They put me in a half cleaned room on the 1st floor. I took that. I happen to come in my menstruation and didnt know and bleed a little on the sheets. They charged me an large amount$ and made me feel like I was very nasty. I felt discriminated against and was treated poorly. I stay at the embassy often this is a first and a last. And i want my money back. I didnt smoke or anything just had a natural Woman medical emergency and your staff charged me and was rude. Im appalled. And highly upset. Will never stay here again
- 5/5
Breakfast was delicious also. Definitely would be back to visit!
- 5/5
Clean rooms , fantastic staff, breakfast service was excellent. A+
- 2/5
All was well until I was not able to swimming after breakfast for maintenance after I entered the pool area. And an employee at the front desk Intergrated me about my account at check out like I am criminal. And talked to me with a sharp tongue. I felt very disrespected. Before that everything was going okay.
- 4/5
The room itself was clean. Sort of dark though in the living area, and the furniture and amenities were somewhat outdated. The bedroom had scratches in weird places and looked dated. I could hear people from another room coming through the air vent it was weird. The ac filter was quite dirty. The staff was very nice and very helpful.
- 5/5
Free hot breakfast and evening reception were great. Location was great — Walking distance to two metro stations, shopping and restaurants. Gym was very well equipped but pool was kind of small. The room was huge with a separate bedroom and living room. The only downside was breakfast ended at 9 on weekdays. Most other embassy suites have weekday breakfast until 9:30.
- 3/5
Late to let us check in. Cost for parking. Gave us a corner room … not a suite… very small.
- 3/5
Complimentary drinks and snacks could have been better. It was extremely disappointing considering this is a Hilton hotel.

The room is not worth the price. It was terrible, everything was old, we did nit stay in the room because we were there for a conference. The bedsheets looked very old with the blanket in fact I was very disappointed that the amount we paid for the room did not equal to the room we got. Then they tell you they have free breakfast but the breakfast starts very early and ends at 9 am. I do not understand how many people made it to the breakfast. Then they tell you there's a free bar but its from 5 pm to 7 pm people are not even back. Very misleading

This was a good Embassy Suites. Great staff, clean room and property. The happy hour was really fun. The only downside is they charge $12 for parking. The parking should be included in the price. Otherwise, great stay.
- 1/5
The room was not clean, stinky and we found bundles of human hair around. Plenty of water in the bath tap but it can't reach the shower only drops. Breakfast not organised looks like a busy market with minimal hygiene. The give each one a happy time coupon for each one even kids for an alcoholic drink and when asking to change the drink to soft one for kids not allowed very funny which means cheating coupons. The most important thing was the unhealthy room as the carpet and bed smells bad.

The breakfast was disappointing, would have wanted a few different options. I didn't really care for the options. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was very well kept and clean. The complimentary happy hour and chips and Salsa was awesome. The room wasn't that comfortable, the pull out sofa bed wasn't comfortable. The pool was nice and good temperature, but very disappointed there wasn't a jacuzzi type. Overall the hotel is okay, has some good perks, but other stuff not to my personal liking.

Our stay was fine. The representatives who checked us in and out were very friendly, the room was neat and clean, and we had a restful and peaceful night’s rest.

The rooms were nice and clean. Location was perfect for us. The gentleman at checkin was very helpful. Only staff that was less than great was the bar tender.
- 5/5
Everything was fantastic. The front desk was amazing and helpful. My only small complaint would be that the bartender was not very attentive. He was too busy watching TV.

- 4/5
Disappointed in the lack of TV channels offered in the hotel room. As basic as it gets. No HGTV, We, TBS, TNT, Ion, etc. Lots of sports channels and some news networks, but this was pitiful considering this is the DC area.
- 5/5
I was very satisfied with the property. Everything was very clean. And the breakfast was a big hit for our group. The perfect location for our group of 4.
- 3/5
Our room smelled musty and the decor is very dark and needs renovation. The inside of the ice bucket lid was filthy with dried food. Breakfast should be served earlier on Saturday and Sunday.
- 5/5
Breakfast buffet was good. The hotel restaurant was nice as well.
- 5/5
Breakfast was great, and the staff with cleaning my room everyday.
- 3.5/5
The room was quiet and appointed well. The bed was very comfortable and offered a great sleep. The staff seemed very helpful and responsive. The property just seemed to have lost a bit of the Embassy Suite spark I have come to know from the brand - though it has been a while since I stayed at one. The breakfast was good but not the breakfast of old that distinguished an Embassy Suite property from any other "breakfast included" property.

We enjoyed our stay here. We've stayed at the Embassy Suites before, but at the Ashburn location. The one in Tysons is perhaps older than the one in Ashburn. The bedroom we were in felt a little cramped. There was a large dark-colored desk in the middle of the room separating the bed from the front door. The desk took up a large space and left little room to walk from the bed to the bathroom. True, we were there to mainly sleep in the room but a little breathing room would be great. Otherwise, we're pleased with the variety of breakfast menu, availabilty of the pool and hot tub and complimentary happy hour of 2 free alcoholic beverages and snacks. One thing we did notice there that there was no complimentary hot beverages available after breakfast hour was over. I suppose this is minor but the other location provided this service. Thank you for a good stay.
- 4/5
The facilities appear clean but can use some updating. The carpet in the suite is outdated & smelled like it may have been cleaned but a slight moldy smell. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the suite. 2 tvs is added bonus & perfect for two! The managers cocktail hour is nice added touch with complimentary beverages.

