We arrived late after traveling 14 hours and the young man at front desk was so helpful and kind. Sorry I can’t remember his name but he was great. The concierge was also very helpful and personally walked us around to see different amenities. Tiki bar restaurant was so convenient and a fun place to relax next to Boardwalk. Parking is not very close to hotel and no boardwalk to access building from parking garage but they allow you leave car in front until you unload your luggage. I would highly recommend!!!!

We booked our annual trip to Virginia Beach prior to the new year at this Hilton, which was a different resort we had not stayed at previously and expected an "Ocean View" as that is the accommodations we had booked.. Please be advised that you will not receive an Ocean View and were told this often happens to guests due to misleading advertising by the resort. Needless to say, we were very disappointed as we book our annual trips in Virginia Beach to have the Ocean View. The staff were apologetic but there was nothing they could do to fix this as the resort was fully booked when we checked in.

Mostly everything about the property was fine I thought we were getting an ocean front room, we stayed in an ocean view room. When I inquired about an ocean front room, the staff mostly ignored me. The said they would get back to me but never did. When I checked out they said it was the “verbiage” used when booking. I was meeting my daughter for a long weekend and this was the halfway point for both of us. I promised her an oceanfront room but ended up staying in the ocean view room. Regardless, we had a nice weekend anyway.

Our room had trash bag outside the room with a broom and dust pan when we arrived. Our towel holder over the sink was broken in one of our rooms.

I booked a room that said ocean view via balcony and when I arrived I was told that the view of another building and a side view of the ocean was an ocean view. If I wanted to actually see the ocean I needed to book the room with what was called ocean front …which is a play on words. To which I explained to the manager of the Hilton Oceanaire and was told there was nothing they could do to resolve the issue. And mid you I paid for the ocean view room .I wouldn’t recommend a stay there unless you call to make sure you get Exactly what you pay for …I am an unhappy customer….

Check in was a nightmare. We did not get checked into our room until 6 even though we did pre check in at 2. I understand actual check in starts at 4. Is it too much to ask to have the rooms ready at 4? There were several people also delayed until 6 or later to check in. We waited in the lobby and were questioned and bothered by the time share/concierge. No thank you should be a sufficient answer. Once we got to our room there was broken glass on the balcony, newly patched holes in the walls, floors that were so dirty my socks turned black and a toilet that didn't work correctly and no TV remote. I can see why they were so late checking us in. Maybe manditory cleaning once in a week long stay would be a good idea so there isn't a disater to deal with later. I will say the hotel did fix the remote and toliet issue quickly. A main issue with all of this is we were told we would be refunded for two nights. Upon check out we were told by someone else that wasn't possible since we booked thru expedia. So they refunded our resort fees. I was under the impression the cost we pay to expedia covers that but it doesn't Honesty would have went a long way in making this an easier issue to deal with. We have stayed at this hotel 4 times. I will say the extra money for an upgraded room really isn't worth it. All of their rooms are very nice don't upgrade unless you need the extra space.

Great place to stay lots close to do!

Wonderful location and accommodations. Perfect for families. Although our room wasn’t ready at check in and staff was not very helpful and it took a long time to receive help.

This place was immaculate!!!. I loved everything about it. The Sundeck is nice and relaxing. The outdoor pit was a great touch to the property. Check in was easy. When we checked out no one was at the desk but we did have a early flight. We left the keys on the desk bc the sign said they stepped away. Having to use your key to access the floors is a great idea from.the lobby. Restaurants and shops arevwalking distance. A car isn't needed unless you want to leave the area. We will definitely be back.

Room was nice but NOT what I expected. There is a difference between the "Ocean View" and "Ocean Front". Ocean View was more like a view of the side of the building next to the hotel with very slight angles being able to see the ocean. Room was clean and nice value regardless.

Yes, our suite overlooked the beach . Unfortunately, we had no hot water in the suite for most of our stay. We were not offered another suite but was told they were trying to take care of the problem . I would not recommend this resort.

My family and I had such a wonderful stay. The room and property were very clean, the pools were well kept and you cannot beat the location. The parking garage is about a block away but an easy walk. Our patial ocean room was pretty much full view. We plan to visit again.

