This hotel is exquisite. It is quiet and relaxing. You feel like you're in a tree house in the middle of the forest, but you're a short walk to all of the shops and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with everything you need. I loved the wooden salt bath in the room! I had a treehouse room with a beautiful view, and spent a lot of time at the pool looking into the forest. The included breakfast was good, as was the other food at the restaurant. The staff are incredibly friendly. I would absolutely stay here again, and recommend it to anyone.

Everything about this hotel is incredible. The staff is friendly and helpful. Anticipating your needs before you can even think about it. Having breakfast delivered to our room every morning was amazing. The location is perfect. Walking distance to everything you could need in Ubud. The pool (the reason I chose this hotel) was even more amazing than it is in pictures. I wish we would've stayed more nights and I will hopefully return one day!

FYI…We stayed at the villas not the main building. The property is stunning and beautiful!! You feel like you’re at a luxury hotel. The staff was amazing and helpful and friendly. Loved that they had an on-site photographer that we could do a mini photo session with. (It is a free session but you pay for the photos you want but price was very reasonable so we got a bunch). Breakfast at the on-site restaurant was amazing!! Loved our private pool and how long it was. Was larger than any of the private pools we’ve ever stayed at. The main living space is fully open to the outdoors so it was too hot to hang out in the main space. Which is a shame because it was large and beautiful. Bc it’s an outdoor space there were several geckos hanging out in the ceiling and lots of bugs. So you just have to be careful Thankfully we didn’t have any bugs in the sleeping areas though one baby gecko did sneak into our bedroom. If you want to use the main infinity pool, you have to walk to the main building. It was too hot to walk back and forth but thankfully they have a car that shuttles you back and forth.

A special thank you to Ary for making our trip so enjoyable! The rooms felt very damp and uncomfortably hot despite the air conditioning being on full at all times. This affected our overall comfort during the stay. In addition, it does not clearly show at the time of booking that the villa’s living space is completely open. As a result, we experienced a high level of humidity and a considerable number of mosquitos. This is an important detail that should be clearly reflected in the villa description and photos so guests can make an informed decision.

There are three cardio machines in the fitness center. Two are broken.

Staff and breakfast are amazing. They really outdid themselves especially with the breakfast menu. Rooms are very cozy too and make you feel at home. The pool and views are stunning. Everything was great but if we really want to list improvements. There are some design details like the bathroom lights are outside of the bathroom in the room. So it’s not intuitive in the middle of the night. But if tha is your worst issue you will be happy there. I will return.

The architecture , facilities , service & activities Breakfast - needs better options and flavors/ presentation and the blow dryer in the room - gripping the handle to keep the dryer on is a hassle and uncomfortable for the hand / wrist ….

Amazing location. Amazing staff; they’re always cheerful and helpful. The facility is beautiful. The pool has a nice view. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfy. The breakfast was not an open buffet; it was A La Carte with unlimited orders. Perhaps adding more dishes on the menu would improve the breakfast experience. The quality of dishes was very good.

Location, facilities, everything is close to it and the views its just wonderful . The toilet is very small and no water to clean your shit . I mean there no bum gun.