Liquor watered down for happy hour fot quite sometime. We did not get complimentary breakfast tickets. We waited in line and were turned away because we didn’t have ticket. Went to front desk to get ticket man at cront desk asked us fifty questions and I finally said look up my booking just give us tickets. Fot tickets had to wait in line all over again. Very humiliating and embarrassing. We used to stay at hotel now its about every other month. Food always room temperature. 12.00 parking per car crazy. Free bottled water discontinued. Loud metal hitting metal all nite long. Room phone not working.
- 3/5
Things are definitely slipping. Staff not very accommodating. Everything served on paper. Happy Hour reception was very basic. Hotel rooms smelled moldy. Breakfast was ok, all paper and plastic cutlery

Not liked: Too few elevators, which were also very slow. Led to long waits for service. Significant add-on charge for parking ($19 per night). No room service or restaurant, only a snack menu at the bar. I felt the room cost was way too high for the quality of the facilities and the services available. I will look at different options the next time I visit this area. My door did not lock when closed, suggesting an example of maintenance issues regarding the facility.

Friendly personal, clean suites , good breakfast.
- 5/5
It was a typical Embassy Suites stay — staff, service and room were great. I enjoyed the area around the hotel as well. A metro stop is an easy walk right down the street. The only issue I had was my room was on the fifth floor and there was only one elevator working the entire time I was there which led to some long lines and tense moments between guests.
- 4/5
Outside the hotel under the portico that is used for checking in is the smokers area. Really? The first impression of the hotel is the rancid smell of cigarette smoke. This is not a well thought planned area for smokers.
- 4/5
Everything was nice and clean
- 4/5
No eggs available for fried eggs. Coffee machine was out of service both Saturday and Sunday. Only 1 elevator was working on both days. Room was comfortable and clean.
- 2/5
Breakfast was cold
- 5/5
Breakfast was very good. Especially the staff that make the omelettes. The front desk staff are very courteous. Malik was very nice and professional. We're not able to use the pool because of too many kids. I guess book when it's not spring break. Room was big and clean.
- 5/5
Staff, Ashley is Friendly. Fresh food and drinks, clean and Family Friendly Hotel, warm pool. Second Time here and will book again. Highly recommended. Also near walmart, restaurant, gas station etc.
- 5/5
The staff was amazing! They were very kind and helpful with answering any questions I had about the area. Would stay again.
- 3/5
Previously, I frequented Embassy Suites properties because they were ideal for the business traveler. This is the first time I've been back more recently it has gone downhill. Although the suites are still spacious, they looked a little worn and dated. Room housekeeping was adequate, though they didn't take out the trash that was full of discarded food and paper plates. Staff was helpful, especially Patrick at the front desk. Biggest complaint was in the common areas. Breakfast buffet items was lukewarm. Often no more "real" dishes and glasses, just paper and plastic. The utensils were stored in containers eating side up and hundreds of of people were dipping their hands in them to grab forks spoons, etc. touching surfaces that would eventually enter others mouths. There also was no control to prevent non guest from mooching from the buffet as I saw people entering from outside in the morning and heading to the breakfast area. Embassy Suites still hosts a manager's reception but, again contrary to the past, everything served in plastic and paper plates. Only snacks were popcorn and chips. Common areas were left dirty for hours at the time, including the bathroom. The water fountain did not work. The pool was very cloudy. Admittedly we stayed into the holiday weekend, but the property was overrun with loud, noisy, uncontrolled children, which did not make the place conducive for us who were trying to work. I probably would not stay again.

Overall everything No Airport shuttle
- 5/5
Always good. Always clean and staff friendly. I literally book this hotel each time I visit De with my kids. And | will Continue to unless they close down. Perfect location near a lot of places you'll like and need throughout your trip!!

LOVED !! CUSTOMER SERVICE THROUGH THE ROOF !!! WILL DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN!! ROOM WAS SOOO COMFFFFY
- 5/5
My wife and I spent five nights at Embassy Suites Tyson Corners, accompanied by our service dog. The room was both clean and comfortable, and we found the staff to be welcoming. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, though weekends brought lengthy lines to the omelet station. While I wished bacon had occasionally been offered, the buffet only ever featured pork sausage links and turkey sausage patties
- 3/5
There was only one person at the front desk for the entire hotel, which made everything slow and inconvenient. It was impossible to get a good night’s sleep. You can hear absolutely everything — children screaming outside and in the hallways, water running whenever someone showers or flushes the toilet, and even the air conditioner is extremely loud. On top of that, the AC blows directly onto the face, making it very uncomfortable to sleep with it on. The bathroom was also poorly designed — the ceilings are very low. I’m 5’8”, and I couldn’t even raise my arms comfortably. The only positive aspect is the location — it’s good and close to shopping areas.

The front staff was very nice.

Hotel was definitely understaffed, slow miserable checkin to breakfast area was awful experience- Eggs took 40 min and then they wouldn't give me a cup of coffee as it was 10:30. Hotel went downhill. My sister even found carpet bugs in the room.
- 1.5/5
Nothing Reception guy was not good. The person who was making omelettes for a breakfast was not good even though I stayed in the line for one hour and he was showing attitude.

My granddaughter and I did some spring clothes shopping in the Tyson's area and spent the night here for some "Grandma time." We had a delightful time. The staff and property - superb!