We really enjoy the 21 and over pool area. The firepit and seating area is nice. Our room had a great view and having complimentary washer and dryer was great! The facilty could use some updating/refreshing in some areas and the elevators could use a really good/deep cleaning.

I had a beach front room with balcony, the hot tub and pool were fantastic. I have recommended your resort to all my friends.

The pools are nice and I have no complaints about that and the local close by restaurants are amazing !! The sun lounge is a nice amenity the hotel has !! During the stay a homeless man got in and was sleeping in a maintance room!! I wasn’t happy with my stay that cost me over 1k for 4 nights

Our 3 bedroom suit was dirty when we arrived. There was 3” of water sitting in the tub, trash was not emptied and smelt horrible, toilet would not flush, and floors has food crumbs and dirt every where. It took 2 calls to the front desk to get someone up to clean. We were told by the desk to takeout the trash out ourselves. The eventually sent people up to clean and fix toilet which was done. The cleaning was half hearted at best. The rest of the resort appeared clean and maintained.

It’s in a great location. The pools are amazing heated. The room was really great as I had a one bedroom very comfortable. The only downside was that the room smell like an ashtray, after reporting to the front desk I was not offered a different room. This was really bad, I had to keep the balcony door open to ease the smell.

Loved everything that was around the facility. Great to get exercise and walk around to get food. Loved everything about our stay. I wish the listing was a bit more detailed on the amenities. Kitchen should have at least a hot plate or one burner. Bought the room with cooking in mind. And didn’t know ocean view wasn’t ocean front so paid a bit extra to look at mellow mushroom. But it’s fine we still loved our stay.

Hotel could use more amenities other than a pool. “Play room” could be much better. It is very small and hardly any activities for kids to do in that room.

This hotel was in a great location, perfect access to the beach & boardwalk. However, the wait to get our rooms was incredibly long & anything else we requested during our stay. After driving 7 hours with kids, you don’t want to have to wait 2 hours after check in for your room to be ready! Asking for our room to be cleaned never happened so we asked for towels. There was a change in housekeeping staff during our stay however. It was a holiday weekend during spring break which made no sense.

This stay was subpar, we had to request new towels and touch up services and still were only done half the time. Elevator was broken so traveling up and down with one elevator took forever. Coffee machine broke twice, no complimentary breakfast or snacks each morning. Will definitely be exploring other options next time we travel:

The poolside seating was comfy. It was a bit busy, and difficult to find seating. We had a partial view on the side of the building; however, we could not use it because it was so windy.

At about 11 in the morning, we check into the second room to find out the bathroom was overflowing and not working conditions . in any cade my stay with you guys was unpleasant. Front desk staff should be more accommodating and pleasant. My family and I drove in from New York. We've been vacationing at Virginia Beach for a few years years now and have never been treated so poorly.i feel you guys dropped the ball. I would no longer stay or would recommend your facilities to anyone. By the way, Kaitlyn was very helpful. She was very helpful .

There were temporary issues, hot tub was not hot first day, gym was out of order and outdoor pool was out of order.

The staff was really busy. Floors were sticky around the elevator. Most of the staff was very polite and friendly.

Housekeeping did not come through to replenish towels or coffee and there was no sign to put on door to indicate this was needed. We had booked 2 rooms and called immediately to make sure we got adjoining rooms because I was traveling with minors. Our rooms were on separate floors and I kept being told to come back and they would switch us when there were some rooms checked out of. After coming back 4 times I gave up. Very frustrating experience, since this request was made at reservation time.

We arrived but our room wasn't ready. We went to the outdoor pool for a while, but it got too cold. We checked on the status of our room about every 45 minutes. It still wasn't ready at 8:00 pm. We were cold, hungry, exhausted, and miserable, so we left and went to another hotel.

