Reviews
The hotel reviews are mixed, with guests expressing both satisfaction and dissatisfaction. Many guests appreciated the helpful staff and excellent location, but several guests had issues with cleanliness, maintenance, and amenities.

staff was friendly, the room was clean, the breakfast was pretty bad, but the location was convenient to Wolf Trap and Tysons Corner
- 5/5
I stayed at Quality Inn Tysons for one night and it was a convenient option for my trip. The hotel was fully booked, so early check-in was not available, which was understandable. Other than that, everything was okay and the stay worked well for what I needed. It's a really good area if your planning on taking the metro to DC.
- 1/5
When I pulled up to the hotel, I thought there had to be some mistake. It looked like low-income housing. There were some shady characters hanging around the entrance. They have an iron-clad policy of no check-in until 3pm (actually after 3pm). They will not check in guests a minute before. They did let me park my car in the lot before I checked in, however. The property and rooms are old and there's alot of junk lying about outside. When I finally got to my room, I thought it was fairly clean until I discovered TWO cockroaches (alive) in the bathroom. The breakfast was the most inadequate I've experienced - bare bones! Don't let the picture in the ad fool you! One positive: it was a short walk to the Metro. I would not recommend at all. I'll pay a little more elsewhere next time.

The shower in our room did not work and it took over 30 mins from when called for maintenance to come fix it. There were a few stains on the carpet in the room and bags of trash sitting around the building outside doors of other rooms.
- 1/5
I booked room for 2 nights and they gave away my room after one night
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 1/5
Clean room but roaches and no housekeeping took two days to get clean towels after I went down and asked for them. Older property but could be much better. Won’t stay there again
- 3/5
This is a great place if you need to park your car for free and have easy access to metro (Spring Hill Station is 4 min by foot, even its website says Greensboro which is actually farther away). There were 2 trash bins right in front of our room under the stairway. Right after we checked in, someone is dumping carpet cleaning waste from a floor up, splashing all over the walk way close to our room door.
- 2/5
Disappointing
- 0.5/5
Has been a 1 month hassle to get my refund back
- 3/5
Walking distance to the Metro and very nice staff. But the property has a lot of long term residents.
- 4/5
Tank on toilet very loose and lifting off base😵💫 Found used to go container behind microwave Lot of trash cans all over grounds over full! No ice in ice machine Diana desk person was helpful with walking directions to eats
- 2.5/5
Close to where we where going and the breakfast was good No air-conditioning it was broken
- 1/5
checking in after an event with my disabled husband. Had my bags pulled out of mycar and on the luggage transport. Room too far away. Had to load suitcases and husband back in my car to drive 100 yards to an elevator then another 150 yds to room. Clerk said they did not received a message about needing an accessible room. None clean. That room had broken air conditioning. Had to move next door for working air. Staff offered no help for 76 year old guests. Not going to Quality Inn again!
- 0.5/5
Location Staff were so rude
- 2.5/5
The air-conditioning didn't work the room was 80 when we walked in and 78 when we left and we turned it all the way down.
- 1/5
The room had huge bugs running on the floor. And one ran under the bed. I ran out of room and said to cancel me and give me a refund. The staff worker said to me oh I guess the beetle bugs had returned. The property was horrible. The building had pieces of bricks missing from the outside walls. The people walking around looked like homeless people. And now according to them they can’t refund. Expedia has to and I am still waiting for a response.
- 1.5/5
Good location Dirty room, people smoking in non-smoking area, and poor breakfast
- 5/5
Had a great stay. It was affordable, clean, and comfortable. The staff provided good service and were very accommodating. The location was convenient, and it was a great value for the price.

- 3.5/5
Location perfect Should upgrade a bit
- 3/5
Great location by DC Metro. Tired
- 1/5
I truly hope you do not need any assistance from the staff as you will not receive anything except for rude responses. Good luck if you choose to stay at this place.
- 4/5
Check in was simple. Stayed 3 nights. Basic accommodations, just for sleep and getting ready. Reasonable price for the area. Safe and comfortable.

older property. trash dumpster emptied outside my room at 5:50 am, nice wake up huh

Ecxellent all the time
- 2/5
Location is good. But poorly maintained property
- 1/5
Couldn’t take a shower because the 1996 bathtub faucet head was stuck. Night security come by tryna play me like I’m doing it wrong and can’t start the shower either telling us he’s “never seen this happen in 25 years.” That’s crazy but ok. So they offer to switch our room… …and in the NEXT ROOM, first the bathroom light took 10 minutes to turn on, only to shine a light on some more bs. Shower turns on but the knob is loose so you can’t change the water temperature. And of course the ice machine by the room was only spewing dust and mildew. “Quality” is the clearly operational word here at this mf.