Room and hotel was kept clean. The breakfast started off smoothley and food was very good. The breakfast area quickly became neglected. Bars weren't wiped and juice area was filling up with the liquid. Juice became straight water. The area became really trashy.

- 5/5
Had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Convenient location to shopping & dining.
- 3/5
The room was clean. However, the bathroom had an mildew smell. Also, I did not like being in the room next to the heating system. It was very loud.
- 2/5
Breakfast was ok. Location was fine. Close to soccer fields. The room was dark and the rug was so gross. Smelt like feet when we walked in and the whole 3 days. Ac/heat didn’t work. A guy came in to fix it and it worked for a minute then stopped again. Some of the electric sockets were broken and cords fell out of the ones that did. Barely any light that worked. Our room was run down. .

Staff was not helpful or fair to us. System was down and we patiently waited for two hours to check in but because I didn’t feel comfortable writing my credit card information on a sheet of paper, the manager manually checked in several others before us. We missed out on time for our stay, missed the pool and bar. Very disappointed and wish they offered an accommodation for the troubles.

Room was clean, staff was helpful and professional, and the breakfast was great! The only thing that stood out was that the place was probably ready for a renovation, and the bar was not staffed until happy hour, so there are no drinks on the premises until they open. Same with coffee. Personally, I think hot coffee should be available 24/7 in a hotel. I travel often so those little things make a difference.

Friendly staff, clean room, nice furniture and very comfortable bed. The feedback about the "exceptional breakfast buffet" is just hype. It's the same breakfast and quality that is served at any other 3 star property.

Originally dye to inclement weather I requested early checkin. We arrived at 10a six cars in the parking lot. I went to ask if I could check in when I arrived from long worrisome drive after being in car accident and not wait til 1pm. The female clerk needs refresher 101 customer service skills. She charged me 50.00 for early check in and 24.00 for two cars overnite. I have been a regular guest at embassy suites for over 15 years. She would not budge on removing those charges and I also had to pay 75,00 incidental fee. We usually get two complimentary water we didn’t get that either. Happy hour vegetables were not fresh. Saturday morning no more than ten people taking advantage of breakfast. The food tasted as though it came right out of the refrigerator; sausage, pancakes, hot cream of wheat, etc. The toaster was broken. The vegetables for the omelettes did not look fresh. Juice coffee were watered down. I will also contact the hotel for 24.00 which I was charged twice on bill. Ac was on in room. Very disappointed with hotel. I would appreciate hearing from someone at the hotel.
- 4/5
Staff was great - property a bit outdated.
- 5/5
Embassy Suites has always been a great, but underrated brand. The breakfast experience is second to none. The hotel offers free drinks during happy hour and has a decent dinner menu. Rooms are clean, service is very good and the hotel is nicely laid out. A lot of nice amenities and good value for the money.
- 5/5
I love this Embassy Suites. It’s always my go to for a quick Staycation with the kids. Staff is always friendly and the rooms are always well kept. The kids LOVE the pool and there’s always complementary drinks for the adults. We’ve stayed at least four times and have never been disappointed

- 5/5
This was our second stay and we will continue to return. The staff is super friendly. The breakfast is very good. It even includes an omelet station cooked for you. Turkey and pork sausage. Hot cereals, fruits and more. They also give you a ticket for a complementary drink each evening. The beds and pillows are the nost comfortable of any hotel that we have ever stayed at. The gym is pretty well equipped. Overall a very nice centrally located hotel.
- 5/5
The rooms were clean and spacious. However, what sticks out the most was the exceptional service given by the staff. They were always so helpful and happy. It felt like home.

*The notes system in your hotels is useless, as despite you putting notes in your system, nobody cleaned the rooms. *Your staff changes every day, and nobody knows what was said or discussed with the staff. *We had to clean the rooms and change the beds every day ourselves *The rooms were dirty *The showers didn’t work *The breakfast times had a mind of their own and opened and closed at their convenience. Which hotels do you know in the world where breakfast closes before 8:30 AM? *This is not something that we can pay for and demand a complete refund for our reservation.

Always excellent !

Chelsea was amazing! The hotel suite was clean, spacious & ready for me! Breakfast was delicious & the pool was relaxing! I also enjoyed happy hour even though it’s busy but I understand! It’s free drinks! Thank you for a great experience!
- 3/5
It was okay.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 4/5
breakfast was decent but could have used more fruit choices
- 5/5
Only one deficiency was noted. At breakfast, you can not order sunny-side up, only order scrambled eggs.
- 4/5
Yes all was good
- 4/5
Although the hotel shows some signs of age and has a lingering cigarette-smoke smell despite being in a non-smoking room, I appreciated the breakfast, especially the omelette station.
- 3/5
The breakfast was old and the rooms needed to be dusted,
- 5/5
Excellent all around
- 3/5
We stay at this hotel frequently. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating. The room is clean and the buffet breakfast is a nice bonus even though we only drink coffee. My husband had an issue with check-in and was very upset. The manager had to be involved. But separately I left my key in the room chasing my son out of the room and was asked for id for another key. My id was in the room. I obviously could not show it but could have been taken to the room with a key and then could have shown my id. It was frustrating going back and forth about showing my id

