The Wi-Fi was terrible, so I couldn't use it. The TV only had Polish channels. The view from the window was just to the roof. The room did not have a balcony. The person at the reception didn't speak much English.

Convenient location for those who want quick access to the city center. There’s a Biedronka grocery store just a minute away, and in the hotel courtyard there’s a food truck that serves very tasty and affordable pizzas. The toilet was not clean – it was covered in black mold or something similar. There is no sound insulation at all – you can hear everything the neighbors are doing. If they decide to party in the evening, expect a sleepless night. There’s no refrigerator, no power sockets near the bed, and everything in the room feels old and worn-out.

Everything was great, and the staff was very friendly. They even allowed an early check-in. Good location and value for the money.

The staff was friendly. Room was clean. If there were rooms available with a double bed and extra bed even if sofa bed.

The best thing about this hotel was the location. There are many reasons I will not return to this hotel and not recommend it to anyone. First and foremost we were received at check in by a very rude receptionist who expected us to understand Polish. When we very gently tried to tell her that we re not understanding her, she got angry and frustrated, showing it through her actions and tone of voice . She made us feel unwelcome as from the very start and we were unable to ask any questions or clarifications. We have never in any other country received such treatment. It was a total disappointment. Breakfast is very basic with mostly bread, ham and cheese. No toaster. In fact we opted to eat breakfast outside the hotel on some days. The room is old, very basic and dusty, and towels are only changed against payment. No shower gel just a small soap. While the bed was decent, the pillows were extremely uncomfortable.

It was close to the city center, had a kettle, mugs, hairdryer and also offered a really nice view. The Biedronka supermarket was just a 2-minute walk from the hotel. The staff members did not speak English, room cleaning, including towel changes, was done every two days, and no refrigerator was provided. The walls were thin, allowing sound to travel between rooms.

Close to the city center Cleaning once at every three days. In my case, there was no cleaning during my four days stay. It’s possible to request cleaning at an extra fee.

Great location, it takes less than a kilometer to get to the main Krupówki Street and around 5 mins on foot to get to the bus station to be taken to the Sea Lake. The bed has a very comfy mattress. Beautiful mountain view from the window in the room and in the corridor. Towels has a pleasant smell. Hotel administrator is very friendly and ready to help. Breakfast was delicious, everything was fresh, warm and a cappuccino from their coffee machine is perfect ? Also the lady working at the kitchen is a very pleasant woman ? The curtains and cornices are from the previous century ? The mirror in the bathroom should be replaced.

Close to Biedronka supermarket and Krupówki street. The breakfast was fresh and tasty - I didn't have any stomach issues. The temperature in rooms was moderate during a warm day. The breakfast was between 8:00-10:00 AM. I would appreciate if it would start at 7:00 AM.

Amazing location, close to the city centre but quiet at night. Supermarket at the corner. One of the receptionist ladies doesn’t speak English. You have to pay for parking, 30pln/car or motorcycle. A motorcycle costs the same as a car… Expensive breakfast. Had an electric kettle in the room without tea/coffee.

There was a billiard and tennis table, there were lots of board games. The location was very good, it was near a bus station and the centre of Zakopane. Near Biedrionka. It was ok.

Staff were quite rude. I understand there is a language barrier but an older lady forcibly said "No English!" And then turned around to do something else while I was clearly trying to communicate. Checking in, was told room was on first floor. Got in elevator only to find out it was broken and wouldn't open on first floor. Asked staff and they just said "yes broken, stairs" . Booked a double room and requested 1 bed. Only found out my partner and I had a room with two single beds once getting into the room. Upside was they were comfortable.
