Staff was excellent and room was clean. Not huge but big enough. Good value for money.

What I strongly did not appreciate was how noisy my room was. It was facing the street and I could hear every stop, every go, and every revving of the engine outside. I could also hear every footstep and every person speaking in the room next door. This made it difficult to get sufficient, relaxing sleep. Something I also had higher hopes for was the breakfast. It was simply a few pastries with cereal and yogurt. The coffee was not fresh and came out of a standard machine. Although the coffee was technically 24 hours, it was not tasteful nor something to look forward to unfortunately. The elevators were also not functioning either meaning every trip I made, including bringing up and down my luggage, was not something I looked forward to and therefore difficult. Otherwise, the staff was pleasant and accommodating for minor issues.

Room was very clean and cleanliness was maintained throughout my hotel stay. I liked the room had a microwave and refrigerator. I received timely notifications as well.

This hotel is very convenient to the airport and reasonably priced. The room was very clean and the sleeping area appeared to be refurbished and in good shape. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom showed a little bit of wear, but was clean. The towels are a bit small and thin. The hallways definitely show wear, but again, they were clean. I used the Fitness area, which was well maintained and had a nice view. The breakfast area is spacious and the breakfast options are varied. The front desk staff is helpful.

Clean and comfortable. Near the airport Loud guest at all hours of the night. Loud dryer. Could hear it throughout the entire floor and in the room.

The indoor coil was caked in so much dust I almost coughed from the amount that spilled and couldn't even wipe it all with bathroom tissue (It was too much of an horrid sight to leave alone). While cleaning my eyes were too distracted on the dust until about 10 minutes in when I noticed the condensate pan. For those who don't know an air conditioner causes condensate to form in a similar way to how a cold can of soda "sweats". I order to prevent mold growth there must be a pan that has plumbing remove the water. This condensate pan was flooded with discolored water and appeared to be growing life inside with some weird yellow slime forming. I am not a medical professional or a microbiologist but as someone involved in HVAC I can confidently say the air conditioning system in my room was not properly maintained or is not getting maintained enough times in a year. Only god knows what other messes one will find in the other ac systems in this place. For your health and safety please choose another hotel.

Hotel was a good price for a 3 night stay. Room was nice enough. First night, our room was fumigated by someone smoking weed nearby. I notified front desk and they were prompt in investigating and sending out a mass text to guests of their no smoking policy and had no further issues with that. However, the 2nd morning a couple was screaming and arguing at 7am in the hallway and I had to go out to tell them to stop. Not the hotels fault, unruly guests happen but annoying. Breakfast was small but okay with pancakes, pastries, bagels, cereal and refrigerated jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches. They have the teeniest tiniest outdoor pool they should just get rid of. Was disappointed that the airport shuttle was not free and there was an $8 fee. Decent location.

Staff wasn’t very friendly upon check in and the elevator, hallway and room had a bad smell. We just made it work as we were tired and just going to be there 4 hours before we were to catch a flight.

I liked the Hotel, but it was a bit dirty and is due for a remodel. It was highly priced but it needed more maintenance.

The location is okay and the rooms are dated which they tried to spruce it up but honestly it's an average hotel. I was told that there was a free shuttle but when I got there they said that they have their own Uber driver to take you there for $8. So beware about that. The breakfast isn't that bad.

The food was prepackaged. I heated breakfast burrito and it was on a raw tortilla and soggy. The egg, sausage, and cheese sandwich my husband had was okay. I did not see an attendant and there was a mess at the waffle maker.

The staff was very nice. As soon as I got there they upgraded my room free of charge. Then when I got to the room I realized I forgot my charger so I went downstairs to see if they could let me borrow one and they did, they had a few to spare. Breakfast was also great. Overall, it was an amazing stay where I will come back to when in the Austin area.

The room was super small for the price being almost $200 a night. The bed was uncomfortable with only three small pillows. They only had two towels.

The AC was not working in our room both nights. There was really nothing to eat for breakfast so we had to buy breakfast from outside. We could not sleep for 2 nights. The bathroom vent was making loud noise. It was a waste of money with so much inconvenience.

The room was decent, but I found hair on the bed and in the bathroom. The iron was burned out, so I wasn't able to iron my work clothes. And there was a drip-like noise coming from the bathroom vent. The staff suggested that it was the fan in the vent.