My stay was horrible.I had to have the maintenance man.Come in and fix the T.V. the maintenance man had also had to come in and fix the heat, which he did not fix. Then I had a second maintenance person, come and try to fix the heat which he could not.So they had to move us to another room. On top of that, the employees at breakfast are very rude to customers. They told me I couldn't get an omelet to bring up to the people that were upstairs in my party. I picked this place because of all the great reviews. In my opinion, I will never go back.
- 5/5
We had a great time. The rooms were clean and spacious. Kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast had a big variety and we really enjoyed it.
- 3/5
The room was nice. The lady at the bar was very rude. I asked her how much was wings and she said why am I asking her and the menu is on the counter. I told her I didn’t read and comprehend very well but other than that the stay was nice. Also she made me feel extremely embarrassed!
- 5/5
Clean room, great staff, great breakfast, only thing was the heat would not go up that high so at times i still was cold even though i adjusted the temperature
- 1/5
The sofa bed is not clean
- 3/5
Breakfast
- 4/5
The room was ok. Wallpaper peeling but fine. The heat was bad, very hot where the sofa bed is n very cold in the bedroom area. Also, we only had the room cleaned one day, per our request. Housekeeping LEDT THE LATCH OPEN, so anyone could have strolled in. I have traveled extensively for over 40 years and never had that happen!! Btw, front desk staff was great, especially those that worked Christmas day and the day after.
- 3/5
Everything is ok
- 5/5
Great room
- 5/5
Staff was great, room was clean and very spacious. The only issue was the shower had low pressure and didn't get too hot.
- 5/5
It was wonderful. The staff was great. Cleanliness was great. The food was great.Overall everything was great.
- 5/5
Breakfast was wonderful with made to order omelet station among many other fresh options.
- 5/5
Very clean, comfortable hotel with great breakfast buffet included.

*** I did the keyless entry but luckily, I read the reviews about parking, $12 a day you pay at the front desk (had to ask where to pay for it) the one Embassy by Dulles airport had signs on the poles and all over the doors and lobby’s about parking I think this would help more, but I do think they shouldn’t charge to park, not really any other benefit for charging for it in the first place. 20 years ago they didn’t charge for parking I find it BS with that part but not the end of the world I guess could be worse. Overall I would recommend this Embassy as it’s nice and quiet. At least add strips of bacon at the omelette station. Would it be a big deal to add a fountain machine for sodas at breakfast. Did like the tea and juice
- 4/5
No waffles tho
- 5/5
Everything was nice
- 5/5
You guys are the BEST!
- 2/5
I have been unemployed since 2019 due to a cardiac condition which created a disability post surgery and discharge. I attend the graduation because we lost my Dad a few years ago and my nephew was close with him. He asked if I could be there in the absence of my Dad. I would have not have attended normally given my financial limitations. It ended up causing me even more than expected given my own stupid error. Any help from Expedia would have been so very much appreciated. Rather disappointed in their lack of support though. Michael Quint
- 5/5
The service at this hotel was outstanding from friendly checkin to daily texts. Clean rooms and facilities. She many good things to say!
- 5/5
Staff was excellent!!! The cleanliness was perfect!
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
- 3/5
The room was very gloomy and would benefit from lighter wallpaper and additional (brighter) lighting as it was difficult to use the sitting area for work. The thermostat could use some maintenance as the room was very cold. That said, despite being on the first floor close to the bar the sound insulation was excellent and the mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable.
- 4/5
Only minor gripe is they don't have coffee brewed throughout the day, but there is a shop you can walk to next door for that. Some room furniture could stand to be replaced, too. But suite rooms are good for business travelers and just spreading out.
- 5/5
Clean. Modern look and feel.
- 3/5
Housekeeping did little to nothing every other day, did not pick up dirty dishes or towels. The room heat system was very loud and shifted from very hot to cold. A constant temperature in the room could not be maintained.
- 5/5
Everything was very efficient and everyone very polite and professional. The breakfast is phenomenal--you got to hit the omelette bar!
- 5/5
Room was very comfortable. Enjoyed our stay.

Friendly welcome at check-in, clean spacious room, great made to order breakfast, great price and convenient location!
- 5/5
Convenient and efficient place to stay
- 4/5
Spacious room, breakfast was simple but alright. I would stay here again. The staff weren’t very welcoming at checkout, but otherwise it’s a pretty decent place.

