Food, staff, location... Its central so very noisy from outside traffic.. Also because of the monkeys, you cannot leave your window or door open, however Air Con was amazing so it was fine.

Balcony, pool, breakfast and friendly helpful staff. Noisy bike lane. Complications organizing Lembongan transport, simpler online.

Everything was amazing! The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff are wonderful ? The beds were a bit too hard.. having 2 pillows on each bed would have been nice

Location was awesome right on the edge of the monkey forest. Nice pool. Convenient to both sides of town. All good! My room was 2nd floor facing the river so they were everywhere. It didn’t bother me at all but if you are at all uncomfortable being in close proximity to monkeys you will not like this place. At one point between my landing staircase and terrace there were 25 of them. It was awesome but some people get nervous that close to them. They will steal things too given the opportunity so be aware

We were robbed here! Someone came into our room while we were sleeping at night and stole a phone, passport, and credit cards off the table. They also tried to rob our neighbors but they were awake. The hotel was unsympathetic, they didn't offer us any apologies or compensation. They have no security cameras and their security guard is either ineffective, or part of the problem. We will never stay here again.

They don’t have laundry service so you must look outside.

Nice sized pool and the restaurant was also really good. If you are in Ubud to see monkeys there probably isn't a better place as it backs on to the monkey forest.

Staff are so friendly and helpful. Location is perfect for exploring Ubud, very entertaining watching the monkeys all around the balcony and buildings

Once again the pictures did not marry the rooms! They are very dated, bedding was dirty, pillows smelt as if they were not clean! One of the rooms that we had the shower was terrible and barely worked. We had to ask 4 monkey poo to be cleaned off the balcony! I found one of the staff members rude and was not interested in helping at all! The rooms did not look clean at all. I would not recommend staying here and again I am unsure as to where the good reviews are coming from! Booking.com you need to check photos that they are putting on your website as it is not a true picture that you are giving!

Not a criticism, but you must be ok with cheeky monkeys.

Good location near monkey forest, many shops and food in the area. The towels are changed every day. Outside the hotel there is a taxi driver/tour guide dewan who will bring you around. - Many motorcycles driving past and honking, until late at night. - the internet connection is poor. - the breakfast is not as good as everyone says. Only toast and eggs. - bed was hard.

the monkeys can be a bit messy and occasionally leave droppings around the property, which weren’t always cleaned up promptly. Also, there was some noise from passing motorbikes in the morning.