Great location near Dulles. Very clean. Good value
- 3/5
Was very surprised by the run down property in middle of upscale area and across from Jaguar dealership. Wasn't expecting much but was unable to stay in room due to strong smell of smoke even though was told entire hotel non-smoking. I have severe allergy to smoke and my husband is asthmatic. We left and will not use them again. Front desk was nice but likely not enforcing the non-smoking. Rooms had dirty carpet and stain on chair. Comforter worn.
- 2/5
So, for me, I don’t want the very large hotel that actually takes a long time to reach the room I booked.
- 3.5/5
Location Bed had a dip in the middle and was not comfortable

- 0.5/5
We checked in and discovered the shower was broken and unusable. We also raised safety concerns after hearing someone screaming in a nearby room. We were repeatedly told someone would come assist us, but no one ever showed up.
- 3/5
The room was clean however, the sink water dibbled out, I could not get the shower to work although I attempted to do what the desk clerk told me to do, and the tv did not come on at night. Additionally, the exterior railing were filthy... I wiped them down because I need to hold on to railings.
- 4/5
While the hotel is dated it was clean and comfortable , the water pressure in the shower was great!, I had a coffee maker, fridge and microwave in the room, The staff went out of their way to be helpful and the breakfast had healthy options and a good start to the day. As an added bonus parking was included so that did not add to the cost as so many other hotels in the area did.
- 5/5
It was a clean, well located location 5 minute walking distance to metro station as well as nearby dining options. Great for a budget friendly stay in the DC area. Flew into IAD, took metro from airport to hotel and was able to access all DC area amenities without ever needing a car due to proximity to public transportation. The room was a little small but fine as I was traveling alone.
- 4/5
The staff was very friendly and helpful!
- 3/5
Property is a little unkept, no door in the bathroom and shower was nearly impossible to turn on
- 4/5
Amazing and friendly staff! For a 2-star hotel, the property and facilities were well maintained. The hotel is very conveniently located along a Greenbelt line, allowing for easy access to the metro.
- 2/5
Ants and bugs in bathroom
- 2/5
the room AC is very noisy, room is smelly
- 2/5
Hotel felt like it hadn't been updated this millennium. Just not what you expect from somewhere charging an actual amount of money. I've been at Motel 6s that looked nicer. Some crazy person was failing to control their dogs outside at 2am and nobody did anything. Other people were smoking right outside of the non-smoking rooms and making the stench hit rooms.
- 5/5
good AC
- 3/5
It was a poor...very poor Quality Inn...this is not the first time we thought by getting a Q Inn we would have a nice hotel...NO!!! what a disgrace to your name!! How can you deceive people so much??
- 2/5
I never received my wake up call. Housekeeping did not clean my room, so I did not get new towels. The trash can outside was overflowing. One of the chairs in the room was damaged. The wallpaper was damaged. The railings outside were rusted.
- 5/5
I'm from Vienna & have moved to the Shenandoah Valley. No Va is a nightmare, but although this Quality Inn was in the heart of Tysons Corner, a huge business area, it was quite easy to get into & out of.
- 4/5
The room was very nice, and the staff is very helpful.
- 4/5
Old building and carpet, but everything worked well, so no issues. Clean room and comfortable bed. Quiet, at least on the backside. Staff was very nice. A/C is good. Breakfast is basic, eggs, sausage, bagels, mini-blue berry muffins, toast, make your own waffles, apples, oranges, yogurt, cream cheese, OJ, Cranberry Juice cocktail, coffee, and tea. Easy parking (free) and good location to stores, restaurants, metro, etc.
- 4/5
Staff is friendly, clean and comfortable room. Best price in area!

Extremely outdated motel...