Everything was great
- 5/5
Everything was just right: clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 2/5
This hotel is way overpriced for what you get - unless you like paying $500 per night for broken ice machines and a cold breakfast buffet. Save your money and stay somewhere less expensive. This one isn't worth it.
- 5/5
Some of items in breakfast were not hot such as cold eggs and pancakes.
- 5/5
Excellent!
- 5/5
The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was great.
- 4/5
Was good
- 4/5
Breakfast was the best with eggs to order.
- 5/5
Great staff
- 5/5
The room was spotless, staff were pleasant and breakfast buffet was delicious. We look forward to our next visit
- 5/5
Courteous staff, clean rooms and amenities. Very nice hotel with spacious accommodations.
- 5/5
Loved the stay, my family and I enjoyed every second.
- 5/5
Great dtay, great ammenitirs
- 4/5
Otherwise the hotel is in a great location and the service, breakfast and staff are very good. Week days they close the breakfast by 9 AM - maybe they can think of extending the time by a bit?
- 5/5
Housekeeping could be improved
- 1/5
They charged me 50 more dollars saying we checked out late, But we checked out 11am. So, they shouldn't charged me 50 extra dollars. I want 50 dollars back.
- 5/5
Amazing pool, staff ,breakfast ,room The best hotel I have ever stayed
- 5/5
Love coming to the Hilton Embassy in Tyson’s!
- 5/5
Everything about this hotel is great! From the location
- 1/5
Happy hour was poorly stocked. There was NO wine unless you paid for it.
- 5/5
Good service & location.
- 5/5
Excellent Customer Support
- 5/5
The room was great and the breakfast was delicious. One suggestion: you should extend your breakfast hours on holidays like Thanksgiving and Black Friday. Breakfast was absolutely mobbed on the day after Thanksgiving and it would have been alleviated had there been longer hours. Other than that, everything was great!
- 5/5
Good location! Friendly staff and excellent service.
- 5/5
Clean Hotel, good service
- 5/5
Embassy is always excellent, clean and has quality customer service.
- 4/5
Great
- 4/5
Spotless room and great front desk personnel!
- 5/5
The room was clean and spacious. The staff was very responsive to our requests and took care of our needs quickly. Our kids loved the pool! The included breakfast was great and the omelette station was amazing. We would stay here again.
- 2/5
We checked in late. Would have nice for clerk to tell us hours for breakfast . She didn't and we missed it.
- 4/5
Staff was friendly and efficient. Hotel itself is showing a lot of wear and tear. Time for a freshen up.
- 5/5
All good...great staff, clean rooms...
- 5/5
Good
- 3/5
The tv offered very limited selections.

- 4/5
Clean rooms and friendly staff
- 5/5
Other then this everything was excellent
- 5/5
Super friendly staff and the room was good. The ventilation system in the room is a little loud though.
- 5/5
Yes, except for a horizontal rip in the couch in the middle section
- 1/5
We didn't stay. After booking, I received an email informing me that I would have to pay for parking & wifi. I called, cancelled, & rebooked at another local Hilton. I now have to wast time in a dispute in order to be refunded the $157.60 charge that should not have been assessed. A stain on Hilton & Hilton Tysons Corner.
- 4/5
It's conveniently located next to Tysons. Very walkable to two Silver Line metro stations. 10 mins drive to Merrifield/Mosaic District in Fairfax and Maple Ave, Town of Vienna. Nice breakfast buffet. Very friendly and helpful staffs. The only minor issue is you could hear metro train passing by. Overall great value.
- 5/5
Amazing
- 4/5
Yeah, it was clean and nice. The only thing I didn't like and always don't like in some hotels is there is very less lighting. Rest everything was great
- 3/5
Room doors have an arm that closes them automatically. An older frail person can easily be knocked over by the power of the closing door if they cannot get out of the way quickly enough. Beware!
- 5/5
Great room and amenities. Location was perfect
- 5/5
Courteous staff. Nice, clean room. Fabulous breakfast!
- 4/5
The one who clean the room
- 5/5
Everything was great. Thank you!!!
- 4/5
The staff was cool . I left about 12 noon nov 9 2025 to attend football game text the host to straighten the room . Came back at 10 pm nothing had been done i was disappointed
- 5/5
Great location
- 4/5
Clean room. Comfortable bed!
- 1/5
Rooms smell like cat pee! Very old and outdated.
- 5/5
Rooms are clean and cozy!
- 2/5
(2) The bed was cheap and uncomfortable. (3) The room had insufficient lighting. (4) The room seemed old and cramped. (5) The TVs wouldn’t allow for certain streaming. (6) The hotel had two snappy employees.
- 4/5
Your happy hour is pathetic and getting worst with every stay. If it gets much worse, you would be better off not even offering it! It is insulting to all except maybe the hardcore drinkers.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
Nice staff, nice amenities!

The staff were great , the complimentary breakfast was nice as well
- 5/5
Rooms clean staff friendly breakfast variety place nice and clean
- 2/5
No service
- 5/5
Was clean. Good location
- 4/5
There was only on bartender on Saturday during the evening reception time. If you are offring all of your adult guest 2 free drinks you sould expect a large volume of people at the bar. Having only one bartener on is not fair to the guest and over works your employee. The upper management should be made to work the bar area at this time to experience what your employee has to deal with.
- 5/5
It was; I will stay there again.
- 5/5
Property was nice and quiet, room was very comfortable, and breakfast was good.
- 3/5
Came back from being gone all day and room was overwhelmed with smell of pot. Staff didn’t have much support other than to offer to move us at 11:30 pm
- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
Breakfast was fresh and clean areas. The hotel overall was freshly clean and very friendly environment.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and helpful!
- 5/5
Easy location for the metro. Safe area and clean hotel.
- 5/5
Great sevice. Very clean. Super staff.
- 5/5
Great room and the staff was great! Loved the Happy Hour drinks and snacks.
- 5/5
The rooms are very nice. The bed and pillows are so great. I would go to stay just to get a great nights sleep.
- 4/5
The spacious room was perfect for our two-person stay. The lobby and amenities were similar to other Embassy Suite hotels we’ve visited, which we were pleased with. However, the 2-star comfort rating was due to the malfunctioning air conditioning unit. The temperature never dropped below 71 degrees, which was uncomfortable for a couple who prefers a normal sleep temperature of 66 degrees. Overall, it was a decent stay, but the air conditioning issue was disappointing.
- 5/5
Room meet my expectations was welcome with drink passes for happy hour. Drinks were great bar staff very professional
- 5/5
Yes, awesome
- 5/5
Great location, clean room and friendly staff.

