They did our laundry, although the establishment does not offer laundry services. We mostly left in the early morning so couldn't have breakfast, but they offered to make sandwiches for us. It was such a pleasant surprise when we opened the package on the mountain. I don't really like cold cuts but I forgot to mention that. Half of the sandwiches had cold cuts and the other half only cheese. They put some apples and veggies as well. Two other days we had breakfast at the accommodation which was fantastic. If you plan to hike, the Palenica Bialczanska parking lot is only half an hour away by car. Seen that many people mentioned that they did not clean the room on a daily basis. Let's be honest. We don't clean our house either on a daily basis. You just have to take care of the cleanliness, not walking with hiking boots on the carpet and so on.

The location is ideal, few minute walk from the main attractions. The room has enough space to stay even longer. The breakfast was pretty delicious and varied. The WiFi works well.

Close to the main street, friendly staff. The breakfast was unclear on its ingredients, it said something in Polish but for people that don't speak Polish, it could be good to have a translation specially for people that are vegetarian or allergic and are not sure if something on the breakfast table contains any meat or not.

Absolutely outstanding stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The parking availability made everything so convenient, and the beds were perfectly cozy for a restful night. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety to start the day right. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Zakopane!

Great location. The staff is friendly and helpful. We left home early in the morning, so they brought us sandwiches. The room is warm and cozy, quiet surroundings. There is a shop and a central street nearby, which allows you to walk to all the most interesting places. Highly recommended. Everything was great!

The staff was kind specially Dominica and Maria. They were helpful as much as they can. The venue is around 15 minutes away from the shopping street centre. The two rooms that been booked were wide and comfortable. The food was so simple and need more varieties. Sometimes on early morning we experienced dog barking nearby. You should close the windows all the time, otherwise; an insect looks like spider would enter although it is not danger and weak. I needed to inform the staff everyday to clean the room because they forgot to clean it one day. The water is not draining out smoothly in the kitchen sink and when we inquired about that, they said it is not possible to fix it due to difficulty ?. No lift in the hotel so you must lift all the luggage’s by your self.