Lots of space and things to do. Bright lighting and excellent location. Friendly and helpful staff The indoor pools looked a bit grey and I wondered if anyone was actually monitoring them for cleanliness. None of the pool water looked very clean most days At one point there were piles of dirty towels and no clean towels were available or left in the adult 21+ pool area. I wished there was more seating around the fire pit The process for parking was a bit difficult with the papers that needed to go in the window. When we decided to stay an additional day I was worried I might get towed. It was inconvenient when I needed to get back to my car

I understand the new staff change over but it was definitely an inconvenience for me and my family to have to wait 4 hours after checking in to get our room. Very comfortable stay in the King Sweet with a family of 5. I definitely will return and recommend this hotel. The only update I will like to see happen is upgrade their T.v’s with the option to log in to streaming services like Netflix, Prime etc. other than that the stay was great.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was in a great location directly on the beach. There were 3 separate pools. One for 21+ , and outdoor pool whic was kid friendly, &. Indoor pool. Staff was so nice and the property was so pretty & clean. The playground on the beach was perfect for my travels with my God-children. Other reviews states parking wasn’t free, but it was, they gave me free parking in the garage a block down. If you valet it’s $26 a night.

I reserved 2 rooms and both had bad views from the balcony. One room was on the 2nd floor, great spacious room but the view was blocked by the children's playground. the second room's balcony was right above the outdoor firepit, so all you saw were other guest enjoying the outdoor balcony and firepit. The rooms were great with full kitchens. The facility needs a few more amenities but everything like restaurants and stores were in walking distance. The only other complaint was being on the 2nd floor there was alot of noise from workers and all linen, equipment etc was kept on that floor on carts in the hallways. Wasn't really a great view, to walk out of your room to see that every day.

I arrived after 5pm, well past the 3pm check-in, my room still wasn’t ready. After a long day, I was annoyed and admittedly gave the front desk attendant a hard time. I was in full “Karen” mode. What impressed me was how masterfully they handled it. They stayed calm, professional, and respectful, acknowledged the delay, and completely de-escalated the situation. They stopped me in my tracks without ever making me feel dismissed, which honestly turned my whole mood around. Once I got to my room, everything was clean, comfortable, and the oceanfront view was beautiful. The location was a huge plus. The delay wasn’t ideal, but the way it was handled really stood out. Excellent customer service! I’d definitely stay again.

There was a line out the door to check in and the man checking people in was aggressively, flirting with a woman he was helping it was so inappropriate, especially when you have a line out the door then he left the front desk to go help her with her luggage. I was beside myself in disbelief. They closed the pool for no apparent reason I will give them the benefit of the doubt here perhaps something went wrong, but that was also disappointing.

We stayed in an oceanfront studio room, which we attempted to upgrade. Unfortunately, the hotel was at full capacity. For starters, the toilet in the bathroom ran constantly and was broken. We were staying next to a family who was celebrating a birthday and they played loud music all day and night and kept going in and out of their room slamming the door. Now, my family likes to have fun and play music as well, but we know how to be considerate of others in doing so. It was very hard to sleep. The lamp separating the two beds in our room wouldn’t plug in. We called guest services who informed they would be sending someone up to fix the issue and that never happened. Now I will say customer service efforts were made on the second day of our stay to see how things were going with our room and if we needed anything, which I appreciated. When we checked in we opted to valet our vehicle but found this to be very inconvenient to say the least. The hotel front desk associate, they were short staffed. After getting situated in our room, we decided to head out and had requested our car from valet and had to wait 30 minutes. Not to mention we paid approximately $700 for the room, which we didn’t mind as we anticipated our stay would be nothing short of amazing, but sad to say it was very opposite of that.

Everything about hotel was great, except the WiFi service. I was on the 8th floor and reception was awful. I was told that above 7 was problems, but that’s no excuse for such a Good hotel. I’ll revisit but that part definitely needs to improve. You have guess that needs WiFi for pretty much everything while being in room nowadays.

The room my husband and I had was wonderful! Very clean and comfortable. We had a nice view of the ocean and decent outdoor seating. The property itself was very clean and the staff was helpful. Had not realized this was a “timeshare “ and some of the salespeople were more aggressive than others. Love that you are on the beach and the walk is a mere stroll. Location was fantastic - close to amazing restaurants and lots of fun shops.