- 4/5
The hotel was nicely kept and the staff was friendly. Parking was easy and cheap and the metro was a short walk away. We rode the metro 2 days in a row straight into the city. The breakfast at the hotel was busy and just ok. Upon check in we were given vouchers for drinks during happy hour which was a nice surprise.
- 5/5
The hospitality was fantastic and the decor was very nice.
- 5/5
Clean friendly elegant and affordable
- 5/5
Very nice stay with an excellent included breakfast.
- 3/5
Great location, friendly staff etc. however our room was a bit “tired” - sofa was very old and uncomfortable, phone in the living room was broken, some of the light’s didn’t work.
- 5/5
Plenty of parking. In a quiet area with restaurants (chick Fil A) around. Always love embassy suites for their suites, free breakfast and happy hour at 5:30 pm.
- 3/5
The omelet station was a nice amenity. They might want to consider improving the quality of the other breakfast items, such as: the pancakes, French toasts and meat selections.
- 5/5
Clean, efficient but friendly staff.
- 5/5
The breakfast was really good. I also enjoyed the complimentary happy hour.
- 4/5
I noticed a lot of empty rooms, yet we were placed in an ensuite neighbored with a family with young children. Not wanting to wake up to crying babies, unnecessarily.
- 5/5
Nice area near trains
- 5/5
Clean room friendly staff
- 4/5
I needed to adjust my booking and the staff was really uninterested in helping me out since I booked through Expedia. The desk agent was just trying to get me to leave the desk so I did, but had to pay an extra night even though I wasn’t staying. I won’t be staying at this location in the future, but the building and room are nice.
- 5/5
Asheligh was wonderful. Great personality, really helpful, and fast. She is the best!!! I will definitely be returning to this property again.
- 3/5
I almost left upon entering the room. The "living room" is dark with terrible lighting and really depressing - unnecessarily so. With better color and lighting choices, it would be much better. Of course, the bedroom was better, but it did look out on both the dumpsters and the HVAC. We had stayed at the hotel during the pandemic when it was being renovated. We thought that the renovation would have improved it. Sadly, it did not. As a footnote, it was also a bit strange to pay for parking at that property. Particularly as the front desk said that it was $12 and then it was more than $13. The cost difference did not matter, but having someone give the wrong number was odd.

