I like everything about the stay at Bucu. Location was private. The property is surrounded by nature everywhere you look. Staff very pleasant and attentive. Breakfast was great. There was nothing not to like.

It was a good experience I think the only thing was that the pool not heated

Infinity pool, on site massage ability, restaurant view, tranquility, pool service for drinks. Location made it feel like in the middle of the jungle, so peaceful and quiet. Unfortunately, our aircon unit was leaking for the first 2 days creating a large puddle. It was ok and the staff were well on top of trying to get it repaired ASAP. Once it was fixed there were no more issues.

Location is perfect, quiet cozy place, very big choice of breakfast. I tried massage and I can recommend it as well! My friend had birthday and she got complementary cake and I was able to order flowers for her. N-a

Excellent facilities - pool, restaurant. Breakfast was included and was very generous. Staff extremely attentive. Hotel was very central and Ubud was extremely busy and traffic was excessive. However, the hotel was a sanctuary and very quiet and tranquil within a lovely jungle setting. Extremely good value for the price.

The location was great. Away from the hub bub of the Main Street. Service was exceptional. The bed and pillows were a bit hard.

two beuatiful pools overlooking a jungle with no buildings in site. What a beautiful location a short walk from the center of Ubud. Greta staff. Restaurant very nice with excellent foods. Hard to leave the place.

I don’t remember if I had this kind of bad experience the last 2 times, but this time the wifi was just horrible. I had to work from hotel and I literally did nothing because the wifi was so slow. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you are on a full vacation with no internet needed

Clean and relaxing Internet is slow in some areas. Maybe need more router to cover dead spot

Beautiful location. We had a view of the infinity pool. Walkable to busy tourist area. Staff were so kind and attentive. A hidden gem. Breakfast was great. Water issues. Scalding hot shower with cold water not readily available for shower. Had to be careful. Not so accessible in areas because of lack of railings for people who need them. Poorly lit garden areas and steps at night.
