Champlung Sari Villa Ubud

Very friendly staff big clean villa. Room service and restaurant prices very reasonable. Great location just by the monkey forest Lots of stairs not good if you have mobility issues. Toilet seat needed fixing and aircon in seating area not very cold. Not the hotels fault but pool in villa very cold so wasn't able to swim.

Not only was the location good, the staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful and welcoming. They greeted us with open arms and met all my accommodations and requests for a beautiful trip. Thank you for a wonderful stay Autwan, you had the room decorated beautifully. My husband was very surprised. Thank you Ayu, Darma and Kris at the reception desk for a smooth check out. There was nothing I didn’t like.

Loved the location. Steps outside of the property was filled with all kinds of shops and restaurants. Mini mart right on the property for any quick needs. Staff was EXCEPTIONAL!!!! I ended up being sick the last day and while we were checking out, they gave me all kinds of information and recommendations. Adidyas was such a pleasant gentleman. The room was always clean and so was the pool, even with its proximity to the monkey forest. Food was good! Breakfast buffet had all kinds of different options from Balinese to American. Our AC dwindled the last day, but we had been running it on max consistently. Also, the traffic to get in and out, but that is expected with the location.

The pool was nice and clean, the room was very big, no issues with facilities or with the room. The breakfast food was ok but would have used more fresh options - it only had 2 fresh fruit options, cucumber tomato and lettuce.

Ran out of shower gel and had to ask twice, still never refilled; and having to ask for standard items which should have been already in villa.

Also, find way for old people who can’t use the stairs.

The monkeys are everywhere!

Bugs in the pool, could not swim in my own pool, so dirty

Beautiful spacious suite with own private pool, Everything was very clean. I loved taking a long soak in the huge Japanese type tub too. I really can't think of anything negative

Being close to central ubud. Easily accessible to shops and restaurants. Not able to enjoy private pool due to monkeys around our villa. Breakfast could be better.

It was how we seen from the website, except we didn’t know that the water depth was about 1.8m deep. Staff were helpful and approachable. Made a simple happy birthday greetings for our child on our day of arrival as we mentioned that we were there for our child’s birthday. Monkeys do roam around but harmless if we leave them alone. We enjoyed the stay very much! Towels were quite old but clean

The best villa we stayed in, amazing swimming pool, so quiet, nice staff. We had an ant nest in the bathroom villa in several spots which was taken care of by the manager Putu immediately, he even arranged for a very nice proposal dinner for us in a different location, was very sweet of him, i would definitely come back again, we stayed for 3 weeks and was a good idea not to change the location. Monkeys are peaceful if you don’t interact with them we had zero problems with them. Also enjoyed the massage there. Highly recommended. Everything was nice