Great room. But first night someone near my room was smoking weed and it seriously made me sick. I did call downstairs to desk and they came up and brought me some air freshener because it was so strong in my room. He said he was warning who he thought it was and it seem to stop. This has not been updated on the third party sites that most people book through. For an airport hotel the shuttle is why I booked this hotel in the past. They still offer a shuttle to the airport from the property to the main airport for $8. When I requested to book this prior to check out the staff member at the front desk gave a sigh and an attitude about booking it. The room was clean and breakfast is okay but full of unhealthy options. Do yourself a favor and stay at the La Quinta across the street. It is a better hotel with nice staff and has an airport shuttle included with your stay that will pick you up and drop you off at the airport.

This is a fantastic budget hotel. Very new, very clean, spacious room, frig and microwave, and free breakfast. For some reason they selected queen bids vs kings, which is OK when I'm traveling alone but would keep me from staying here if I were traveling with my partner. Very well lit - and think women traveling alone would feel safe

The stay was ok. Rooms were reasonably priced. I changed rooms once because of a popping noise once. They said it was a vent/air problem. The 2nd room had the same problem, but was much more infrequent, so it was tolerable. Nice TV, close to the airport. I didn't care for breakfast, frozen food not fresh.

Room was nice, spacious and clean. The location was decent, not too far from everything we wanted to see. The TV in the room was positioned in an odd way and you couldn't turn it one way or the other. So if you were watching from the couch or watching from the bed you'd be turned towards the TV instead of just looking straight at it. Very weird. And the AC would make this buzzing noise in the middle of the night that would wake us up. So a downside there as well. The coffee with the continental breakfast was terrible and not really any options for food. However there's plenty of options in the area that are worth checking out. But overall a decent stay.

Hot water was less than luke warm when taking a shower !!! First response was everyone is taking a shower at the same time & I will check on that to which he never replied back. Second day we will look at that & put in for a maintenance request still no reply nor issues fix . Third day was the get response with Oh there's an issues with the hot water

Stood at front desk for 20+ minutes before anyone came to check me in. Once the worker did, they were very rude and didn’t even say hello. They only came after I called the front desk phone number and sent a text to the automated assistant. The WiFi was not working so I couldn’t do work in my room. And the tv apps were not working because of the WiFi being down.

I stayed there a few years ago and it was very nice, but this year it was disappointing. My room was right next to the breakfast area and was noisy. Room smelled of deoderizer to mask smoke smell. Paint was patched over in the bathroom. Not well maintained.

I wont lie for the price it was way better than i expected as far as it being clean, however the guest were horrible and loud could not rest. i called front desk it as no help. checkout is at 11 but when the noise finally died down around 7 am there went the cleaning staff very loud and rude.. gave up on trying to sleep and just checked out! I needed peace just couldn't get it!

Hot shower with good pressure. Check in lady was good, we had loud music near our room as soon as we checked in and when we asked we were moved immediately. As a Canadian traveler I thought closing the pool when it was 89 degrees outside was premature. Clean rooms. Comfortable bed.

We get what we pay for and the value matched the property. I wanted to wait till 11 a.m. due to my flight time, which I had the right to, check out is at 11 a.m. First I got a text asking what time I was checking out. That is a first, I answered 11. Then housekeeping was in the room next me vacuuming and moving things banging against the wall I was sitting against, not once but 3 times. It almost felt like they were trying to make it uncomfortable so people would leave earlier. I travel quite a bit and never experienced this. Highlight coffee 24 hours.

With the government shutdown and a very early flight wasn’t sure where to stay that was going to be clean and safe. This property gave me the security I needed and more! HUGE SHOUT OUT TO PAUL!!! He made me feel like a million BUCKS and made sure the ”shuttle” arrived safely and I received text messages and calls about its arrival. Thanks Paul for your kind heart and great service. I will definitely stay at this location again. I found my home away from home when in Austin for sure! And based on the success of this trip, it looks like that will be A LOT! See you guys in January!

Clean rooms and helpful staff. Great place to stay if you are flying out early or arriving late in Austin.

Noisy, could hear people in halls and above us throughout the night. Breakfast was meh.

Everything was was clean and orderly. The beds were very comfortable, and the staff was courteous and helpful.

Room was awful, carpet was very stained, fixtures were old, bathroom was old, sort of clean, shower curtains were torn. Not much hot water. Could hear everything going on, no insulation in walls, no privacy. Really needs a remodel. Staff were OK, not super friendly. Overall just an d hotel that needs a refit, cost was way too much for such an old place.

