Not the best but not bad at all maybe because we were there Father’s Day’s weekend. Too busy and room was not ready on check in time it was 2 hours delayed. Transferred us to another room. On the good side staffs are very accommodating

A location was fabulous I enjoyed the pool areas close to shops.. The staff was amazing everybody so friendly very warm welcome The hotel really needs to update the rooms the furniture... It's not worth the value of the money for as old as the hotel is..

This was a spur of the moment stay, and I did not put a lot of research into the hotel before booking. We were coming from a nearby location so got to the hotel way before check in and I was not expecting a room at the time of arrival (11:30am) The staff at the fron desk were pleasent and helpful and preregistered me so when the room was ready all of the paperwork would be complete. They also provided a welcome bag including hotel information, 2 bottles of water and the key and wristbands needed to use the amenities which was a nice perk. The pool area had a children's pool and then a free for all pool. The pools were small so the pool being used by everyone was quite crowded but mainly by young (under 10) children that were poorly supervised. There is no lifeguard or staff to monitor the pools so if parents aren't paying attention the pool is kind of taken over by kids jumping off the sides or throwing balls while others are trying to use the pool. I received a text at 3:30 that my room was ready and it all went downhill. When we got to the room given it was occupied. It then took over an hour for another room to be given to us but quoted as "an upgrade." I had booked a king studio, and their version of an upgrade was giving me a queen "suite." The room had no hand soap or bodywash in the bathroom and we were told some would be brought right up, which never happened. Sliding glass door in the bedroom didn't close which let all of the AC out the door.

Absolutely everything! The rooms! The staff! The food! The location! The pool! Nothing.

I booked a Oceanfront Room Suite with a King bed. When we arrived, first the room was very small, don't let the pictures fool you. Second, the bed was not a Kind, it is a Queen. When I called down to the front desk, they told me all oceanfront rooms are queens. Not sure, but the seems like false advertising. Very disappointing. The rooms are a bit dated, with dated furniture, no closet, only an armoire. That being said, the hotel was very nice, nice pools and small bar outside. Nice indoor adult only pool too! Front desk staff were very helpful and nice.

This is the worst hotel we have stayed in.

We had a great stay but our freezer was broke and noisy, the hotel room floor was swept but hadn’t been mopped in a long long time our feet were immediately black and disgusting so we bought cheap slipper socks, and the kids pool was in need of some repairs and updating and warmer water! The other pool was adults only so I don’t know about that one but if you are going to limit where I can go with my kids atleast make the water WARM.

Perfect location Need a little bit more cleaning

I booked this trip to attend the Dave Matthews concert. Upon check-in, told the room would be guaranteed ready by 4:00 PM, which allowed enough time to get settled before the concert. Instead….waited over an hour past that time while receiving multiple assurances that the room would be ready “soon.” No one proactively communicated the delay, and the timelines given were repeatedly missed. Almost 2 hours after the guarantee check in the keys were available. As professional who works in customer service, I understand that delays happen. What was disappointing was the lack of communication, accountability, and urgency throughout the process. Several staff members provided conflicting information, and one employee even blamed another employee’s inexperience rather than focusing on resolving the issue. Once finally received the room, we discovered a clogged sink, a non-working light fixture, and damaged furniture. While the view was beautiful, the overall experience did not meet the expectations associated with the price paid or the Hilton brand. If you are traveling during a busy season and have time-sensitive plans, I would strongly recommend preparing for potential check-in delays and managing.

Loved the location. Away from large crowds. Our suite had everything. Spacious and comfortable. The staff were phenomenal. We had an awesome time especially the kids. I will definitely come back.

If you check-in on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday be prepared to wait for a LONG TIME. Unloading at the curb is not an option. You will be hauling your luggage through the parking garage and waiting even longer to use the parking garage elevator. I understand that this is the beach but the parking garage elevator hasn't been cleaned in months and has a horrible stench.
