Carpet in halls was all bubbled up and the halls smelled horribly like a mix of soap and mildew made me wonder how clean anything else really was

Unfortunately I can’t tell you about cleaning because they were working on changing the carpet which is fine for us, but we were surprised that the TV is not working and the AC is so annoying because of the noise we couldn’t sleep well.

Room was comfortable but carpet had a smell. The facility was nice and seemed to be in a great location. However, the parking lot lights didn’t function, there is no security presence and not much in terms of security cameras. Someone had their vehicle stolen while we were there and nobody heard or saw it happen. Beware because this looks like a prime location to be victimized. The management / ownership could do much more to protect the guests property in the parking lot. Unacceptable.

Our room smelled disgusting & musty! We only stayed for one night as planned. But we told the front desk staff about the smell as we were leaving. Everything else about the trip was perfect. We could have changed rooms but we got in about 3 AM so we were too tired to exchange but overall it was a very decent experience. We have stayed here in the past and we will probably stay here again.

The pool was gross. There was hair floarong all over and you could see what looked like an oil slick across the top of the water. The chlorine smell was irritating to the eyes and nose.

We stayed on the 5th floor. Immediately coming off the elevator there was an overwhelming smell- it was extremely unpleasant. I found out later on that the smell was coming from wall "air fresheners" plugged in along the hallway. The carpeting in the hallway also needs to be replaced. It is bunching up and causing a tripping hazard. The rooms were very dark. Not enough lighting. The showers were awful. The power went out for a few hours at one point and then half of the outlets in the room just stopped working. Lastly, the pool... it was disgusting. There were no towels left to take. When we asked the front desk for pool towels, they said they would bring some more. They brought wash cloths. My husband and I had to dry ourselves off with washcloths. The tile floors surrounding the pool were so slippery. It was dangerous to navigate with a toddler. The tile surrounding the hot tub poked out into pool area. I felt like our son was going to bob his head to far and hit it on the side of the hot tub. The pool was soooo dirty I wanted to vomit. There were used bandaids floating around. I also had a large chunk of someone's extensions wrap around my leg while I was in the pool. I would not recommend this property and will not be returning.

I paid for rooms with breakfast, however the kitchen manager told me since I was checking out on Saturday I would not get breakfast and that I would have to pay for it, needless to say I didnt have breakfast. Very disappointed.....will not chose to stay there on my next business visit

We were given an ADA room which initially was ok. When the air went off I could smell the dirtiness of the carpet. There was a Febreze freshener in the room when we arrived which should’ve been my first clue. The carpet smell was the biggest issue. I did not request this room but they should have cleaned the carpet. The staff at check in were friendly and we did not eat at the breakfast bar. I won’t be staying here again.

Room was clean everything smelled nice all around the hotel. Usually some parts of the hotels smell muggy or moldy. The only thing I will say is the pool had waaaayyy too much chlorine. My eyes were burning just sitting in there. Other than that it was nice.

Sunday night…3 couples were in lobby chatting away with a couple drinks and in comes Floyd. He clapped his hands at us so loud like 5 times and told us to shut up and go to our rooms. So disrespectful. Words were exchanged, cops were called and everything was fine. Unfortunately, the manager at the time left without speaking to us. Oh well. Sad holiday inn employs people that do not respect their clients. Rest of staff was amazing.

The room was dirty had a bad smell. Some holes had toilet paper in it that where under the bathroom counter. The carpet needed to be vacuumed the base on floor was falling off. The phone in the room didn't work and also killed a bug on curtains.

There’s only one way in and one way out of this property. It’s on a very busy street so be on the lookout for the green and white Holiday Inn sign. If you miss it, you’ll have to make a U-turn. Otherwise, it’s a great property. I enjoyed my stay. There’s lots of things to do in this area.