Do NOT stay at this hotel. We arrived late at night. There were unsavory people hanging around the entrance to the hotel. They were smoking and just vagrant looking. It was after midnight when we arrived. Others in parking lot with cars coming in and out. It was very unsafe so much that we did not feel safe even getting out of the car. We ended up going to a different hotel. They are refusing to refund us even though we never stayed. There are similar reviews in this time frame that have reported the same issues. Expedia needs to remove them from their list.
- 5/5
I had a great stay at the Quality Inn. It is conveniently located near a metro station and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast and the included parking was another important factor in my stay here.
- 5/5
All was good. Very clean.
- 3/5
Note to self: never pick the cheap hotel around Washington DC. I’ve done it twice and both times they’ve been at least half welfare hotels.
- 2/5
Basic, good for location but terrible otherwise
- 1/5
Our room had no door on the bathroom and the shower didn’t work. Looks absolutely nothing like the photos.

Rooms were good and the price is fantastic
- 2/5
The room they gave had threadbare furniture and the carpet looked old and worn out. The front desk tried to be helpful, but we left so we could enjoy our vacation in a nice room.
- 5/5
Everything was excellent—exactly as it should be.
- 4/5
Everything was great, except 3 small roaches running on the table during late night…
- 5/5
Room was excellent and cleaned very well
- 2/5
Room noise
- 1/5
Unsafe place to stay. Would never recommend
- 3/5
The bed was uncomfortable, outdated, I’m good
- 3/5
It is basic. Bathroom light didn't work, carpet is old and feels.... Well worn under foot. But the bed was comfortable and it did the trick, and the receptionist was super friendly
- 4/5
Overall a good stay. There was an issue at check-in which delayed the process by around 20 minutes. The washrooms could be slightly better, but otherwise, no issues. The breakfast was good and staff was friendly.
- 2/5
El baño no tenía puerta y la ducha daba problemas para abril el grifo
- 2/5
Not friendly staff and sketchy environment
- 5/5
Great staff, go
- 5/5
Room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was good; they did a great job of replenishing items that ran out.
- 3/5
Good location, great price, older facility pretty well maintained. Hearty free breakfast with waffles. Bed was not as comfortable as I hoped. Shade failed to block the klieg lights outside. Still a good value and clean.
- 3/5
Room need remodelation, mold bathrooms, carpet old, in general everything looks old.
- 1/5
Stuff wasn’t helpful and the room floor had paper bits all over it
- 5/5
Surprisingly good! Basic & inexpensive for that area
- 5/5
Exceptional value for the location
- 2/5
DIRTY. The carpet left my socks black like charcoal. cobwebs in the lamps. pavillion dirty and littered with empty cannibis packs.
- 4/5
Breakfast staff were very nice, though choices were few. Ran out of things, and breads were older, not fresh. Staff tried but are limited in what the can do.
- 1/5
It smelled awful. Eventhough all rooms are SMoke free, weed is acceptable and I got sick from the smell.
- 4/5
This is a nice place to stay. The facility is good and is close to Restaurants and grocery stores.
- 4/5
The room was very nice and clean. The staff was exceptionally kind. It just would have been nice to be refunded due having to check out early, miss work because of a death in my family
- 2/5
Pretty rough all around. Door lock would not lock. Mentioned it to front desk. Was never fixed. Place is in desperate need to be renovated.
- 4/5
.
- 2/5
The room was not clean. Rug was not vacuumed. The rooms and bathrooms need updating. Staff was great. Breakfast was good. A/C was fine. The outside of the property is full of trash. Carpets are stained.
- 4/5
It’s not the Waldorf Astoria - but it’s perfectly good if you need a place to stay for a night or a few. 👍
- 3/5
Photos of rooms and hotel looked much better than the actually are. The property is outdated and in need of serious repairs and updating. For example, the concrete walkways on the various floors is badly cracked and chipped. I could see daylight through a small gap in the front door frame. This would be horrible in the winter as the hotel is apartment complex style where the rooms are all facing a parking lot. The room was fine, bed had no support, but what could one expect for a ~$100 room in a neighborhood where other hotels charge ~$300+. Stay was OK for 2 guys, but I would not book these rooms if women or children were staying.
- 5/5
Old and dated. Bed was comfortable
- 1/5
Stayed here for a few days during home renovation. Let's just say you get what you pay for. Look elsewhere if your budget allows.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 2/5
It’s basic motel with marihuana smell everywhere - not the decent chain hotel. Room was facing to noisy icing machine - no daylight available at all.
- 1/5
We had to check out immediately. We asked for a different room since the door was unsafe and we were told they were sold out even though there were empty rooms available. The hotel is sub par quality. Unsafe parking lot and we saw a latex glove in the elevator. Do not recommend. Asked for a refund.
- 1/5
We did not stay because the smell drugs and cigarettes. Plus my wife did did not feel safe. We found out that illegals and homeless people were being house there. The front desk refunded our money. We booked through hotel. Com
- 2/5
We did not have breakfast there because we were anxious to leave
- 4/5
stairways were not swept...lots of debris and also in corridors and parking area.
- 5/5
Great value and convenience.

