I did not like their breakfast , the restaurant is connected to the 3 stars hotel and it’s like 3 stars quality ?

beautiful, and the overall atmosphere is very welcoming. The staff were both pleasant and professional, always ready to help with a smile. Our room was very comfortable, and we were particularly impressed by the excellent soundproofing-we couldn't hear our neighbors at all, which made for a very restful stay. The location is perfect, situated just a few minutes' walk from the main pedestrian street. The hotel consists of two buildings connected only on two floors-the lobby and the bar area. This created a bit of an issue for us when visiting the spa. Since there was no direct internal connection from our wing, we had to walk through the main entrance or the bar in our robes just to get there, which wasn't very convenient.

The hotel is excellent overall The breakfast is very poor. There are no halal options except eggs, and I have an egg allergy. I informed the restaurant, but they were unable to offer any alternatives.

The jacuzzi was small and not very warm. It was also extremely crowded and hard to find times where we could squeeze into a seat.

Beautiful design Nothing

Almost everything about this hotel was outstanding — probably the best five-star stay I’ve had in Zakopane. Comfortable bathroom with heated floor and no weird design choices, great mountain view from the balcony with a lounge chair, excellent restaurant and bar with super-friendly staff and tasty food. The sauna area was fantastic too — both steam room and sauna were perfectly hot, just the way I like it. The only thing that slightly spoiled the impression was when, after check-out, I felt unwell and lay down for a short rest in an empty side lobby. At the same moment when I got up - a female receptionist came over — and, oddly enough, brought a man along for some reason — to tell me that lying down there wasn’t allowed. It felt strange, especially since their promo photos show guests relaxing on the same sofas. Still, everyone remained very polite.

Luxurious hotel , Excellent location, great breakfast, very rich and tasty, room size was surprisingly good and the SPA was cozy but not crowded , great value for money. All was perfect

The only point is that the breakfast need to be improved specifically with halal options

Everything was perfect, outstanding

I booked the room with one kid and i paid all the amount by booking , but when i reach the hotel I paid 500 euro more for my kid

The Gym is small but there is enough machines to training

Despite its five-star rating, the hotel’s service fell significantly short of expectations. The room service was inadequate, and the staff, particularly those in reception and the room service, exhibited limited proficiency in English, making communication challenging. Furthermore, the bathroom towels were excessively used and lacked cleanliness. Additionally, essential amenities such as soap and shampoo had to be requested individually each time.