The room smelled of stale air and strong cleaning products. There were poorly patched holes in the bathroom door. The morning of our departure the water was shut off due to a “burst pipe repair” but no one from the hotel informed us of the issue. When I tried to call to find out if it was just my room, the room telephone wasn’t working so I had to call the front desk from my cell phone. No one apologized for the inconvenience and they did not offer anything to make up for the issue. They just said it was out of their control.

Rooms too dark, not enough light. Sofa bed mattress imposible to use, dirty, the springs would poke your body. The door between the two areas interfered with the bathroom door. One of the beds had something that made my doughter sick.

It was a very great stay I stayed 3 night and it was a great to have my room cleaned all the three days fresh towels bed made floor mopped! I truly enjoyed it breakfast was great all though I missed a waffle but it was great the staff is super polite and friendly will definitely stay again with them

The room was missing at least 3 lamps, the hot water was out for 1 day 1/2. The elevators didn’t work half the time. We are elderly & our room was on the 5th floor. The microwave kept beeping intermittently for no reason & the fridge didn’t work. There was also some kind of caulk or tile mixture splattered in the tub.

Our room smelled as there had been a dog in there prior. The tile in the bathroom was cracked and there were stains in the basin of the tub. Sure enough, there was zero hot water. It was freezing cold. I had to walk to the front desk to let them know the state of our room because the room phone had been disconnected. I wish I was making all of this up but instead it’s true. The front desk told us to ask for a refund through Hotels.com.

The whole hotel has a weird smell that's trying to be masked with a cheap fragrance. The rooms are dirty, and tired. I don't usually leave negative reviews but when I had to take a cold shower because there was no hot water it was the last straw.

When we arrived, we were informed that there would be a ten minute wait for hot water. When we got to the room, there was a bug crawling up the wall and more than a couple of "dips" in the floor. Holiday Inns are usually pretty reliable, but this one could use a bit of work.

Hotel seemed very clean but floors in my room was sticky. They moved me to another room but after they cleaned that floor was sticky as well. You could see foot prints where they walked. Room smelled bad. I think smell came from whatever they mopped floor with. Not sure would stay here again.

On 20th Sep morning, the receptionist said that one invoice would be switched to Isao Hashimoto from Ueno Nobuhiro. However, we got double charges. Now both I and Isao Hashimoto are charged the same amount for stays. Please pay me back for the Isao Hashimo’s stay. I’ve already asked my credit company to solve this case. Thank you.

Looked as if the floor was undergoing renovations, with blue painters' tape stuck in multiple places. Lighting in the room was poor, with no light at or close to the desk. Also seemed as if the room was missing some furniture; only one chair in the room, so nowhere to sit except the bed.

Stayed 3 nights and some of the items on the breakfast line were not warm at all 2 of the mornings. The room lighting was very dim. I made a comment and someone quickly came to fix it but all they did was put in a different hue of light bulb which help very little. We were in a suite and probably should have has at least one more lamp in the living space and the bedroom

Our room was nice and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We were able to see the fireworks from our room window which was nice. There were plenty restaurants and stores within walking distance. The indoor pool and hot tub was nice. My only complaint is that because it’s closed in it’s humid and can get stuffy when you’re in the hot tub. There were always plenty towels. I highly recommend this hotel for families, couples, or solo travelers.

The worst hotel! We did not even stay the night we found an alcohol bottle behind our pillow right after check in. Spoke with front desk lady she was very sweet but she mentioned someone would come up and no one ever did we just ended up putting it outside the door so there was nothing really done about it we decided to leave and she stated we would be getting a refund but no one has reached out to me!

and i found a DIRTY, RUSTY RAZOR BLADE IN my PILLOW CASE. and when i was notifying the “ manager “ about it she didn’t accommodate me at all. She tried saying that i put it there and she claimed they check every room and make sure everything is ready for guests but this was indeed not the case. Very disappointed with this, and i wasn’t even helped. so simple to just admit your wrongs and accommodate your guest. especially with something that is your fault.