That said, the hotel and property itself fell short of expectations. I was not expecting luxury, but I was expecting a bit more in terms of upkeep and overall condition. The sidewalks were in rough shape, and it was inconvenient that there were no curb ramps at the entrances to make rolling luggage easier. The room had a strong odor that seemed to be a mix of heavy cleaner and mustiness, which made it feel less than fresh. The bed also appeared worn out, with a noticeable dip in the center that made it less comfortable than it should have been. The bathroom and shower were dated, though still functional. The same was true for the sink area, hair dryer, and closet setup. The carpet had several large stains, especially near the fridge, and there were also areas along the edges where parts of the trim or carpet transition were coming loose, which added to the worn appearance. Overall, I would stay here again if I needed to, but it would not be my first choice. I hate writing anything negative because the staff were so wonderful, but I also want to be honest about the condition of the facilities.
- 1/5
I’m not sure if that was bed bugs but I was bitten on my neck hands and arms during the stay. I can show photos of before and after because I traveled all the way from Missouri . One cockroach was dead on the carpet and other was crawling. My left cheek and 3 points on my neck have bite scars very large and visible . This is absurd standard of hygiene and I’m not sure how to clean my bags my cloths to not carry those bugs with me to Missouri. Carpet was smelling bad and blanket was dirty. They have us the room far away from main hotel lobby !!!
- 5/5
Everything was great as it is any other time the staff was great my room was good and my stay was great; thank you all so much!
- 4/5
.
- 4/5
The room was very clean and comfortable. Good WiFi and comfortable bed. Nice size room. Great water pressure in the shower. And again, the room attendants were great ! Breakfast was good, nothing fancy , but a nice convenience. Great coffee. The negative - The property outside our rooms ( and around all of the hotel ) was really unkempt. Cigarette butts and Kleenexes all in the grass and the parking lot, litter everywhere. Trash just everywhere. There needs to be a yard clean up crew!!
- 5/5
It was a great and well needed #StayCation and it felt so amazin 2 have it’s been a long time since I’ve last done one.
- 4/5
Clean room. Staff was helpful.
- 5/5
Everything was great from check in right on through to my checkout I’ve got da service I’ve always expected when visiting this Quality Inn it’s one of my fave locations tbh.
- 4/5
Good price for area
- 1/5
Room was not as portrayed in pictures at all. I stayed one night out of the four that I booked. There wasn't even hot water!
- 2/5
No power in hair dryer outlet, poor drainage in the sink, alarm clock adjesting buttons were broken
- 1/5
In general, it was not worth it.
- 3/5
The room was okay there were a couple of roaches in the room. And the closed captions didn’t work on the tv. Me and my partner need closed captions in order to understand what was stated on tv.
- 5/5
room was clean and fresh, staff welcoming, breakfast area excellent
- 1/5
Heating was poor and no running bath tub water.
- 4/5
breakfast too
- 1/5
There was no parking and parking area area was not cleared from snow. My disabled husband could not get out of the car because of that. I asked for a refund because we could not get him out of the car due to snow and was refused. Lobby also looked dirty and grimy.
- 5/5
.
- 3/5
The room was okay. They can do better with cleaning the snow in the parking lot. And have a better breakfast.
- 5/5
When I was in the room, I had no complaints
- 4/5
The room was comfortable and good condition for the price. The property requires considerable renovation but patrons and staff made the stay enjoyable.
- 3/5
Some bathroom lights and bath tub to be tacking care off.
- 1/5
Room was not really clean and the furniture had some damage
- 5/5
Good
- 2/5
Dirty old rooms with dirty windows, broken equipement, no room cleaning during the week. Like one of the 60y years old motels on the middle of nowhere
- 2/5
The heater did not work. The room was freezing!
- 2/5
I stayed 11 nights and never had housekeeping in my room once.
- 5/5
Room was very quiet and everything was well kept.
- 3/5
The bed was comfortable and the room was mostly clean. However, the shower head had orange mildew. The clothes hangar rack was dusty and the hangars were in inconvenient positions and impossible to move out of the way. The sink drain stopper had no ability to change from the plugged position without taking the plug out. The carpet in the room felt tacky. Front desk staff was helpful but not friendly. Breakfast was ok. I was frustrated because coffee ran out by 8am when I showed up on Saturday when opening is 7am, so within an hour of opening. Staff were not friendly or helpful about getting out of the way once coffee was made, more concerned about fiddling with the hot water maker! She totally ignored those of us waiting to get finally available fresh coffee! Will it stay here again.
- 1/5
Absolute dump motel. My room did not have a working toilet. Very unsafe area around the hotel.

