there’s nothing they can do. The only thing hot and fresh at breakfast was the waffle you make yourself. The eggs, bacon etc in the heating tray were literally cold like straight from a freezer, yuck! Many other guests at the desk with complaints of their stay as well. Will never go back to this hotel, that is for sure.

It was fine for a one night stay but there were spiders and a huge cockroach in the room.

Everything was good except for the restroom mirror, the light was not working but other than that everything was great.

Due to circumstances beyond my control, I was unable to stay at this facility. I called Expedia to cancel and a refund, but they were “unable” to help and said, I needed to call the motel. I called the motel and let them know I woujd not be there and asked about a refund and they said, I would have to talk to Expedia. No one would discuss the option of refund, so I never received one. I knew that no refund was a possibility, it never occurred to me that they would both put it back on the other. I will think twice before I use a third party to book again.

The room I was in had quite a bit of filth. The sheets and carpet were rather stained. One of my nights I stayed, there were some bugs in the room. I was on the bottom floor, but it was a bit unpleasant.

Our room was accommodating for our stay for the weekend. Nothing bad to say about staying here. It was a good stay.

Showrr barely worked when brought up to staff we were just told there were no other rooms like ours so there was nothing they could do.

Room was not as advertised. Didn’t have a suite as booked. Just double beds and a pull out couch. It did sleep 5 but not comfortably at all or enough room

Sam the GM was amazing. I had originally stayed here for work, ended up staying longer due to an emergency surgery. Sam was quick to help out and make sure I was comfortable and gave me plenty of time to get checked out.

Good for weekend stays, right off the highway very easy to find, pretty decent breakfast, pillows were a little small, rooms decent size overall a good stay

The room was adequate, but the mattress was not comfortable and the pillows were oddly small and square. Overall, incredibly average
