    Breakfast was very good but during check in they gave our room with 2 queen beds to someone else and gave us king bed which we didn’t like very much disappointed

    We could not check into our room until 4:57pm and check in was 3pm. We were told by the manager check-in was not 3pm despite it being advertised in every room, Expedia, and the Hilton website. There was no accommodation made for the inconvenience. The manager said if he could do anything he would, but proceeded to charge me $12 for two sodas and a bag a chips upon checkout. To make matters worse, we had to help one of teammates parents relocate at 12:30am with a newborn (2month old) due to locating bed bugs in one of their beds. As a family of five, they gave them a King bed only, no sleeper sofa and refused to discount the room. Hilton closed their complaint because the manager said the housekeeper didn’t locate any bed bugs. We have the videos and pictures to prove. I am extremely disappointed in Hilton’s response and this hotel’s management. Despite the manager’s efforts to apologize afterwards, it’s clear it was disingenuous and lack any real intent to accommodate. I will NEVER stay at this Hilton again, and would strongly discourage anyone else from doing so as well. We are not bougie hotel stayers and understand things go wrong, but this entire experience was disgusting, disrespectful, and lacked decorum and any real meaningful response from Hilton or the property manager.

    The place looked good and peaceful. Lobby and front was clean. There was enough space for parking and was included with booking. Be careful about terms like “Breakfast Available” vs “Breakfast Included” while booking room here, It’s not the same.

    Not a good experience The staff was not friendly when we first checked in.. the rooms were not ready for all of our family could not check in until 5 when the check in said 3 and when questioned about check in time the lady said she didn’t have time for questions and didn’t have to deal with it because it wasn’t her shift anyway. Once we checked in and checked beds we found bed bugs. And instead of manager compensating us we have to jump through hoops for compensation and having deal with such conditions.

    Overall the hotel is good. It’s not top of the line, but it is clean. The hotel could be a maintained a little better. Entrance and Exit doors were dirty and had chipped paint. The room was about what you would expect. It’s wasn’t anything to complain about, but also not anything to brag about. The front desk is non responsive so as long as you don’t need any help you’re good.

    Location was good for a softball tournament No pool , front lady was very rude just short and not very nice, then in the morning I could hear everything Next Door horrible not something you wanna wake up listening to I had a child with me