Boy this is not a hotel that should be on your app.
- 4/5
After he left, my husband could only turn on the water by wrapping a towel around his hand to protect his hand and then pulling the tap as hard as he possibly could. I was not strong enough to turn on the tap at all. My husband had to do it for me. The staff at the motel were very nice and very helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. It was very nice having an affordable, comfortable place to stay at quite a low price for the Tysons Corner area. We appreciated that. But please fix the tap for the tub, because people should be able to get a shower regardless of how strong they are.
- 2/5
No heat in my room (on a very cold night). No water in my wife's room. Physical property not maintained.
- 5/5
Yes menu was fresh… scrambled eggs are not very good
- 2/5
It’s clean, good reception. Just stay ov
- 3/5
Very worn down. Old small flatscreen. Old carpets. Everything worked. Great shower water pressure. Heater worked well. Quiet. Nice staff.
- 3/5
I was in a room with no hot water in the shower. The front desk kindly moved me to another room because she thought it would take awhile for the water to warm after repair. Actually I saw the repairman and it was the knob itself that was adjusted to not turn to hot. It was pouring rain and I only had heels so switching rooms was a pain. The second room didn't have hot water in the shower either. The sink had hot water only if you turned on the cold (the handle was backwards). Then there was a hole in the window curtain right at eye level. I told the manager and Hotels.com about these things and really felt like at least the second night should have been free - you can't go on a 3-day business trip and not take a shower. The manager offered $30. Breakfast was excellent and the night staff are nice, but I wouldn't go back.

very friendly and helpful staff. room numbering is a bit confusing. a 2 does not necessarily mean second floor. Breakfast was pretty good considering the nightly price. older decor
- 2/5
Gross looking breakfast, rooms outside, facility is just old and dated. TV sucks, took 15 mins to even get hot water to take a shower.
- 3/5
The shower didn’t work and the breakfast wasn’t kept stocked. If stocked there was a nice variety of food. The room was clean and the staff was friendly I felt safe in the area walking to and from the metro station
- 5/5
Having had breakfast yet, it is night time now. Staff is so warm.
- 5/5

- 2/5
The shower water would not work. At all. The water in the sink would not get warm past tepid. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast included fresh waffles, egg casserole and sausage patties. But plumbing in room was broken.