Beds were terrible. We had a king suite and the linens for the pull out couch were not given to us. Nor were any extra pillows or blankets in the room. When we did get them they were worn out and thin and the mattress on the couch was worn out. Terrible sleeping. No clean towels. Family 4 and was provided 3 towels. Had to wait for them to be washed when we asked.

Had to call the maintenance man to spray around the air conditioner. There were ants, maybe a small opening in the wall or something other than that a couple of the staff at the desk could’ve been friendlier. Also did not know that booking with Expedia would not give me points with IHG. The only reason I booked with Expedia because it was cheaper than the member prices which I was surprised at.

The hotel is undergoing upgrades. There was drywall and paint all over the hallway carpets. One elevator was down for upgrades which meant long waits for the other one. Also, the outlets on the bedside stand were wired to the room entrance lights. If you turned off the lights, you couldn't charge your phone. The front desk said that was going to get fixed in the renovations. Hopefully they replace the stained sofa in the room too. Breakfast was mediocre and the bar has very limited selections. All those nits aside, the room itself was clean albeit spartan and the bed and bedding were comfortable. Considering the price, it wasn't that bad.

I've stayed at his hotel for several years. The hotel and staff came off as tired compared to past stays. The workout room was nice and clean. The room was cleaned, but was showing more wear than in previous years. Some things were not included such as the breakfast that used to be part of the stay. There was not an appreciable decrease in the nightly rate to compensate for the cost saving measures.

Stay before a cruise. Short stay but desk helped print some stuff for us. Daughter forgot her AirPods and we tought we had lost them. When we returned we stopped by a week later and they found them and held them for her. Honest staff we would stay there again

We were trired from driving fro deep east Texas and having thanks giving with our family. The room was spacious and clean and wewent to bed early. It was quiet and comfortable and were wer able to sleep for over 8 hous. Loved it

They gave me a room, but the HVAC unit didn't work. It was mid-November so that it would be a bit cold in the evening. I checked in late due to my flight, so I didn't have a chance to call them to look until the next day. I could not sleep well as it was chilling, and the heater didn't work. A repair man and manager came in the following day and tried, but they agreed it didn't work. The manager apologized and agreed to provide a $20 credit. They gave me a $10 credit and then charged $20. In the end, they charged $10. I contacted them, but they didn't call me back. I would not use them in the future.

I specifically chose this hotel because it had an indoor hot tub. Well the water was not hot, basically like pool water temp. And then the elevator stopped working and the AC stopped working. They said it was a power outage but I don’t know because the lights in my room still worked. Nice staff but not at all what I would expect from a Holiday Inn IHG

The location is the best part of this hotel. Being close to nasa for an affordable cost and a hot tub was great. The condition is poor. The toilet in my room was falling apart as well as the bed side lamps. It seems like the hotel has been neglectful on maintenance and upkeep compared to the amount of usage it gets because the hot tub was also unclean with a large amount of soap in the water. The design of the hotel is very lazy and disjointed, it’s like it was an old Marriott hotel that IHG bought but to save money, they didn’t turn everything over to one style of design and left old elements in place. This also goes for the room where new and old furniture and textiles and artwork are thrown together haphazardly. In the pool and hot tub room, there is a standard sign that lists pool rules, rather than replacing the sign with updated expectations, someone added a piece of paper with an additional rule, this lack of attention to detail and “good enough” attitude seems to be an overall reflection of the property. You are getting what you paid for here.

Our room smelled like dirty underwear. There were food sprinkled everywhere in the halls. AC didn’t work. The couch smelled as if someone wiped their dirty butt all over it! Never ever again. Absolutely disgusting!

I will not stay at this property again. I prepaid for a double queen suite and when I arrived, they had given my room away to another family. This was prepaid a month before I arrived. If a family decides to stay another night then you should move them to a room not give away another room that is prepaid by someone else. My family slept on roll-away beds not what I paid for.