NOT what I had called and requested. Then, they put us on the 12th floor after back and forth and arguing with other hotels after over an hour. Then, we got the keys to the 12th floor, the room had someone else’s belongings inside the room. Had to go back down and get another room assigned. Finally on the 11th floor. The front desk lady was nice but she just kept talking about how nice the view was with the room. Not helpful at all. The kids pool which I didn’t know is on the other side of the hotel. This hotel has an adults only pool. Valet is an extra charge. They were very nice, however it did take almost 30 minutes each time to request the car. The room was okay. No hot water, barely warm. Then on day of check out 1 elevator was broke and waited 30 min for the other elevator only to end up having to walk down 5 flights of stairs with all our luggage and a 4 year old. On top of that my daughter waied 1 hour for valet to bring her car after several requests then she was laye to her volleyball tournament. Very hunhappy and would like some reimbursement.

Amenities definitely stood out, we would have liked our room made over with the beds made and new towels but that was not possible according to staff. We ended up having to get towels from the pool. Other than that the hotel was nice and comfortable.

Room was clean and spacious for 3 of us. However, we booked an ocean view room without knowing there was a difference between having ocean view, versus ocean front. We had a corner view of the room and the other view was of the street/dumpster trash area. There was also barely an hot water for taking showers. And we took them at different times. I do want to shout out valet they were super fast and nice every time!

There was trash left in front of my room for two days as well as laundry. I was unable to get trash bags for the kitchen and no dolly was available for check out and I had to carry heavy luggage as a disabled veteran.

This hotel is beautiful but my stay was absolutely terrible! I booked an ocean view balcony room and they gave me a room that looks at the street and told me the description is wrong. The front desk staff told me that if you look at a map key it’s a “view” of the ocean; NOT the actually balcony. So needless to say will not be back!

Coming out of the elevator on the 5th floor - there was a worker sanding above the elevator door, when it opened we got covered in white from sanding as we walked out and I got speeding stuck in my eye. I am going to Dr as I just got home being from out of town it would have cost me an arm and a leg to visit a walk in or emergency visit. There were 4 screws left outside our door laying by the threshold, got stuck in my new shoes. All around upsetting ! Great location AWFUL STAY !

There was a hvac fire on the 13th floor our first night there. They evacuated everyone outside while they attended to the fire. They initially said we could enter again and by the time we climbed 10 flights of stairs for the third time we were asked to evacuate again. It was 19 degrees outside and there was very little communication from the staff about how they would like us to proceed/evacuate/ or emergency plan.

We've now stayed here twice. The elevator wasn't worjing last year and we waited hours. We stayed again because that was the only issue we had. Low and behold, it didnt work this year either. We had a "fire" at 1am. I'm glad everyone was safe but we just stood outside in 15° with no news at all. It was all just a little too much.

Very clean room and bathroom! Amazing view of the beach. We absolutely loved the bed pillows and hated to leave them behind. The staff of ladies that check us in were extremely professional, very nice and welcoming, same with checkout. Overall wonderful stay and I would return.

We had no hot water the whole time of our stay. We notified the staff and had several maintenance staff in and out of our room, never resolved the issue. Was advised to run the water for 15-20 minutes before taking a shower to get the water warm, and that did not work. Made for a long trip, not being able to take a hot shower.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Location of hotel is very convenient to nearby restaurants and attractions. I would recommend this hotel.

We did have issues with the hot water in our room, maintenance did come and it did improve, but we had to run the water for several minutes for it to get warm enough to be able to shower and it wasn't quite hot enough to be completely satisfied. Otherwise, we love these 2 locations.

Hello In my opinion I lot could be changed. Starting with the staff was not friendly. I had Mr. Logan he didn’t have a friendly demeanor. When I asked him if I had an ocean view, he rudely told me that if I looked over the balcony, I would see all the ocean views I needed. I thought that was very rude, especially since my view was to the other building. Also how it is worded on the website will have you thinking you have a view it should say something like a partial view. If I would’ve known the room I picked wasn’t facing the ocean That was the purpose of me getting the room I believe he gave me the room on purpose because I didn’t purchase valet for $25 a day so because I lived in town I went home some of my days . This ruined my vacation and I will think twice before booking there again. Last but not least for that hotel to have a boiler they ran out of hot water

The room was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly, only one thing that I didn't like was I chose full ocean view, I had a room that was showing part of the ocean, other than that everything was good.