AC didn’t work, only clean room upon request at front desk , breakfast was serviceable and open parking.
- 5/5
Very clean. People are very helpful.
- 1/5
The room smelled of Pot. Recliner stained and ripped. No remote for the TV. Room on the 3rd floor and elevator didn't work. Carpet was wet and there were roacjes on the wall
- 4/5
Room clean and comfortable, ac and heat were fine. But our hot water was I inconsistent. Other than the signs in the parking lot needing to be replaced and hot water it was great .
- 1/5
I said I can't stay without hot water, I chick out, she said they will give you credit in the morning This is truly very disappointing, you pack up and start looking for new hotel I will love to get respond please
- 1/5
At night I walked barefooted and when I got into the shower my feet were black. Super filthy carpet.
- 5/5
The stay was exactly what you expect, it was clean, it was a great breakfast for the price, nothing fancy, but great location.
- 5/5
While the property is tired and needs updating, it was clean and comfortable for me to rest my head for the night. Access to public transit is excellent. Also the area around is somewhat walkable for shopping and dining, though it is busy with traffic on the Leesburg Pike.
- 3/5
The door of the room was hard to open, and the inside smelled of linden
- 1/5
Terrible
- 3/5
Room carpet was damp.
- 1/5
😂
- 3/5
The hotel covers all the amenities you would need. However, I noticed they were mold in the bathroom ceiling. Complimentary breakfast was horrible not to mention the coffee. The hotel needs an upgrade all around. Staff were pleasant.
- 3/5
Fairly safe. Within driving distance to dining and shopping.
- 4/5
Convenient location, excellent breakfast, clean rooms.
- 4/5
Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. I am not used to this motel-type layout where each floor is open to the outside, like a row-style apartment building. Although I was safe and nothing happened, I did not feel so secure.
- 3/5
Room was okay. Definitely being used as temporary housing for the city
- 5/5
The staff at the front desk was polite and efficient.
- 2/5
I told the staff all of this when I checked out. Hopefully they'll take it to heart. But by far this has been the worst hotel in my life that I've stayed in.
- 2/5
Noise from adjacent room TV all night. Musty smell. Dirty carpet. Barely functioning shower
- 3/5
The hotel is not fully equipped with all the necessary services. There is no hot water in the bathroom. Cleanliness is average.
- 1/5
room stank, it was infested w bugs in the curtains. the sheets were stained. carpet was moist and stinky. keycards kept not working. front desk people were cool tho.
- 3/5
Because of its close proximity to my job, I will stay again. However, the property needs a serious cleaning & around the clock armed security.
- 2/5
The room smelled and the shower was a problem with the faucet and the sink had poor water pressure. Staff was rude on the phone when calling about the shower. The place is run down. Would not recommend.
- 3/5
Breakfast was good, great coffee Cleanliness condition poor
- 1/5
Ditty, wet
- 4/5
It's convenient for me to use that hotel...
- 5/5
Kind staff at the reception.
- 1/5
Hotel broken, smelt bad, bad area, felt unclean and unsafe
- 4/5
Place was okay, my husband just needed to get some sleep for just a couple of hours.
- 4/5
Price - perfect Breakfast - Needs improvement Cleanliness - Needs improvement
- 5/5
Breakfast was great for the price, room was cleaned
- 2/5
They didnt have a room.available for me when i arrived and i had to wait til 2 am due to them not having a clwan room available. We i finally got my room the toilet was broken.
- 2/5
Our keys were deactivated after our first night so when we returned to our room the second night, we had to go to the lobby for help. When we showered water would go onto the bathroom floor because the curtain is not long enough or the shower curb is not high enough. There was a quarter inch of water in the bathroom as a result.
- 5/5
Hotel was clean, staff pleasant and accomodating. Overall it was a great value. Only downcheck was that waffle machine was not set up and operating 20 min. after breakfast started and it took awhile for employee to correct that.

Just a one night golf trip. Room was clean and quiet. Problem with card entry lock which staff took care off quickly. Good value for the price.

Extremely poor choice that I made
- 4/5
This hotel is very good for the price! The staff was very accommodating and helpful. It is an older property so I don't expect it to be perfect, it has everything you need, a microwave, a fridge, wifi, free breakfast, which was enjoyable. I chose it because it is close to the Metro stop, about 1/2 block, I had business in the area, and there are restaurants, a Walmart, within walking distance.
- 4/5
Very good rate. Staff good bed comfortable. Very basic
- 3/5
The staff that I dealt with were nice, but cannot say as much for the service or maintenance. The nearest ice machine was broken, the door wouldn't lock unless you pulled it closed, I left a wake-up call and it wasn't made, and I asked for towels to be replaced and it didn't happen (tho the front desk did furnish them upon request).

Location is okay but the ambience is not that okay. Fine for individuals but not for the family.

