Great hotel and great location in clear lake Texas. Close to a bunch of restaurants and malls. Room was clean and comfortable. Pillows and bed were great. The shower water pressure was the only bad thing , other than that 9.5/10 hotel. Will stay again there for sure next time I’m in clear lake

We spent 4 nights here and had a great time. We used the pool which was clean and the gym. The only disappointment was that continental breakfast was not free but available.

Pros: -really great location. Many food options nearby as well as shopping. -Easy check in / check out via the Hilton app. -Clean lobby. clean room. Clean bathroom. - hotel has a gym Cons: - the mattress was awful. It’s 2026 and our room still had just a basic spring mattress. - sheets for said awful mattress were too small. The mattress has height to it despite it being just spring and these sheets are clearly for smaller heights. I might even go as far as saying they put full sheets on the queen bed. The sheets popped off constantly. - the bar. It’s a limited menu to begin with but went to order my husband and myself a drink only to be informed they were out of two major components of each drink. - the outdoor speakers by the pool. This was fixed but the first night, I guess whenever is supposed to turn the outdoor speakers off forgot. Well unlucky for us our room was right by a speaker and it was LOUD all night. The next two nights of our stay it was off but it was so annoying that first night it needed to be listed. - the pool. While we didn’t swim. The pool is SMALL. Could be renovated to be a bit nicer / bigger. Overall, an okay hotel. But not for the price. Could have stayed somewhere that was a bit cheaper and had a comfier stay.

Everything was great! The only negative was that every time the heat/air came on, the room smelled a little. It didn’t dissipate after it had been running for a while. I wouldn’t call it awful, but definitely not fresh.

Room was spotless. Only complaint was lack of food in refrigerated area of snack shop. The explanation given were there are not enough people staying here to care about it. Well we are staying here and needed some food. I guess you should discount your rates if the hotel is too empty. No one seemed to care.

My wife decided to stay in the area the night before our cruise and picked this place based on location and price. The property, facilities and room were very clean and the staff were very polite and professional. We didn’t do breakfast at the hotel so I can’t comment on how good or bad it is. The room was very spacious and easy to move around in. The only issue we had was the coffee maker in our room didn’t work. I just went down stairs and got coffee from the lobby. The house coffee isn’t the best, but it ain’t bad. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and will definitely stay here if in this area again.

Get front desk on phone. Had to reset TV. Then we killed a ROACH in our room that I took a pic of. Toilet wouldn’t flush most of the time, had to wait 10-15mins after you used it to get it to flush. Asst. Manager was no help in the matters either. Worst hotel I have stayed at in a very very long time.

We always enjoy staying at the Hilton Garden Inns. This particular trip gave us a few unexpected adventures. Twice we got stuck in one of the elevators, which I seriously hope they get fixed soon. Otherwise the majority of the staff were friendly and quite helpful . There was a young lady who was more focused on her phone than she was to anyone. The waitstaff were great, efficient and friendly. Once again on a Sunday morning there was a woman who was working as the waitstaff that was late to start and complained about everything. She was setting up all the fruit and muffin area and never put out any coffee until after 7:30 am. It opens at 7 am. We saw a lot of people leaving because they couldn’t even get a cup of coffee.

The room was clean and presentable. Appears to be newly remodeled. The bar and restaurant were a bit disappointing, but are there. I didn't care for having to give up so much more personal information simply to access the wifi I paid for in the room rental; I didn't access the wifi I paid for because of that reason. Their wifi access requirements were a major downer especially after I paid for that access in our original agreement. Other than that the staff were friendly, cordial and very respectful.

I did talk to the manager and she understand the issue then she made special arrangement with cook .

Was in town for a bowling tournament. I chose this hotel because it had decent ratings and it had a hot tub! Was super excited for that. But when i got here. They in fact DO NOT have a hot tub. Also the TV in the room was stuck on demo mode. The fridge was not on and it never actually got cold. The elevators did not feel safe. The rooms were clean. Really dissapointed in the false ad.

Cant us the stairs!! Elevator out of service and had to call down to the front desk, wait a minute for them to send the elevator to our floor. Then we couldn't use the stairs!! Since the elevator situation was ridiculous we were just going to use the stairs but this is the only hotel in 100s I've stayed in that didnt allow us to use the stairs (door was locked to first floor). Little things too, like bugs in the pool or the pool bathroom has paper towel dispenser doesn't work or zero extra pillows available, or zero luggage doilies available either day.

The first room that the put us in the TV wasn't working. They knew there was a problem with the TV's on that floor, but still put us in the room. The front desk clerk expected us to wait a few hours to get someone to check it, by that time you don't need it. Had to request a new room. Packed up and moved to another room on a different floor. The fridge didn't work in that room. Did not even say sorry for the incovenince. Then they charge 9.95 for breakfast, that is too much for a bagel and orange juice. Nice room, A/C worked great, the bed was comfortable. TV stations are limited, felt safe in the area. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.

Construction going on every single day from 9am-6pm. They are currently in the middle of a massive renovation project. So if you are working in your room or trying to nap don't expect it to be quiet. Rooms are comfortable but a/c could only be dropped so much. Pillows are def very flimsy. Then when I asked Lydia (working 10am on May) at the front desk if she could please make change for a $20 she just flat out said no. I was asking for change so I could leave a tip for the maid. Offered no solutions. The other front staff at night were a lot more helpful. Overall not amazing -- but not terrible. But if noise bothers you I would avoid with all the hammering.

Hotel is being remodeled. Hammer pounding in the next room started at 8:15am. It appears the a box of drywall screws were spread across the parking lot. Brought this to the attention of the front desk and no action taken. A guest is going to lose a tire.

I arrived around 8 pm to check in and gave my "Itenerary" number. The clerk said they did not recognize the itenarary number, they needed a "confirmation" number, and did not give me my prepaid room and offered no solution. They said the were completely full and turned me away. How do I get my money back? Is this another example of why we should not use Hotels.com to book and pre-pay for hotel rooms? Is this a problem on the side of Hilton who offered no relief for a prepaid room they would not deliver? Why does Hilton use Hotels.com they have no intention of honoring. Very unhappy.

We won’t be back. The night clerk was great, he was friendly and helpful, but not the day time clerk. There was a problem with the elevator call buttons. Breakfast is NOT included. There used to be a computer to check in and print boarding passes, but no longer. We’ve stayed there in the past (years ago) , but not anymore.

My stay was HORRIBLE! They are doing renovations on the entire 1st floor. The elevator didn't work. I had to notify the front desk everytime i needed it. I could not dleep because they were working on the 1st floor. The rooms were very muggy and had a bad smell. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL- O out 10

It was almost perfect. The TV remote wouldn’t work. I checked the batteries and they were corroded inside so I got the batteries out of the alarm clock and they too were corroded. Might want to check batteries in all the rooms because I’m sure there are more like that. I got a replacement remote yesterday though, watched some TV. But when I woke up this morning the TV wouldn’t work correctly. You could hear the sound but there was no picture. Other than those things I truly enjoyed my stay and plan on coming back in the future

It’s sorta hidden behind other properties. Outside was well kept easy to walk to from the parking lot. Inside was bright and finished with plenty of seating. Room was clean and fresh smelling. A/C was fairly quiet. Bed was a king and had 4 pillows. Was comfortable. Only downside was breakfast. You had to pay for it. I left early and was unable to eat. Only when I ask about breakfast, did they inform me it was not complimentary. Never offered how much it was.
