    Front desk was very helpful. Location was great. For those with larger vehicles parking garage is not good. The exit ramp is very narrow. I had to actually park on the street due to the narrow turn.

    Now, let's get down to business. Room service was available for breakfast, but the downside was that there was only one person to attend to all the tables; I believe the service would have been much better with more staff. I went to try and have breakfast, but the server simply couldn't keep up with everyone. She came over and asked what we wanted to drink, and we all placed our beverage orders. She brought them over, but then—after 20 minutes—she never returned. Frustrated, I got up, and we left. My point is simply that there was only one waitress for far too many people. They really ought to hire at least one additional person for peak hours. Regrettably, I left without actually tasting the breakfast, even though the menu made it look very appealing. I hope that when I return, they will have hired someone else. Thank you; aside from this issue, everything else was very good. I don't blame the waitress, but rather the hotel management; by refusing to pay for an extra staff member, they caused such issues that I actually saw a couple of other guests lodging complaints right there at the hotel.

    Our stay was great! We really appreciated the breakfast options offered at the restaurant in the lobby area. It was nice to have the option to park in the paid garage or for free on the street, right in front of the hotel. The beds were comfortable and the halls were quiet.

    Bathroom was dirty upon arrival even after room service came and serviced our room. Parking is horrible if you have a SUV and its not included. $15 per night to park your car in a underground garage but completely free to leave it in front of the hotel on the street. Staff did not have essentials available such as toothbrushes and toothpaste.

    Parking kinda a hassle. Free on street which i got lucky found a great spot directly across from the hotel. I did early check in at 3pm but room wasn't ready. So i waited for 45 minutes finally asked wss it ready yet & was told no BUT they did offer a similar room asap which was great. Parking in garage IS $15 a day. I'd stay again.

    All of the staff were wonderful! From check-in to breakfast to check-out. My only concern was the narrow exit for the parking garage. Fortunately, there was a sign warning about the narrowness. But angle by which we must approach the exit makes it difficult to clear the exit without scraping. I backed up a couple of times to try to get a better angle of approach. Fortunately, I had success making my way through but it was tight. If I stay here again, I will opt for street parking.

    The staff was nice. It is outdated, needs a some updates. The TV was outdated and did not even offer steaming options to personal sites. There was some mold on the tub/shower. There was a digital thermostat that was hard to get regulated. A school trip was booked all around us and it was very loud and crazy for a few hours. would be great if a large group to try and isolate them; especially when the hotel not near full.

    It was close to our Concert Venue, so catching an uber was fast and easy. However our room was not ready by check in time. We had to wait over an hour and a half before being told they still didn’t have service to prepare our room. We ended up getting a double queen instead of the King we reserved. 😞

    It was great to sleep awesome i love it but need to change policy to parking cost 50$ per day, it cost a lot minimum 10$ day or 15$, it was supposed free wifi well it wasn’t free wifi, I this free WiFi but if you want speed wifi cost 8$ geez that mean pay more, only for sleep one day, should need to get parking free inside hotel, free speed wifi, all staff member was nice, no a problem, great service but need to update like free parking garage, and free high speed wifi, even not expensive hotel get free high speed wifi free and free parking, they give to you like something you can parking in the hotel and never get tow your car at night, so should need to change parking and never pay 50$ per night, geez even DC parking for all day cost like that min cost 25$ if is busy and in not busy day cost 15$, so guys need to get free high speed wifi and free parking, that is the reason we pay it more

    The room was clean but not what I was expecting from a Hilton hotel. The shower floor had paint chilling all around it and the comforter on the bed had so many loose strings it looked like it should be replaced for sure.

    Had pre- asked for room with wheelchair access close to the elevator. Checked in at required 3pm, and they obviously hadn’t even considered my request. Room on 7 th floor at end of hall. Parked in garage & got my wheel chair. Access to elevator was restricted by small ledge in doorway that created problem for my wheelchair. Front desk unsympathetic. I will look elsewhere next time.

    Nice quiet location, safe keyed entry to elevator nice but everything in hotel had a fee to it. Sulphur smell in bathroom like pipes were clogged slow draining sink.

    Nice—quiet and clean room. Couldn’t figure out how to get the room cooler though. Set the thermostat on 65 but it seemed to just run the fan all night. Great coffee in the lobby every morning!

    Everything was fantastic except parking is limited. But I definitely would stay there again. The only recommendation I would have is to maybe have coffee and tea out in the lobby at all times. Other than that it’s very clean and staff were very friendly.

