Surrounded by a beautiful garden, intimate Willa Excelsior is located in a quiet, leafy area in the center of Zakopane, a stroll from lively Krupowki Street. Willa Excelsior occupies a stylish building that has been renovated to meet modern standards. Still, it maintains a "before-the-war" atmosphere. The rooms are functionally designed and furnished. They all come with private bathrooms, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. Most rooms also have a balcony. It is possible to order meals, at a surcharge. They are served in the neighboring Willa Carlton - located 33 feet away. The villa is within walking distance of Tatra mountain trails. Ski storage is available and ski lessons, excursions, mountain guided tours and folklore evenings can be booked at the reception.

The mountain view is so beautiful, the design of the room is okay. It wasn't so clean, there was hair on the bed and cover of the blanket was tored. The only thing is best is the view from window and the location.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were supplied with all of the essentials. Having a balcony was an expected surprise! The flat screen TV is a plus too. The rooms were smaller than portrayed, especially the shower stall. Ventilation is also a problem, as I woke up in a pool of sweat despite having the window open (-5° outside).

Very comfortable, kind staff and great location! The bed pillows are not so comfortable to sleep and put our heads on. I wish they were bigger and softer. Apart from this, everything else was perfect.

The location was very good. The hotel was in walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The desk staff when we arrived was not very pleasant. There was a discrepancy about the price of the room since there were four people for two rooms and not two people for two rooms, even though I alerted the hotel to this situation. I never received a response to my message.

The property was clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. The breakfast was excellent. The property does not have the elevator.

the location was good and the staff was friendly. They offered a late check-in for us to adjust with our travel time. we had an issue with hot water of the bathroom, after informing it to the reception they fixed it during 30-35 minutes. there was a renovation going on in the property. the peoples who does the renovation started the work around 7.30 AM, and it was very disturbing. the pillows were not in good condition and did not support for a good sleep.

Breakfast was amazing, rich choice of the local special dishes and usual meals, more than usual breakfast, with real coffee in beans. Location is great, 5 minutes from the very central part of the central street. Friendly approach to the guests. My small dog leaved for free,it was nice possibility to travel with him.

The room was spacious, quiet, very warm and cozy, everything was clean. Really close to the city center. Big parking and small pets stay for free.
