Location, parking availability The outer appearance of the house needs some attention. Check-in in a separate place can be inconvenient with bad weather.

Was broken toilet flush button, but luckily got fixed pretty quickly, though better to check in advance to avoid uncomfortable situations with guests. There is no shampoo or shower gel, no fridge in the room (only in the common living room available) - nice if that would be provided in the future. Room is not being cleaned, so not sure if needed to ask someone for it or not, but would be great if at least there would be a sign on the door saying "Do not Disturb" and "Please clean my room", that would help a lot for guests to decide.

There’s no ventilation in the room, the heating is really high while it is cold if opening the window, making it a bit suffocating. I didn’t see any public room or kitchen. The staff is not here so i had to ask her questions online but she didn’t reply me.

Very good location, close to the city centre, little uncomfortable beds but wort the quality - price ratio. Staff was nice, breakfast very good. Would recommend. The reception is not in the building but close enough.

It's close to the center of Zakopane. The staff was kind at the hotel. We were here during the off season so it might be different other times, but we had to check in at a different hotel. I wouldn't necessarily call it bad, but definitely weird.

The property is located near the city center. It takes about 10 minutes on foot. The room was quite clean. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent and it was delicious. The choice is very large. Paid on-site parking 20zl per day is not included in the room rate. In the room you can hear the noise of water from other rooms and walking on the stairs. The hotel would need repairs both inside and out. Nothing catastrophic, but it would be nice.

Building Interior was very simple which I would hlave appreciated if I wanted to go back to year 1900. Now, it seems too simple given how lavish the building looks from the outside. But given the low price, it is still quite reasonable.