Embassy Suites Vienna, VA AGRED TO CLEAN MY ROOM, snd refused comparable room change or upgrade bc of it, CHELSEA SSID NO. DID NOT SERVICR FOR THREE CONSECUTIVE DSYS, WITH BASKETS OVERFLOWING DIRTY TOWELS, no towels, and once, someone added a sleeping sign to prevent me from receiving service. CONFIRMED HOUSEKEEPING AT 9:00AM, at 09:17 reported no show. With knowledge I had to shower and event, did not care. No time est. on last request. CORP HILTON INTERVENED. Doesn’t provide Hilton Honors Welcome gifts to me. Disabled, and with that FACT, HOTEL HAD NO ONE TO HELP WITH LUGGAGE. Said I’d WAIT, SAID ILL WAIT, said CHG ME, if I do. FOUND SONE TINE HELP WIYH MY LUGGAGE OUTSIDE HOTEL, and after, outside, GM COMES OUT TO TELL ME NOT WELCOME AT HOTEL, did not intend to return. GM CONF ROOM FINE, NO DSMAGE, after departure, HOTEL YOOK $150.00 hold. Dirty in kitchen. CHGD FOR INCIDENTALS ON RESERVATION I HAD ZERO BALANCE, and NO EMSIL RECT, COINCIDENTALLY. Looks shady and suspect in business practices! Do not go!
- 5/5
Container Store and Ruth’s Chris. Family friendly. Ample parking but the process to pay is disjointed. There is an unmonitored pool, and someone was hosting a kids birthday party with two dozen people who were not hotel guests. The bathroom had peeling paint off tub and long hairs that weren’t ours. Dining area is clean and we felt safe. Most important features. Great price point so no complaining from us.
- 1/5
THREE CONSECUTIVE DAYS WITHOUT SERVICE. One day, someone put “sleeping” on my door. Occupant sign in my room, does not state that, and in room. Requested switching to comparable room, or upgrade. Chelsea responded, NO. Baskets overflowing, piled up dirty towels, no towels, no cups, uninhabitable. Told will arrive at 09:00 AM. At 09:17, called desk, told no show. Couldn’t give me time to expect service. Stated, I have event, requires I shower, prior to it.. nothing. Action occurred when I called corp Hilton. Desk did not provide welcome gift, I’m due, for my tier,,told not at this hotel. Explained franchise agreement likely includes offering benefits Hilton Honirs guests entitled. Yes, and Chelsea gives me nothing. Mentioned to other desk rep. Requested luggage assistance and explained disabled. I was told no one. When I said didn’t mind waiting, IF YOU ARE IN ROOM, , we will CHARGE you for room. Message, NO LUGGAGE ASSISTANCE FOR DISABLED PERSON. Saw a man, requested his help, and offered to pay. Reported this to Hilton Corp, too busy authenticating my membership, putting me on hold. I STSTED:: , I’m ending call bc, NO ACTION NO ASSURANCE OF ASSISTANCE, only NO ADDI,FEE:CHG. Outside w/ man who did luggage: GM COMES OUT, PUBLICLY ANNOUNCES: YOU ARE NOT WELCOME AT THIS HOTEL. GM CONFIRMED,NO ROOM DAMAGE, I requested., receipt and business card. That man, WITNESS, was shocked at GM CONDUCT &WHAT DHE SAID. POST my departure, $150.00 AUTH TAKEN BY HOTEL!
- 1/5
Hotel did not service my suite for three days, until I called Corp. ONCE, SOMEONE PUT SLEEPING on my door. NO CLEANING, NO SERVICE, & promised at 9:00 AM. At 09:17, I called desk, and said no one has arrived to clean my room. I have event, I need to shower before it. No time given. Action occurred after I called corporate Hilton. Prior to 3rd day, REFUSED TO SWITCH MY SUITE to comparable or upgrade, an alternative to housekeeping: Told NO. With my disclosure I am DISABLED, this Embassy Suites Vienna, VA, told me no one here to help me with my luggage, with my offer to wait for someone, told they will charge me for occupying the room, meaning, NO ONE WILL HELP YOU WITH YOUR LUGGAGE, you’re stuck, and will cost you money. I did not receive Hilton Honors Welcome Gift, others received. When asked, told me, not at my tier. When I explained that I read my tier entitled me to it, told not at this hotel. In telling Desk, I believe that offering consistent benefits for Hilton Honors Members is likely in the contractural franchise agreement, there was no disagreement, and no gift received from her. Upon my mentioning it to “another”Desk Rep., I received the Welcome Gift. I asked a man to help me with my luggage, with the offer to pay him. He did. While chatting with him outside, the GM came out, told not welcome at this hotel, and responded stating I did not intend to return. WITNESS WAS SHOCKED BY GM CONDUCT & WORDS. Etc.
- 2/5
We stayed 09/18/2025 for four nights and never got new or clean drinking glasses. I don't think they have cleaned under the bed for years. The shower didn't drain even after 2 complaints. Both my wife and I are blind and there was zero help at the morning breakfast. The only good thing I'll say is front desk staff was good. We will never stay at this place again.
- 1/5
Did not clean my room for three days. Dirty towels left. Said yes, and did not. I needed to shower, baskets overflowing, and soiled sheets at that point. Go to room on third day, and see someone placed SLEEPING ON DOOR, not sign on inside door stating something different. Requested clean, or move my room. NO. ADA VIOLATION: IM DISABLED AND REFUSED TO HANDLE MY LUGGAGE MARIA SND SAID IF IN ROOM HOPING TO WAIT FIR SOMEONE, WE WILL CHARGE FOR ROOM. ADA VIOLATION OF FEDERAL LAW. TOKD THEM, and do not respect LAW! Dirty silverware, and not nice. Shortchanged me on drink vouchers, and told me to come back when I run out. No, THEY ARE DUE AT CHECNIN. Hilton honors, NEVER GAVE ME WELCOME BAG UNTIL I discovered I was entitled to it, and requested it. Lied to by one, and said NO, it is not by. Hotel, when you give to others, it’s by tier at Hilton. Shady and discriminatory practices as it appears to be.
- 5/5
No complaints! Front desk staff was nice and helpful. Room was nice and clean and breakfast was good!!
- 5/5
The included breakfast is better than any place I have ever stayed. Outstanding, excellent with made to order veggie omlettes, lots of fresh fruit, hot cereal, pancakes, scrambled eggs, breads, bagels, muffins, chhese and veggie trays etc etc.
- 5/5
Good very central
- 5/5
Excellent stay , good breakfast and dinner at the bar and happy hour .
- 5/5
I like the staff and the location. I did not like the lack of firm pillows.
- 4/5
Stay was good as always but having to pay for parking in a generally empty parking lot was disappointing
- 5/5
Clean rooms, friendly staff, welcome beverage, great breakfast, Overall very satisfied. Already recommended to friends and family
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel, clean rooms, tasty breakfast , good location, nice inside pool! Kids loved it ( especially elevator with transparent walls😀)

- 5/5
Absolutely amazing! Will be the regauar for now on..
- 5/5
This is my second time staying here and I really enjoyed it. All of the staff are so nice, the hotel is clean and it’s in a convenient location.
- 3/5
Room was spacious & comfortable. Location is great- less than 10 mins walk to Spring Hill Metro. Be warned - Housekeeping will probaby be banging on the door and trying to break in to your room at 8.15am. If you answer the door you will be given towels & not get the room serviced. Also Hilton really need to employ reception staff whose first language is English.
- 5/5
Awesome breakfast
- 1/5
costly, better options close by
- 3/5
Just came off as "old." Damaged headboard, chips in tub porcelain, spots on the wallpaper, etc. Will not be back.
- 1/5
It was brought to the attention of staff that the US flag flying at the front of the property was not at half mast as ordered by the President. I spoke with two different persons. One stated she was not aware the other got an attitude with us. I did not know the Hilton Corporation was unpatriotic and unsympathetic. I will never stay at a Hilton owned property again.
- 1/5
I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel due to the behavior of one of the bartenders, Betty. From the beginning, she has made it clear that she does not like me. She refuses to wait on me, gets visibly irritated when other male bartenders serve me, and has even looked me in the eye and said, “I’m not speaking to you” when I simply asked a question about the live music she was already discussing with guests sitting beside me. I went to the bar as usual to enjoy dinner and my two complimentary drinks. The male bartender explained they were out of well vodka, but I could still use my drink tickets and simply pay a small upcharge, which I had done on a previous night without any issues. He served me my drinks, I handed over my two tickets, and everything seemed fine—until Betty appeared. She suddenly began loudly scolding the male bartender in Spanish, right in front of all the guests. He looked shaken and embarrassed, and it created an extremely uncomfortable scene. Betty then grabbed my two drink tickets, refused to honor them, and handed me a bill for nearly $30. When I politely explained that this was not consistent with my past visits, she snapped at me, saying, “You’re wrong. We don’t do that.” She was dismissive, rude, and unwilling to even acknowledge the situation fairly. This is unacceptable treatment for a loyal guest. My company frequently stays at this hotel, and I myself have spent many nights here, often dining and ordering additional drinks.