Need to upgrade the TV’s. No updated channels or Apps to stream new and recent shows.

The staff was largely unknowledgeable, unhelpful and slow. The only professional person we encountered was the maintenance man who came up to fix our fire alarm, which had been going off at random points throughout the day for no reason and waking our kids up (and took 3 notices to the front desk to get someone to come look at it). For not having any housekeeping or food services, our experience at this hotel was not even worth the cheap price (relative to others in vicinity) that it cost us. Not choosing it again.

The 9th floor hall smelled like mildew. Overall the room was clean. The bathroom was missing light bulbs so it was very dim and water pressure sucks. Overall it was a good stay because our room was clean.

I reserved an oceanfront room but the room have direct view to the hotel next to us and the city side. Yes from the balcony you could see the beach but, it definitely not an oceanfront.

There were no comforters - only a VERY thin blanket on the bed. The parking garage is down the street and around the corner, which is extremely inconvenient, and that’s putting it mildly.

Big beautiful king suite with 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining table, and living room. Jacuzzi jets in both bath tubs, 2 balconies, 3 tvs: in the living space, bed room, and dining area. Everything was perfect......only thing missing was an on-site restaurant or breakfast option. But plenty food options in the nearby area. Great stay!

This hotel never disappoints! This was my 3rd tine here, and coming back in December! I do wish that the parking was connected and not a block away HOWEVER, there is vallet parking, and parking is free!

Beach view was not great but I knew it would only be partial . Other than that staff was amazing , room was clean , heated pools was a big plus !

The pool was out of service. The stay was ok.

The hotel was very clean. The only thing I did not like is having to park a block away, no breakfast like traditional Hiltons, and check out is at 10 (I feel like most places are 11 now). It is further down the strip so not much noise except it is near an aviation center of some sort. I did not ruin the stay though. I would stay here again.

The beach view was unbelievable! The view at sunrise and sunset from the living room was stunning. The balcony was perfect for a night cap. The suire was large and comfortable to entertain another couple. Everything I needed was there and ready to use. I do wish parking was a bit more convenient. Next time, I will try valet to see if that makes it better. Overall, great experience

When booking it doesn’t specify the difference between oceanfront & overview

When I look out of the peephole there were two strange men there. I asked what they wanted, and one identified himself as “Engineering “, and said that they thought my room was vacant…then left. I immediately call the front desk to verify if someone was supposed to be there and the first associate nor the second that got on the line was aware of anyone scheduled to come to the room. This of course concerned me and I told them to call the police and look into this. At least 30 minutes later I call the front desk back to follow up, and only THEN was I advised that there was service scheduled for my room, but that an associate failed to update the status of my room as occupied. This associate I spoke with, who identified themself as the manager on duty, was very passive and not too apologetic about what had happened. She claimed that proper procedure was followed, and that it was the engineering manager with a service person and he banged on my door and tried to enter quickly the way he did because he’d thought the room was vacant. This makes NO SENSE to me! Since when does hotel staff behave in that way??? I was literally terrified! There was a much better way to handle this!!!

Overall a nice room, staff were very professional and helpful. The vending machines were not stocked well on any floor. We had to ask for bedding for the pull out couch. Elevator was out for one day at the hotel and was out the whole stay at the parking garage but overall a good place.

Great location and beach view from the ocean front suites. Suite was large and kitchen was decently equipped. Good water pressure in shower, although the bathroom was just average size. Indoor and outdoor pools/spas were great. Staff at front desk was oftentimes unhelpful with simple requests. Took three requests to get the kitchen faucet fixed, and no one knew whether the hotel had recycling for plastics, etc. In any event, we would probably stay there again.

Excellent view on beachfront. Parking is in a garage 2 blocks away and elevator in rhe garage was not working our entire stay. Not bad unless you have to park on an upper level.

Room was huge, and on the 18th floor - so, hard to complain. Shower didn’t work right, tub stopper was busted, slider doors were very hard to open and didn’t lock right.

