    The staff was nice but the hotel needs renovations. A lot of outdated items, a lot of dirty spots and stains, room had old food spots that were missed, the pool area had bugs and dirty. Even though we had a room for 4, they kept giving us 3 towels and wash cloths. Breakfast was if the food was from the previous day, very hard/dry. It just wasn’t as enjoyable as the other Home2suites or hiltons we have ever stayed at.

    I love the amenities, it's great for families and those who travel a lot. It was like a home away from home and we were only there 1 night. We will be staying there again when we are in the area. I love the option to cook and the indoor pool.

    We didn't have breakfast, but the service was above and beyond. I have never been to such a friendly and welcoming hotel. The 2 queen bed suite was very spacious with a full size fridge, dishwasher, and portable cook top plus more. The room also had a lot of drawers, cabinets, and shelving.They met our needs when we asked for anything without hesitation. They also treated our dogs as if they were family. When we visit in the future this will definitely be the hotel we stay at again!!

    We booked 2 queen beds and was told they were sold out and had to take a room with 1 bed there was 4 of us. Hotel offerd nothing for a problem they created.told me since we booked through a booking company and not them it was not their problem. Bach hurt for a week

    The breakfast menu was not very fresh. The organization of the buffet was odd. Example - the microwave was on a trolley, and the trolley had raised sides so you could not open the microwave door more than a few inches. The oatmeal pot was under a plastic bar cover, but that made it impossible to open the lid to get to the oatmeal to spoon it in to the bowls. I mean what is the point of offering these options if they are not possible to work with

    Building in good condition. Room was clean. I didn’t have breakfast but my husband did and enjoyed it. Extra sheets, pillow, and blanket were already in the room as we needed to use the pullout in the couch.

    The hotel was clean and freshened daily. It was quiet and comfortable. Staff was courteous and friendly. Parking was somewhat tight, but we found a spot daily. The breakfast was a step up from a continental breakfast and the cook was very attentive. Overall a very pleasant experience.

    The front desk called us to say our dogs were being noisy and disruptive three times on thanksgiving! The first call we received was a flat out lie because they said our dogs had been barking for two hours straight… this call was made while we had been in our hotel for over two hours and we were quietly napping. Then we left to dinner and they called us again saying our dogs were being loud. So we cut our dinner short to come back and keep them quiet. They then called us while we WERE ASLEEP to say our dogs were barking loudly which was also not true. After I asked them if there were OTHER dogs on the floor they said “yes” and then never called again. The other front desk person was short and dismissive when I complained about their calls to us while we were asleep about other people’s dogs. Another front desk person was irritated that I wanted a print out of my charges. The food was ok. People there also were smoking weed right outside the door. Not a good experience for us.

    Sierra was absolutely amazing with her professionalism and customer service! I did not get the names of those behind the breakfast counter, but they were full of pleasant conversations and provided a homelike dining atmosphere!     CONS: Rooms could have been cleaner, our room smelled like dog and we found dog kibble on the floor and couch bed. I had to ask for new couch bed linens because the ones provided were stained and had dog hair on them. There also never seemed to be any coffee in the coffee dispensers either. Probably will not stay here again next year

    Very spacious and comfortable rooms. The hotel itself is very nice looking inside and out. Comfortable beds, nice kitchenette and staff. Only bad thing was the breakfast. We went to Chick-fil-A down the street. Good thing the hotel is in a great location with multiple restaurants. Would stay again because of the rooms.

    10/10 would stay again. We are down here for IVF and stayed here 5 mins from where we need to be in the morning, we booked online so the check in was quick and easy. The lady at the front desk I dont remember her name but it was afternoon shift on December 29th was nice and helpful. The room was clean, the only thing I would say is the pool area could use a little more cleaning here and there, but it wasn’t too bad. The Hanes mall is right across the street, bdubs and five guys are walking distance as well as firebirds steakhouse, a seafood place and a few other choices.

    There was a ball of hair in our shower when we arrived, and it was really disgusting. I cleaned it up and was offered points for it, instead of a free night. I found out later those points do not really discount much, if I were to go with Hilton again. Not satisfied with what they offered.

