The hotel was beautiful, clean and well located.

The location is excellent, close to the center, restaurants, and transportation. The room was very clean, warm, and extremely comfortable. The spa was absolutely wonderful – clean, relaxing, and perfect after a long day in the cold and after skiing. We really enjoyed it and it added a lot to our stay. The staff were very kind and helpful, and everything was well organized. Overall, a perfect experience. We would definitely stay here again! Nothing, everything was excellent!

Location was great. Close to main streets but not on them, so quiet. Staff was exceptionally kind and efficient Excellent buffet breakfast and dinner offerings were exceptional!! Was hoping to have a better spa experience. Hot tub was only lukewarm, filled over/flowing and seats very low so you definitely got head wet (I'm 5' 5") and spa facilities had very limited hours (4-9 or 10). Also spa area was quite spartan with only 2 lounges.

Beautiful, traditional decor, pretty restaurant area. Also, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful Breakfast could have some alternative milks, it’s heavy on meats, but it’s a great selection nevertheless.

Great location and bountiful breakfast. Staff were helpful. On site parking reasonably priced. It was quiet at night, but a short walk to the pedestrian shopping area. Short taxi ride to bus/train station for shuttle buses to access trail heads. Also possible to walk to some trails from venue. Restaurant is very good!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly Recommended! We had a great stay! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful — truly some of the nicest we’ve met. Everything was clean, fresh, and well-maintained. We arrived early to drop off our bags before check-in, and it was no problem at all. They welcomed us with no stress. The breakfast also deserves a shoutout — there was a huge variety of options, and everything was delicious. Would definitely stay here again!
