Zakopane has a lot of places that can and should be visited, so I returned late and did not have time to go to the sauna, which is open from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. But this is not so much a minus

Location Its dirty the bed sheets were not covering the bed, the toilet wasn’t clean. The hotel smelled like fish always which gives bad vipbe and you just want to leave the place.

Overall feel of a good Hotel. Excellent location ! Excellent tourist spot . Tourist Destination is one of the finest . Property is buzzing with festive mood . Few indoor games behind added more colour! No Housekeeping during our second day of stay! Exclusion of B'fast. while booking we saw b'fast facilities... after booking... confirmation says "No meal" .we were not cl;ear B'fast is considered as meal or Lunch& Dinner is considered as meal ... not sure ... Hence it needs to spelt clearly that B'fast charges extra as applicable before selection/reservation . It seems there is gap between Property and the booking.com platform... During booking we already paid the taxes... at check out again local climate tax was added... I was told it is essential. We paid. again there is a communication gap . Booking.com and property should address this part. Otherwise they become hidden expenses !

The room was a very good size with a good balcony. The mattresses were really cheap and not comfortable.

Plenty breakfast, Central location. There were no blackout curtains in the room. Noisy room, because the housekeeping locateid in front of our door, and talked all day (about of work). All the games are broken or missing parts, the kids room unheated. On 24 the bar and the wellnes were closed, it should have been indicated at reservation.

During the stay room were never cleaned. Only one small towel (after request got +2 big). Only small peace of soap. No toiletries for shower.

Location very good , close to centre. Hotel has table tennis, child play area, pool, hot tub, snooker, all good and free. Nice breakfast. Rooms are very small with short of luggage space. Parking in front of hotel needs to be booked in advance and paid.

the reception was open 24h. The location was great There was no air conditioning which is common in Poland but there were no blinds to block out the sun either. The room amenities were very limited too. I got only one broken tiny piece of solid soap. No handsoap on the sink. The shower smelled bad (seems like a pipe issue)
