This little family-run hotel was the highlight of our 3 week stay! The call it a hotel, but the only difference is that you don't get any toiletries in your bathroom, other than that, I would rather like to call it your home away from home. The place is managed by the two owners, they were super helpful. The breakfast was a feast. You can sit in the lounge when you get home in the afternoon and enjoy free coffee/tea all day long. The rooms were really comfortable and clean. It is two streets away from the main attraction in town and although we rented a car, we walked everyone because of the location. We were there over Christmas and they made us a very special Christmas dinner. Obviously not the norm as they only serve breakfast but there is nothing they won't do to make your stay enjoyable. The personal touch of the owners were so appreciated. They give you the space you need, but were always there to help and give advice. We slept better in this bed than at our own home. This little hotel comes highly recommended!! Absolutely nothing. Perhaps they can add shampoo and soap in the bathroom, as you would expect that from a hotel, but we had our own anyways. There is absolutely nothing to complain about this place!

Based on the previous comments, I wasn't sure about the quality, but I fell in love with the guesthouse's atmosphere. I decided to book as the price was also friendly. I haven't regretted it for a minute. The staff was really nice and helpful, they speak English. The furniture is deliberately old, so the traces of time are visible on them. I found this nice and unique. The bed is comfy, neither too hard nor too soft. The room was cosy and spotless and smelt good. The breakfast selection was plentiful and of good quality, not only considering that it is a guesthouse but also by hotel standards. (During peak time, it's possible that some items are missing from the table but they are constantly working on refilling it.) For this money, Tuberoza is a perfect choice, it would be worth even more. Thank you for everything, we will return. I cannot say anything. If somebody needs hotel-level service (e.g. new sheets and cleaning every day), they should stay in a hotel. This is a guesthouse or pension and for that, perfect. If you have any problem or shortage, just ask the staff. they will help.

Nice villa. Good position. Helpfull staff/owners. Free parking. Breakfast - not that much choice, especially for 7-8 mornings. I would have expected a bit more "friendliness" from the owners, but felt rather like in a hotel, not in a family owned villa/business.

Hotel with a soul! Nice location, good breakfast, the staff is polite. If you go to Zakopane for active vacation (go to the nature attractions after breakfast and return to your room in the evening, for rest and sleep) this hotel is a good choice! There is no bar, and they don’t have restaurant to have dinner (as I noticed), but the location is perfect. There are many places to eat nearby, and it takes 7-10 minutes to get to the city center

Just by coming inside you feel like home. Clean and calm, cozy. Staff helpful and sweet. Just my biggest recomendations.

The BNB is very welcoming and clean. The breakfast is plentiful and the breakfast playlist were also nice. Milena and Tadeusz are lovely :)

Chose Tuberoza because of the accepting pets, location, price and rating - didn't regret it. The staff (including little doggy) is very friendly and helpful. Room is warm and bright - it gets sunshine throughout day. Window has the view on the street and the mountains, which is great. Bed is comfortable, exacty what you need after hiking. Tasty breakfast was included. Last but not least, location is just the best - it's in the center, but not on the main street which is crowdy and noisy. Also there's a supermarket across the street Just one thing: there basically was no WiFi. We managed to connect, but the speed was very, very low. Wasn't a big problem for us having mobile internet, but I suggest to consider it

Nice classical-style room and lobby. Good breakfast. Tea and coffee are available 24 hours a day, free of charge. The owners are very kind and helpful. Excellent location. A large food store is on the other side of the road. The place is quiet so that you can rest or sleep well. It would be good to have an option for a real writing table/desk and chairs instead of a tea table and tiny armchairs.

Very helpful owner, answered any questions and helped us to set up our hiking trip. Good breakfast and in addition, tea and sweets are available permanently. Nice atmosphere, it looked much better than we expected from the pictures. Well located, within very short walking distance to the center. Terrace available as well as a living-room where the music plays. There is also a hobby room with pool table and other board or card games. Parking area in the yard. The only coffee available was soluble, not really on our taste. It would be nice to have a simple filter coffee.