Staff was very friendly and helpful

The food was great....lovely complementary breakfast...and the two complementary drinks were the bomb. All of the staff were welcoming and courteous.
- 5/5
Wonderfully large clean suites..great "happy hour" including free drinks..nicest staff. Excellent convenience to Wolf Trap performances.
- 5/5
Their wasn't anything we didn't like . WE enjoyed the cleanliness and professionalism. The staff was kind and friendly. The atmosphere was just pleasant. The pool and workout rooms were great.we enjoyed the free breakfast every morning and the free happy hour drink everyday. It was a very peaceful and enjoyable stay at the embassy. We also went to the John legend concert in wolf Trap lodge and it was great!!! I think its something in the water in Vienna
- 5/5
I had an amazing stay.
- 5/5
Nice location, nice
- 4/5
The check in was very smooth and easy with no hiccups. And the rooms were in an updated and good condition. I did not like the fact that you now have to pay for parking and I did not like the fact that the shuttle service was no longer provided. Also did not like that there was no bacon on the breakfast buffet.
- 3/5
Their breakfast and happy hour has never recovered from Covid. Giving little reason to choose them over any other basic hotel. Didn’t even offer coffee until 730am.

The suite was much smaller than in all prior Embassy Suites I have stayed in. The suite lacked drawers and had a small closet. The configuration of the bedroom was awkward making it challenging to walk in. I stayed for 5 nights, but the room was cleaned only after 4 night, which made no sense whatsoever.

excluding, the Omelet Station, I was disappointed with the buffet-no waffle station, watery eggs, no choice of meats. I stay at Embassy suites because of the breakfast. Will not stay AGAIN BECAUSE OF PET POLICY. Scary to know that a dog might have been in my room and could have pied. Some owners do not care. Stephanie Jones

I don't regret it. Good choice.

Check-in staff was not courteous, showed no respect at all. After waiting 15 minutes as second person in line with 2 on staff, I was by-passed when one staffer took people waiting behind me in airline uniforms but said nothing to me. 2nd one was busy alone at desk another 3-5 minutes before taking me. Pulled up my reservation, handed me my room keys and stated breakfast hours, no thank you or you'll be in room 3, or floor or elevators that way, just ready to move on to the next person.

Nice location for my activities

Very nice and clean, staff is friendly. Good overall

Did not know this but we had to request for room to be refreshed. We returned the first day to an unmade bed, overflowing trash, and no coffee replenished. When we inquired at the desk, we were told housekeeping service had to be requested. I have refused cleaning using a door tag before but I never had to request it before. Overall this location is convenient for visiting our children and suites are comfortable and spacious.

Everything nice

Also, the room smelled horrible like it had been smoked in and there were 2 burn marks on the carpet.

The service is excelent

Well, we booked two rooms under the same reservation on Hotels.com thinking they were conjoined but they were not and one of the rooms had a steady flow of water coming from a leaking pipe flowing through a ceiling light fixture and the other reeked like stale smoke

A very comfortable and spacious place for more comfort and what I liked most was that it was pet-friendly.

Room carpet smells bad. Could breathe in the room when I first enter.

Had the best time of my life.,

Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Breakfast was good although chef cooking omelets needed help. The line was long and slow.

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Having paid parking through 3rd party very inconvenient and takes away from the property experience

Great 👍 Hotel !!

Expensive, contracted covid while staying there. Pricing was expensive enough, but then I had to pay to park in the hotel’s parking lot.

Was fine

Some of the front-desk staff and those working for catering (breakfast) need to be provided with courses on CUSTOMER CARE which they lack. Politeness is lacking!
- 4/5
The hotel has gone through some great remodeling! The front desk and bar staff were very helpful. The maintenance staff took a long time to take care of an emergency.

Very loud. Thin walls. You can hear everything. The main lobby is all open and tiled so you hear everyone and everything echo up to your door. I was in between the electric room and the exit stairwell so it was a nightmare. Doors were constantly being slammed over and over every few minutes for hours. It was crazy. Room 509. Lotion bottle was empty when I arrived. The front desk is very very nice, and the hotel is very clean, and chairs are comfortable. Bed is OK. The breakfast is nice. Parking is a bit cramped.

Great area!

Receptionist, though very knowledgeable, had not mastered english and was very difficult to understand. NOTE: She did her very best to be of assistance even with her minimal english skills.

The air conditioner was extremely load, the pool was dirty which caused both members of our party to get a rash, and the staff was rude telling us we could not eat outside food in the general eatery area.

One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at
- 5/5
From the easy check in process to the cleanliness of the facility. Every staff member I encountered was pleasant.

The room was clean and comfortable. The managers reception was nice. Service was okay. Some updates are needed. I would stay again.

The service and the reception staff are excellent and responsive.
