This was our second stay here, and as last time, it was a wonderful experience at this excellent hotel. Our room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bed and pillows. The patio in front of our room was inviting and relaxing, and the occasional monkey visit added to the charm of the place. It felt like living at a temple. The staff is so welcoming, warm and friendly! They are always genuinely smiling and very helpful. You see them always working on something around the resort, tidying something up, they do a great job at maintaining the place. Over our week-long stay, we needed help with various administrative tasks, and they were always eager and willing to help. The room was cleaned and towels were changed every day. The bed had mosquito nets, but we actually saw very few mosquitoes around. The breakfast buffet was very good, with a nice variety. I was happy to have an egg station, salad, veggies and fruit. Apart from that, there were also cold cuts, fried rice, curries and noodles, pastries, so plenty of choices. Not to mention, good Balinese coffee. The resort has two pools, and the pool areas are beautiful, very well-kept and inviting. The hotel's location is very good, in walking distance to all Ubud attractions, restaurants and cafés, yet very quiet, thanks to the proximity of the Monkey Forest. A clear recommendation, we would be happy to stay here again!

Bad WiFi. Not taste coffee - need to go to coffee if you are a coffee lover. Only one or two options of fruits. In such a county there must be provided more options and also support the locals. No option to rent a bike. No big trouble, but I need to go on the street to discuss the price and etc. as always in the street empty tank. First you need to go to the petrol station.

Everything was good. The Internet is not so good..Though at our request they give us a modem but that is also not fast.

The location was perfect we had monkeys every morning to say hello in our window. The hotel had this amazing pools although the weather was not the best… the pools were top! We rented a scooter to go around and there was always space to leave it. The breakfast was good and we had monkeys always looking to get a piece of it. Was too funny to see it. The room was superb and very spacious. We had a great time! All was great.

We have stayed at Champlung Sari Hotel many times and love the staff, who have become friends. The food is amazing and the monkeys are a great source of entertainment. The location is perfect. Nothing.

Room was comfortable and clean, everything I needed. Staff were so friendly and helpfull. Monkeys paid a visit every day, staff did well to keep them under control. Breakfast was good. Had a massage at the spa, very good. Overall im very happy with my stay there. Will miss Miko the little ginger cat.

Good location Room not clean especially bathroom. Towels are old!!!! We have to be transferred to a different room bec AC old and not strong enough for cold air. I will not recommend this place!!

- Seeing the monkeys - pools - location - comfortable room - Didn’t love the breakfast. Not suitable for those who don’t eat meat, egg or dairy. Even the rice contained butter, which was disappointing. - School (teenagers) groups during our stay. There were two separate groups of around 20+ students, and some evenings turned into a bit of a party on the grounds. It wasn’t a relaxing experience for those looking to unwind and getting a pool bed was nearly impossible, with people even resorting to sitting on the ground.

Great location near monkey Forest , nice room , the pools are great and the room was clean with a comfy bed Unfortunately another Bali toilet that fills to the top when flushed. I don’t think that problem is at all anything to do with the hotel but more a mainstream issue in Bali Waiting 10 minutes to have the toilet flushed after 4-5 attempts

Pool area is very nice. towels not available in the morning Breakfast in line with price Exposed wiring in the room. Light fittings etc. Tv to small I left two dead cockroaches on the floor in the corners, they remained there the whole stay. To get wifi had go outside on the balcony, not available in the room at all. Toliet required many flushes to remove solids.

Old property but very well maintained. Stuff is super friendly and attentive. First room we were gives had strong smell of mold, but hotel staff found us another room, which was great.

The location is great - 20 min on foot to Ubud Art Market, right next to Monkey Forest, so you can see the monkey leisurely playing on balconies - just be careful not to leave any food or anything else outside. Breakfast was good, served 7 till 10 am, the selection isn’t super wide, but the food is good. Spa: I had relaxing massage every day - their masseuse Budi is very attentive and professional, and super lovely too - although I’d say everyone is super lovely there! There are two swimming pools, sun-beds, lots of greenery on the territory, it’s quite quiet there, despite its proximity to the shopping street and the forest - all very nice. Nothing really, it was a very pleasant experience

The pools were amazing, good Breakfast, The restaurant staff where just the best, so friendly and helpful. We loved having the monkeys around, they were funny. We were travelling with a 10 year old and the place was good for her. The rooms where spacious. It was right by the shops and a little convenience store. Nice massages too, at a good price. The ladies were very professional. We would go back again and stay.

Convenient to town, breakfast was good for value. Rooms could've been more cleaner, bathrooms can be renovated, balconies couldn't be used as monkeys are there. Mosquitos in room.