My overall experience was disappointing. I messaged the property almost a week prior asking a question and was answered the day that I left the property (My stay was for 3 days). The front desk employee that checked me in was unhelpful and did not give me the "packet" outlining how everything at the property would work. My room was not clean when I went up and when I asked for a room change I was told by another front desk employee that they were completely booked (Mind you she did not even check her computer). I asked for the manager's card and called that evening. I did not receive a call back. The parking garage elevator a block away was down my entire stay and all we could be told if that the garage was not the hotels responsibility. Overall I would say that I would not book another stay at this location.

The wifi in our room was very poor, and was never addressed even after multiple requests. Oceanview room was nice but the view was not great. Hotel had a lot of potential but a few hiccups for us.

It was terrible…our room wasn’t ready until 2.5hrs after the check in time and the room was a mess…the bathtub was dirty, the lights didn’t work…the elevators didn’t work. We definitely will not be going back.

Staying at this hotel was great! We had a king suite with a balcony off of our room that had a view of the street. All the staff was more than happy to accommodate us for being on our honeymoon! Not to mention, walking around on the boardwalk was the highlight of the trip because everything was right there! We also loved the 21 and Up Aqua pool! It was so nice to have a kid free zone to relax in the pool or jacuzzi. I would recommend this place over and over again if I could.

Additionally, the phone in our room did not work, and this was the second consecutive year it had not functioned properly. So you could not call the front desk, guest services, etc...

We got the 1 br queen suite. The suite was huge, it had all the necessities of home! The rooms are very sound proof we couldn’t hear anyone above us or around us. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was very aesthetic. Parking wasn’t bad the garage is about a half block away.

A clean, comfy place to sleep. Located in a great area with tons of shops and restaurants in walking distance. Staff was polite and amenities were nice. My only complaint is that the doors to the rooms are VERY HEAVY.

Didn't have the room that was sold to me. Gave me a sub par room, but charged me again for oceanfront, but gave me dumpster view. I was charged over $800 twice for 1 night stay. It was less than 2 foot clearance between bar stools and kitchen table to enter the bedroom area. Very dissatisfied. Will never stay here again.

I rented a ocean front.I got a view of the alley. No ocean front, not even ocean view This place is a rip off I will never stay here again I have stayed there many times over the years. But this was my last.

The hotel was nice but no one came to clean the room!

One problem was the maid never gave us fresh towels or come and empty the trash. We also had problems with the door we had to push or pull with all our weight to open it. Last thing was the sliding door to the bathroom didn’t lock. All the staff was also very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be staying there again.

Up on check in the stuff was not to friendly, room was not ready close to 4pm which I did not get it , they told me that the cleaning service worked until 3pm, room was dirty, floor was not swept or mop , every day we had to call for towels, coffee and more stuff, pools everyday had problems, no towels there too, white asked the answer was that they were short staffed, bartender on Tiki bar very rude. For me to pay that much money for night and not to get the service is very disappointing.

Sending $800 for a night with hair in the bed and in the tube is unacceptable, called down to the front desk and sorry but we do not have a house keeper available..but we can bring you a spare set of bed sheets is sad..And i stay at the house numerous of time in the pass months..

The location and oceanfront view was amazing. The hotel needs some upgrades, there was cockroach, bugs found in our room. The elevators were slow and one didn’t work one day we stayed at the hotel. Other than that, great location.

The whole experience at this property was great, starting with the front desk Lady from the Dominican republic, I was surprised at the way she treated us, very polite and helpful.

The staff was friendly and helpful but the elevators stopped working.

During the stay, we checked in at 3:40 with the attendant saying our room was almost finished. It wasn’t till 8pm that we got a text it was ready. We called for more towels that we never received, the elevator malfunction multiple times.

It would have been nice to know the outside pool was being renovated and closed ! The mattress needs to be replaced. Your beds feel nothing like Hilton at 31st

Our stay was good, my only complaints are when texting the front desk I never received a reply back and they need another set of elevators as well as more dining options.

Overall, our stay at Hilton Vacation Club Oceanaire Virginia Beach was very nice. The property is clean, well-maintained, and great for families—quiet and not too noisy compared to the busier parts of the strip. It’s on the newer side of the boardwalk, so it’s about a mile walk one way to the main area with most of the clubs and restaurants. The only downside was that kids (even teenagers) aren’t allowed in the hot tub since it’s 21 and over, which was a bit disappointing for my teens who wanted to enjoy it. Other than that, it’s a great spot if you want a relaxing stay away from the crowds.

