The entire staff was very courteous, the rooms were clean, but the most impressive was the hotel breakfast and the ladies who worked the breakfast. The food was wonderful every morning and the workers did their best to create an amazing family atmosphere.

Stop over on the way to the beach. Staff was extremely friendly and location was near restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed here for the weekend for our daughter’s basketball tournament. This is probably the best hotel experience we’ve had in a while. The room was SO clean, the staff were SO nice and accommodating. Should we need to return, this will be our go to hotel!

Clean up to date staff at breakfast buffet very attentive and kind. Beds were a little squeaky

this place also has Tesla charger. You do need to bring in special plug to use though.

Brkfst was great open a 6AM, Chocolate/Strawberry waffles) with choices of proteins each morning, including bacon one day. Staff was super friendly and helpful in finding local places to eat.

One elevator was down during our stay which made for very long wait times and the elevator that is working as the button panel hanging open/loose. The common areas were spotless - dated but spotless. The hallways and rooms however “may” be clean but they appear old and dirty. Could be the colour palette but didnt feel very good. Walking to the room. The rooms vibe is the same, dated and worn, the floor of our bath rub was riddled with black stains… yucky. Linens were all clean and fresh. It feels like the staff here does the best they can with an old property that is overdue for a refresh.

All the staff treated us like their guests. They all were very kind , very polite , and showed genuine concern for our comfort. When in that area , we will stay there again.

I was promised a free night because of no AC on my first night. I have not received it as of yet and this is very troubling to me because I am a silver member. The property was good I just didn’t have AC the first night and it made my stay rememberable.

That room had mold, the curtains had rips in them, the tub was peeling, hall smelled like mildew, the carpet was coming up near the heating/cooling unit. Staff was kind. They weren't able to give me a refund because I used Cheaptickets but were still kind. Quiet enough for a good nights rest. Easy to access. Kind staff.

The staff, to a person, was uber friendly, and had smiles on their faces and a kind word. Room and other public areas were tidy and clean. I appreciated the EV chargers, which were very easily accessible. Also, I felt safe on site as there were good security measures.

The location was really nice. The lobby felt welcoming and offered free coffee. The staff was friendly. The bed was very squeaky and the bathroom could use an update. Also, when showering, I noticed there was still hair on the wall from the previous guest.

The carpet in the hallway and room is old /worn looking. The bed /mattress wasn't as comfortable as I expected but hey, it is a hotel and Im sure its had its share of Guests.. lol

This was a excellent stay, personnel was very friendly and resourceful, the cleaning crew was awesome.. but Mrs. Pat the lady that served breakfast was the Best hands down ! She went above and beyond the call for duty. she was very professional,courteous,resourceful, kind, and polite. If I was Leadership I would PROMOTE HER NOW!!!! just had a blast.. the work-out facility was excellent, all of the equipment was working and in good order...Excellent Stay.. Nothing! Everything was GREAT!

Refrigerator hummed so loud I had to unplug it to sleep. Walls were a little grimy. Couldn’t understand the person who checked me in.

I am never disappointed by Hampton Inns. This facility was clean and beautifully decorated for the holidays. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very professional. My room was clean, I had daily housekeeping services, and the parking lot was well lit. I highly recommend this hotel!

I also did not like the layout of the bathroom. For some reason, the shower and toilet were stuffed into a small closet. I had to step over the toilet to get into the shower. The parking lot had several tractor trailers, and work trucks. I cannot understand how this hotel was rated at 9.2.

The room was clean and well appointed. My only concern is the mattress, which seems to be of a cheaper variety. Not especially comfortable and the bed creaked.

The reason I am writing this review is because of one person. I don’t know her last name but her first name is Pat, she is in charge of the kitchen for breakfast. I had misunderstood the time given for breakfast, so when we came down there was nothing left. She saw that I was upset, came over and offered to make us something really quick. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.

I would highly recommend this hotel and all the amenities to anyone looking for an excellent hotel experience.

My only complaint was I didn’t sleep well but it didn’t really have much to do with the hotel. I just kept getting hot randomly during the night that I think I’m just not used to humidity. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

We were in town for a basketball tournament. The front desk staff is top notch….i got food poisoning at a local restaurant….the staff allowed for late check out and sent up ginger ale/crackers. The location is good and close it everything!

Not only was the staff amazing, but the attitudes they gave would cheer anyone up. There isn't a single staff member that I came across that didn't seem genuine to be helpful and caring during my stay. It's so rare to come across such kind and genuine people in Customer service, but they are definitely above and beyond here.

This hotel is wonderful. The staff were welcoming and kind. The beds were comfortable and linens were soft. The breakfast options were great and the staff working at breakfast were awesome. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

My husband is a very light sleeper. We asked for a room on a higher floor away from elevators and highway. The front desk was extremely accommodating and ensured we got a very quiet room. We had a perfect night sleep.

Animals are allowed and there was a horrible dog owner who left their barking dog in their room while enjoying their breakfast before 8am. The staff were friendly and the room was adequate for the price. The building and surrounding area felt a little removed and rundown.

The toilet did not flush and the front desk gave us a plunger. Toilet continued to not flush so we had to use restroom next to front desk. Rooms should not be rented when toilets do not work

It was a great stay front desk lady which checked us in and out was great and very accommodating with what we needed. We arrived a bit early and was allowed to check in which was awesome after the long travel and day we had. If needed would definitely stay again.