    We stayed at this Home2 Suites while we were moving our kid into college. The location (right by Target, close to Walmart and other shopping) was perfect - really easy for us to run out and get the things we needed. We were also able to use the laundry facility at the hotel to wash towels, bedding, etc. before college move-in. The staff were friendly and helpful, parking was easy, and the hotel was a great "home base" for the move in process. Would definitely recommend, and we'll be staying here for future college visits.

    Let me start out by saying, most of the staff were very nice. Especially the tall bald head staff that was in the kitchen for the free breakfast. Sorry I do not remember his name very friendly. The mattress was to soft and the pillows need to be replaced. Otherwise everything else was good. The pool was heated so that was a plus. The juice was excellent and coffee was fresh.

    There were no rooms available when I got there to check in. I waited 2 hours for them trying to find me another room. They sent me to another hotel and when I got there, they didn’t have rooms to accommodate me either. So I basically was left with my family scrambling to find someone else for us to stay. The staff was pleasant but my family and I were stranded due to overbooking. 😞

    The room was incredible! We loved it! Was a little disappointed about the free breakfast buffet which was just cereal and muffins. Also the hallways did not have a pleasant smell. The smell in the pool area of chlorine would burn your eyes just sitting there. My granddaughter’s eyes was blood red when she got out. But we still enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay again.

    When we checked in my son found a pill in our room. The pull out sofa had no sheets and no spare ones in the room. Our toilet would not work so I had to plunge it myself. The soap was out in the shower. Overall the room was spacious but not a great stay.

    Easy checkin . The room was fantastic. So much room . Lots of storage . Loved the separate sitting area and kitchen area. Pool was so nice and clean. Had a great overall experience. The only thing that was a disappointing was the breakfast. There was some choices but we thought it was lacking . Now granted we didn’t get down to breakfast till 9:00 am which is not super late but the selection was very lacking. Had the usual three choices of cereal and oatmeal . Some red apples and 1 banana and a bowl of pre packaged muffins and the waffle maker. There was a container like a hot box with 1 breakfast sandwich inside that looked like it had been there for a week. It was so not appetizing and 1 folded egg that looked hard as a rock. There was bread, milk, yogurt so they had everything covered but was still just blah.

    The room was spacious but a bit run down with chipped areas and peeling wallpaper. But the worst was the wet dog smell and the mildew found under the loose faucet, dirt and dust on the fan in the bathroom. Also the dish plate for the hand soap was peeling. The smell was so strong that we bought Lysol spray. All the desk host were pleasant and spoke to us except one. She was a tall Caucasian woman. She looked at us on three different occasions but never spoke. We are an interracial couple but I did see her speaking to other guest they just didn’t look like us.     The area seemed safe and quiet. Our room and the building were clean. Easy to find the hotel. Parking was a little tight but I was driving a truck. The hallway carpet deodorizer was on the overpowering side. The two main issues were with the room climate control and the bathroom door. The room air was stuffy/stale and the temp was overly warm. We adjusted the thermostat to cool to 60 degrees with very little effect. Our overnight stay was a little “sticky”. The bathroom door was a pocket style sliding door and it wasn’t aligned. We couldn’t get the door to fully shut and lock which was a complaint for my teen/pre-teen daughters. To be fair, we were on a tight schedule to get to our event and didn’t have time to let staff at the desk know our issues. So I don’t know how they might have handled the complaints.

    I was not given the room that I booked which was 2 Queen beds. The hotel insisted they could see my reservation for 2 queens but couldn't understand why the system assigned 1 King bed. Needless to say it was very disappointing to not get what I oaid for and only be offered a roll away bed bscasue there were no rooms to switch to. Not the birthday trip I envisioned for my 65 year old mother and I to share a bed.

    We stayed over a Holiday weekend. While it was busy, the staff remained friendly at all times. No issues, infact the staff appear to go beyond normal customer service. It was very refreshing to be around friendly people. It changed the mood in the lobby area. Guests were friendly too (of course there are outliers). Very refreshing part of the trip to be around positive energy during the busy Holiday

    Did not receive the room I actually paid for. Said they were out of king bed rooms even though they must have known this was booked way beforehand. However, Service was good. Clean and wonderful hotel.

    The Staff take great pride in the property and it shows. My only negative is the not so good breakfast options and it seems the outside seating areas need to be cleaned better. However the inside was spotless and the staff was great!
