Great price for the location

I check in for 3 days and left the first day

You have to keep this in perspective. This is a inexpensive motel, that is good for the price. If I were to compare it to the Ritz, it would rank much. But for a few hours sleep, all was good.

It’s an economy place. Looked like some people were residents. The grounds are well kept, the rooms cover your basic requirements. Bed ok, pillows terrible.Kitchenette in the same room. You get what you pay for

We booked a 4 night stay and decided to cut it a night short because the beds in our room were not so kind on the body. Still using spring mattress on a metal frame, no box spring. First day checking in was a little rough but not a deal breaker. The room assigned to us was on the second floor. But because it wasn’t ready (it hadn’t been cleaned from the last checkout) I went ahead and asked for a room on the first floor. The girl said she couldn’t because there wasn’t a room available but the other lady working the counter found one. She didn’t seemed thrilled about accommodating the request. The second evening was the deal breaker. All I asked for was a plastic spoon and I was told no. My daughter had to eat microwave Mac n cheese with a plastic knife I dug around for in our family van. So the next morning at breakfast I made sure the get an extra spoon. But the fact they couldn’t spare a plastic spoon told me a lot about their customer service.

Good location, nice pleasant staff, the room floor was sticky that was the only complain , not sure what it was, looks like more cleaning solution , otherwise all good

This is one very sketchy place. Definitely not worth the price.

Exceptional

The key entry was awful. We tried over and over again before getting a desk person to come up and address it. The AC did not work, so our room was as hot and as humid as the day had been.

There’s very little or nothing to like about this property. The Expedia pictures are very misleading. It was dirty on the inside and outside. Mattresses are wrapped in plastic with sheets over them, and very uncomfortable. Shower head was falling off the wall. TV did not work. Walls are thin, and you can hear everything going on with your neighbors. Didn’t touch the food due to the overall dirty appearance of the place. I understand its a budget choice, but Expedia should strongly consider dropping this hotel and refunding those who’ve stayed there!

Room not bad. Small, not updated bathroom. Breakfast was good. Only bad part was a guest took their dog (not a service animal) to breakfast and it kept coming and licking on my kids and jumping up on them while they were attempting to eat. Even left drool on my child. So I don't like that the staff allowed that and did nothing about it. We did have to leave to wash up my kids who didn't get to finish their food. Pool was great. Kids did love that. You may smell more than just cigarettes too. Overall decent for a one night.

We called the front desk to ask whether there was any video footage of the parking area. We did not expect the hotel to reimburse us or solve the situation, but we simply wanted to know if they could check the recordings to see whether anything had been captured. Unfortunately, there was no understanding, kindness, or concern shown toward our situation. When I explained what had happened, the response was cold and dismissive: “No cameras, bye.” That was it. A situation like this is already stressful, especially when traveling with family, and the lack of basic empathy from the staff made the experience even worse. We were very disappointed with how this was handled.

Overall, Clean Stay.

Expedia advertised the property as offering free rollaway bed but when we reached there, the staff told us they do no provide extra bed. One of our family members had to sleep on floor on a comforter.

The worse part of my stay was finding a blood stain on my bed covers when I got in late, I called the front desk, she told me to call back tomorrow during the business hours, which I wasn’t happy to hear. Called the next day and they took care of it! Overall all my stay was fair at best.

Great pice and great place to stay with a wide range of free breakfast items to select from every morning. I would highly recommend to others!!!! 😊