Fine experience. Loud AC, decided to turn it off to be able to sleep. But overall good value. Wouldn't rush back but wouldn't avoid either.

We discovered a 2 inch black cockroach last night but room was comfortable and clean. Was given handicap with walk in shower. Toilet joist flush. Shower light needed replaced. Staff didn’t refill coffee. Always stay here. Breakfast ok.

Breakfast was good. Very simple but I wish there was little more variety from day to day. If you are staying there for a few days its the same thing. Nonetheless it was a very comfortable place.

Mine was an accessible room which wasn’t my choice. The bathroom was very strange due to the equipment for the people in wheelchair. There was no hair conditioner.

Food leftovers in the fridge of the suite we stayed in the first night. My son's pullout couch/bed was very comfortable for him and no linen in the room. Complained to Expedia and they called Microtel and we were able to move to a different room with their Queen beds, which were really full-size beds. The room was a little worn out in the bathroom and AC unit didn't work very well.

Accessibile bathrooms are put together really well. Safety bars in all the right places.

It’s a great location to go to the Austin airport. The room is clean, not too loud at night nearby the highway. But with old design and small. The breakfast is terribly unhealthy, pre-cooked and packaged fast food. Didn’t eat anything.

Check in was fast and the desk staff was very friendly. The room was small but incredibly clean and had everything needed. Proximity to airport, restaurants & coffee can’t be beat, especially for the price!

Nice hotel but not luxury at all. Nice for a quick weekend or day stay in Austin. Micro is real because everything is small. No regrets though.

The place was clean but no refrigerator in the rooms.

My favorite part was the self Dispenser cooking pancake maker which made the breakfast experience amazing. While hot eggs and breakfast sausage were not part of the experience, jimmy dean sandwich’s and Canadian breakfast sandwiches and yogurt in my opinion are outstanding, being able to heat up a breakfast sandwich at what ever time you like gives the ability to leave in a rush or go on a stroll.

Nice well-kept rooms with comfortable beds, but tired common areas. A bit noisy. Still good for the price — I have to give credit to the management for running a good budget hotel.

It was a nice trip, restaurants are near by and easy access to the airport.

I only stayed for one night and I was glad. My room didn’t have no refrigerator or microwave and that some amenities I got to have staying at any hotel and it don’t say anything about rooms not having them. Also they gave me a room right next to the elevator and laundry area and it was just noisy all through the night. The laundry area has hours that you can operate but people was watching all hours of the night and so I was hearing everything. The hotel overall wasn’t bad and I would stay again if the rooms had amenities.

The bed felt like I was sleeping on springs. The pull out couch was the most horrible thing I’ve ever slept on! There were very loud industrial fans blowing in our hallway until very late in the night. Our TV remote was broken, and there was no body wash just a small bar of soap for hand washing and bathing.

The breakfast was underwhelming—mainly pancakes, cereal, and microwaveable items. There was no milk, so I had to eat the cereal dry. Overall, if you need a clean, affordable place to crash for the night, this will do. Just don’t expect much beyond the basics.

Very convenient to stay the night before our early flight. Left our vehicle there while on our trip and got shuttled to and from airport.

Very close to Austin airport, so it was convenient, but the walls are paper thin. People were coming and going all night and being able to hear every person in the building meant very little sleep was had here. Staff was friendly though.

This is our second time staying in this hotel and it works perfect for our needs. Our room and the hotel itself is clean. Checking in was a breeze. They have a pool and free breakfast with pancakes, cereal, oatmeal, etc.

I was in the area for a 3-day event, the property met all my expectations, and was conveniently located. I left out one star because of an issue with the air-venting system (when it was not in use) that the property also acknowledged.

Shuttle service from the airport was provided. The driver was very professional. Danesh checked me in and was extremely accommodating and friendly. I will recommend this hotel to family and friends.

During my 2 day stay, there were two bugs in our room. The first day, no one came to clean the room. There weren’t enough towels in the room. I saw housekeeping outside the door so I went to ask her only to figure out she doesn’t speak ANY English!!!! Like how are you working in an English speaking country and don’t speak ANY English?!?!? She seemed super sweet, but that does have an impact on customer service. Thank God there was a spanish speaking person waiting for the elevator that could interpret for me! I definitely won’t be back.
