Disappointed Cleanliness was not up to our standards

The room was well appointed and overlooked the balcony. The balcony overlooked the jungle. The bath was large and wonderful to relax in. We had a beautiful rose petal decoration upon our arrival due to celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. That was very thoughtful. The pool was refreshing and surrounded by jungle scenery. Lovely. The air conditioning blew directly on the bed so was quite cold during the night. But could cover our heads with doona and it was fine.

This place was great! The room was large and comfortable, and the balcony was very spacious. The place was clean and well kept and the location was super close to everything, walking distance to any busy place in Ubud! Definitely recommend this place :) Nothing

The location of the restaurant is really nice—close to all activities, but not on the busiest street. The hotel is very nicely decorated. You walk along a path with beautiful plants and decor. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the pool is also clean and a good size. You have to order breakfast the day before. The food is good, and the staff at the restaurant and front desk are very nice, friendly, and helpful. Nothing.

The room was spacious, had a lovely balcony, and the swimming pool is beautiful, surrounded by lush trees and plants. The hotel restaurant is especially a bonus, with meals cooked so deliciously and at such a reasonable cost, that I had every of my meals there. They have a great cook. The pillows are a bit too hard.

The resort was designed in a Balinese traditional style. The property needs upkeep. Things are starting to wear out but the repairs are not done well. The room has a musty smell caused by the drain not having a proper P trap and the room not vented properly. May need to a health risk. Location was far from the main town if your walking.

The price was great considering the room Lizard every where …. In the wall the balcony door has gabs lets the lizard to go in. When we talk to the reception to remove the lizard from the room they said it’s normal here in Bali. Maybe it’s normal for them but not for others … however they remove it and all good. After all it’s nice place a good breakfast

Absolutely breathtaking! In the middle of the jungle with beautiful nature sounds and a peaceful atmosphere ? Comfortable and clean bed and they clean your room every day. The staff works really hard and are exceptionally helpful and friendly! We absolutely loved staying here and would highly recommend it! It’s just so beautiful ?