    We came into town last minute due to a family emergency. Its so hard to find hotels that are big dog friendly. Each front desk staff member was extremely welcoming and nice. Even though we were 20-30mins away from family I would book this hotel each time. Thanks for being one less thing to worry about

    I am sorry that I must write this review but I have tried to contact hotel management about these issues, unsuccessfully. I was told that a manager would be calling me but no call as of today. Firstly, the front desk attendant appeared uninterested or asleep upon my first day's arrival. The second who attempted to help me upon leaving was GREAT. He was very engaged and sincerely wanted to help. However, he said that he spoke with his manager who would be calling me and would not be charging me for the stay... The hotel humidity was so low, I could not generate any vapor in the air after 30 minutes running a scalding hot shower. This dryness exacerbated a nose and sinus irritation from 1st room's air quality. I was given another room, which failed to be an improvement, as I believed, it was a system problem with the hotel HVAC... I tried to cope but finally was forced to leave - becoming increasingly worse, the longer I remained in the room. I have strategically chosen Hilton when I travel domestically and internationally, due to their typically more reliable brand. However, my symptoms only began to improve upon exiting this hotel. THE LARGER ISSUE was the Hotel Parking garage that I was forced to pay additional charges for, due to unavailable street parking: This garage is not compliant with VA specs and Regs - DO NOT ENTER IT UNLESS YOU ARE DRIVING A BICYCLE OR A COMPACT CAR!!! There is only 1 exit -1/2 the size of the entrance! My vehicle was damaged trying to exit...!

    I made a call for an early check in, and they agreed if you come after 12 pm there will no early check in fee. And once I arrived to the hotel the front desk guy I think his name was “Fatah” something like that. He was arguing that it’s early to check in, so anyhow He still manage to charge me the early fee, even though I called and verified it and he was the one that verified it

    when we first arrived they gave our room away. The room they gave us was next to elevator that would make loud noises as their elevator needs maintenance. The tub will have a bad slow drain . Blood on a sheet under the mattress .Should have took pictures. room 508 blood left bed. They lied about free wifi as they would offer enough to read emails but not to stream. Just in all not happy to pay more than i should for valentines and didn't get the experience I wanted . I went to expedia express my feelings and all they could do is credit for 25 for next use but i dont see and honestly dont know if i would try your service again and would tell people to go straight to a source than use your service because hotel like hilton Garden will give there rooms to members when guest like me reserved and payed ahead of time using your service !!!!! sadly upset

    However, on the second night, the people staying in the conjoining room next to ours were very loud. We could hear people yelling and turning up the TV to the highest setting at 3 AM.     Person at the counter was mean, I was in the line and I saw how she treated the person in front of me, and when it was my turn she was the same, so, that means she is always like that, usually the persons at the counter are the most courteous, and when i was checking out 4 hours later, she said I can't check you out 'til tomorrow, 1st time somebody says to me that they can't check you out. I just told her "do it tomorrow" and left the hotel, it's a nice and clean hotel but with this person everything is bad.

    Did not receive housekeeping so had no coffee for the morning. Went to front desk and they did not have any to provide. Hotel charges extra for literally everything and advertises amenities they don’t have. Cleanliness and condition just ok. Shuttle service was the best thing about the hotel. Really not deserving of a Hilton brand name and more in line with a comfort inn. Luckily it was cheap. Not terrible but would not choose this hotel again.

    After checking in (in 2nd floor) the room was terrible: broken light fixtures, loud A/C, broken fridge, etc. Went to the front desk to complain and ask for a different room and I was told by the person that it was not her problem anymore because she was clocking out. I was not up for waiting until next person came, since it was late at night I was traveling the whole day. Next day after coming from all day outside around the city. We come in to find out there is a very loud party in the first floor. When I went to front desk to complain, the same person that checked me in the night before told me nobody was checking in in the that floor!! I argued with her that was not correct and I wanted another room. The manager came, only to make things worse, she was drunk! when I complained about the situation, she threatened me to check me out and put me out of the hotel, and with calling the police on me!!! I actually encouraged her to do that but suddenly she didn’t do it and decided to just change us to another room. The party was their own Christmas party!! The only cordial person in the whole hotel was the security guy, who actually went to talk to the manager, right after she came back saying they changed my room and they were going to wave the pet and parking fees (which they did NOT do!!). She offered me free breakfast, but obviously after this experience I did not take. WORST EXPERIENCE!
