I was travelling alone and booked a single room. The staff was very friendly as I landed earlier and put my stuff with them. The single room is pretty standard and good for a single traveller.

The bathroom wasn’t clean when we arrived.. they didn’t change the trash!

It was really clean, and new. Big terrace. Free parking. Amazing view! Very small uncomfortable double bed! The sofa bed is more comfortable. Breakfast was poor if you don’t eat polish salads.

Fabulous stay, food, staff and room. I’d definitely come back. In between town and all trails so best of both worlds. Fantastic stay!

The staff was lovely. Good breakfast, good breakfast hours as well. Location very centra, close to the Main Street. Oh and the liquid body soap in the toilet smelled like heaven! The towels were the worst. So old and rough… they were literally falling apart. Also, no bin in the room, which is a first. And no hand soap nor hand towels in the toilet even though the sink had a hanger for it. It was not possible to adjust the room temperature so we slept with the window open as it was very hot inside. The water bottle left in the room was already opened… but the worst thing was definitely shower pressure. It was like showering with drops. If you have long hair like mine you would take half an hour just to wash it properly.

Friendly staff, great location to the centre and main strip of zakopane we found some lovely walks not far from the hotel with sledging etc clean and spacious rooms would recommend

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and all the facilities were brand new. The bathroom has a bad odor, possibly due to an issue with the pipes.