Rooms need renovation

Best continental breakfast I've ever had in this price range

Overgrowth courtyard. Building needs new paint. Overall staff is friendly. Scramble eggs served for breakfast looks unappetizing.

Staff were nice and room was clean.

Overall it was ok, it was noisy I sent a noise complaint email on the first night and none one replied also unsafe anyone can access and enter the hotel

Clean and quiet

Very wet inside, like humid wet even with air conditioning. Smelled. Felt unsafe. Dirty area. Dirty underwear and socks in elevator.

Was given a key to an occupied room with booze bottles on the floor. Other three rooms did not have running water for the showers. Nightmare!
- 2/5
The room was clean enough but the toilet was broke, we did not have hot water and hair dryer did not work. We were glad we were only there one night.

Location is across from the metro, clean room and bathroom, smells good, TV is small but that’s okay, it’s hard finding a pet hotel that doesn’t charge an arm and a leg. My chihuahua is well trained and loves traveling with us. Great price.
- 5/5
The property was very clean and conveniently located.
- 1/5
The rug in the entire room was wet. The grounds were littered with trash and cigarette butts. Shady characters lurking about. No door knob on the bathroom door. Only 1 bar of soap, no shampoo or anything else. Couldn't sleep due to the condition of the room. Reserved for 3 nights, left after 1. Honestly should have left rig3away.
- 1/5
Stuffed, not cleaned made sick, respiratory problems
- 4/5
The rooms are run down and smell. It was clean but just are old. The bed was nice.
- 1/5
Staff was incredibly rude, water/shower did not work, BLACK MOLD, roaches and bugs were found. I also got a bed bug bite. Expedia still can’t reach out to them and has failed to give me a refund. I was unsafe and my health was put to risk and now I still have to pay for all the nights I DID NOT STAY. Never using Expedia again.
- 3/5
It’s just old- carpet, walls are very thin, water bugs in the bathtub, but I didn’t expect a high end stay at this price.
- 2/5
the place can use an upgrade, shower was the worst, very small
- 1/5
Would not check us in. Unhelpful and even condescending to us and other guests. Had to find another hotel, despite having reservation we had paid for. They refused to give another family who had checked in soap.
- 5/5
Good
- 3/5
It was ok, there was no shower curtain holder in bath. The shower curtain was on the floor. It was challenging to shower without making a mess. They could do better with cleaning.
- 3/5
The breakfast was unorganized and limited. No one was cleaning tables or emptying the overflowing trash cans. They didn’t even offer water to drink. The staff was nice and helpful to me, but I overheard other patrons complaining about things that had been wrong for them multiple times and the staff was not apologetic, just kind of argumentative. Our toilet did not work properly and my husband had to fix it so it would flush properly.

This was the worst hotel experience of my life. My life was actually in danger from the staff in the hotel police had to be called. I never stayed in the room. They basically put me out without me being able to even stay just because it was Nats in the room and I was uncomfortable staying in the room. I had evidence to show They told me they were cancel and refund, but I see no refund no cancellation, but I'm also having to follow full police report on the staff member that chased me out the hotel lobby and got on top of my car on camera Tesla recording

The location of the hotel is excellent yet, the physical condition of the room was very poor... it badly needs to be remodeled and renovated.
- 3/5
The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was great. The room was clean, but was damp even with the a/c running. The dresser and desk/chair had seen better days and are due a replacement. A new desk should also have outlets for computers.
- 4/5
Room did not have a working microwave and fridge. Room smelled a little damp. Bed was super comfortable and that’s why I gave it four stars.

There was a dead cockroach in the middle of the floor when we woke up. Rooms are also not very sound proof as construction was heard and whenever someone passed by our door from outside. We wanted to buy a few bottles of water from the vending machine but it would dispense after we paid. The front desk person also instructed us the only water is the vending machine and didn’t tell us there was a water fountain hidden in the corner of the room.
- 1/5
The service was not good. The shower filled up around my ankles and I had to use it like that for a couple of days before someone finally fixed it. My room was not cleaned during the stay either.