I came to Hilton Vacation Club Oceanaire in Virginia Beach with college friends reunion. We haven't hung out together since we graduated over 20 years ago. Great spacious rooms with a full kitchen; although we only used the fridge. So many eateries within walking distance. They even had multiple pools, and a separate area for the over 21.My only tiny complaint was the bathroom showers weren't as hot or had enough pressure. But I still gave it 5 stars because staying here was the best decision.

Expedia was awful to work with and we had major issues at the hotel. Would not recommend.

The long wait for the elevators was the only complaint. The button for floor 12 didn’t work most of the time, so it was a lot to have to get off and walk up stairs the rest of the way with children. Aside from that, the rooms were nice and the hotel was wonderful!

The suite I felt was extremely small for 4 ppl on vacation and for the price you pay. Small closet, 6 small drawers to unpack. Also there was zero water pressure. So washing hair was very difficult Also only 2 elevators for 18 floors very poor design Also process were not explained when checking in. Example just put towels in hallway and house keeping leaves new ones. Trash, empty your own in trash room. Which light broken and very dark. Vending on every other floor and washer dryer on opposite Which should be every floor or at this day and age every suite at a vacation resort. Also valet. Charge premium rates but no one answers valet stands, concierge desk doesn’t help and because front desk is only staffed with one individual never answer phone or it’s always busy so you have to run to front desk everytime you need to order car. Sorry I use Hilton a lot for work but this was not Hilton standards. And then trying to get us to do a 90 minute tour. But this is what we stayed in. Was not impressed and wanting to listen to 90 min

Overall our stay was good. Service was ok. We requested an extra blanket which never came and one of the elevators stopped working for part of our stay, which led to a backup waiting for an elevator. Other than that, everything else was nice.

The room was excellent with beautiful views. Most things in walking distance. When using self parking, the garage is a small walk from the hotel itself which was a tad annoying. Otherwise great.

We arrived early but were happy to sit out by the pool until our room was ready. Over all our trip was great and our stay at this location was almost perfect. The only drawback were the large crowds and slow elevators but I guess if you have a good thing they will come.

My ocean view suite was NOT ocean view as advertised. Went to front desk and they said that is the 3rd partys fault because they advertise how they want. The only ocean view rooms are called ocean front. They did nothing about it just told me to contact who I booked thru. Travelocity did nothing not even got back to me.

Our stay was nice. I loved the view and the inside pool for 21 and over. Its just a few things I didn't like. The room service was slow you had to call more then 3x to get towels. The toilet seat needed to be changed. On our floor the carpet smelled old and like smoke. That had to be the smoking floor when it was ok to smoke in the hotel. I went to another floor it didn't smell the same. We stayed on the 6th floor. I went up to the 10th floor it smelled good. I would definitely stay again but not on the 6th floor.

The view was amazing, front desk and hotel staff were kind and friendly. The timeshare staff were not focused on guest experiences as much as the internal hotel staff. Don't go on the timeshare sales pitch, it will ruin your day and maybe your vk! The jets flying overhead are very loud and occur on a daily basis. Be very careful where you choose to eat out, as we've had food poisoning twice in the area.

However, Housekeeping is by request. We checked in on a Tuesday and checked out Saturday. It took 2 phone calls and 2 visits to the front desk to get the room tidied up ONCE during a 5 day stay. We were told they would have the room tidied up on Thursday. No show. Friday we were informed we would be added to the list. No show. Housekeeping showed up on Saturday - the day before we left after a 5 night stay. This is particularly inconvenient because no housekeeping means no clean towels which we then had to request twice in addition to requesting housekeeping. We stayed off season and if all rooms are not cleaned daily, I'm not sure why one housekeeping request for a 5 night stay was so hard to accommodate.

The hallways smelled like awful mildew and it was unbearable at times to even commute to and from the elevator. Also the balcony doors were corroded and hard to open, I even broke a nail trying to pry it open.