The only bummer was that the cable company does not have a guide channel, so watching TV was inconvenient. Overall, we were pleased with our stay and will stay there again. The only

We had a very disappointing experience. Check-in was delayed because there were no clean rooms available, and we had to wait in the car for an hour. When we finally got the room, it had a strong unpleasant smell, and we even found a spider on the floor. Overall, it was a very poor experience and not what we expected.

I didn’t stay and didn’t even refund

I drove 10 hours from another state so we checked in late. 1st thing we noticed the room AC was not working. Called the front desk multiple times but no answer. Had to walk all the way to the front desk and let them know. The front desk guy said the hotel is fully booked and he can’t do anything . We have to come back in the morning and if anyone leaves then they can switch our room. So we had to sweat and sleep without AC the whole night in the freaking summer in June. The bed was clean but everything else was super dirty. The AC was full of thick dirt, the basin pipe was dirty and there was no strainer. The chair had a big white hand mark on it. Someone put their hand there with food or something dirty and it was never cleaned. It was so gross that we had to put on a towel before we can use it. We needed towels and toilet papers. Called front desk/room service multiple times. No one answered a single time. Not during day neither night time. Going to front desk is not easy. You gotta walk all the way to the 3rd floor elevator. Then walk all the way to front desk which takes at least 2 minutes one way. Another problem was the door key card would stop working everyday. I stayed there for 4 nights. Every freaking day I had to go to the front desk because it won’t work. Last day had to change card twice. There was huge nasty garbage in the corner. You get what you pay for. Don’t believe all these positive reviews. Spend few extra bucks and go to a place which won’t make you mad.

The front desk what’s rude but the worse was dealing with expidia I did the reservation in one price and they charge me there in another way

The guy is lazy, rude, terrible attitude, and appears like he hates his job. The other lady is even worse being extremely loud & both of them should never be in a customer facing position. The trash bin is right outside your room and overflowing & stinking. When requested to take care of it, the attitude was.. I will try. I walked around asked the maintenance staff to help take care of it. when my keys stopped working after my 4th night (of the 7 night booking), Miguel tells me that I have to keep my cards in pocket. I told him that one is in my pocket and the other is in my car center console. And both of them stopped working. He tells me with an attitude, put both of the cards in your pocket. Then he rekeys the cards and after driving all the way to my room on the other extreme of the building, the both keys don't work again. When I go back, he sits in his chair, doesn't stand up if something is wrong, and when I dropped the keys next to his keyboard reaching out to his desk. He gives me an attitude saying I threw the keys. Now he gives me new set of cards. I was about to ask "what should I do if these new cards don't work either".Now the other customer service lady yells at me saying that I will be put on a no rent list. I walked back to my room and chatted with Expedia to cancel my remaining trip and I will checkout immediately. At93

It was a fine stay. The favorite is quite old, but clean. The door key card kept failing and needed to be reprogramed every time when I came back to the hotel but the people at the reception was very friendly and made my stay very comfortable.

This place should not be listed as Good. Hasn’t been updated since the 1960s and should not be offered on your site.
- 3/5
Hotel was ok, desk service was excellent. Housekeeping never cleaned my room for the 7 days I was there. Facilities are old and in need of updating..carpet, furniture bathroom etc. All in all, ok place to stay if you not looking for a top notch hotel.

Nice clean rooms for the price. Rooms are a little dated, no big thing though. Close to the metro and restaurants. Shante at the was the only one at the front desk when I checked in. She had a lot of people waiting in line because she didn't have any help that evening. She was fast, professional and friendly and respectful. She never lost her cool. Great customer service Shante!

Do NOT stay here. I gave this place the benefit of the doubt when I booked, but immediately regretted that decision upon arrival. Firstly, we were given an occupied room. When I confronted the front desk about this, they did not seem concerned at all about the mistake or the safety of the situation. When we finally got to our own room, the entire place smelled of cigarettes and the toilet would barely flush. I was on a trip with my 18 month old baby and there was NO way I was going to allow him to stay in such dirty, nasty conditions. The floors were filthy and I’m not convinced they wash anything. We immediately left and drove to a Marriott where we stayed the next 2 nights. I booked this place trying to save money and ended up wasting even more.

Great room for the price, basic breakfast, amazing staff. The only negative was that the room smells of mold, humidity and just overall old. But as the saying goes, you get what you pay for so I didn’t lose sleep over it
