it was in a great location on Monkey Forest road. During check-in they tried to tell me their credit card machine was broken. It took 1 minute to find a new one ? Then they tried to charge me more for paying Visa. I showed them the email from Booking.com and told them that it stated the total price & that I could pay Visa. It just felt like a scam. The room was really sad: the furniture was a mix of random pieces there was a support bracket on the wall but no TV, the bathroom was in pretty bad shape (I’ve lived in Asia and know what to expect - this was bad), lastly, there was no soap/toilet paper/towels/water. I was able to get everything except the water. overall, it wasn’t a great experience. luckily I was there for only 1 night.

The staff and the location were nice. The rest was a horrible experience. The room smelled like mold, the bed sheets had mildew on them, and the bathroom was full of mildew. My daughter and I arrived close to midnight due to a delayed flight. We had two separate bookings, mine through bookit.com and my daughters through expedia. My daughter was here for a school event and was rooming with a classmate. Therefore, I had a separate booking. Upon arrival, we were brought to the same room. When I asked for my own room, I was told that I did not have one as the hotel was fully booked - was then told to speak with the staff in the morning. Also, there were no towels or soap in the room - asked the staff that brought us to the room for one - gave us one towel and told us to ask the staff in the morning. The next morning, I spoke with staff and was given my own room. Left the key with my daughter as the room was in slightly better condition than hers and left for my trip. My room and a one bed and my daughters room had 2 beds. The front desk made my daughter turn in my room key so she and her roommate could get a new room- therefore leaving me with no room to return to after my trip. My daughter ended up leaving the hotel the next day after having black water running through the pipes. **this hotel does NOT look like the immaculate pictures posted online. It's absolutely disgusting** Messaged the hotel in regards to a refund, and it's been 2 days already, and there has been no response at all.

Location When we arrive the rooms where mouldy, beds where mouldy and the bathroom was also mouldy and very dirty… we requested a refund as we refused to stay in these conditions however this was declined

To be honest, just the location. Basically, everything. The place it's full of mold, terrible shower and toilet seat. The bedroom wasn't smelling good. Mold on the walls, not enough light. They didn't offer towels or toilet paper. Nothing was like the photos. I will never get back to that place.

.No comment Service was poor and staff struggled with English. The pictures on Booking.com do not reveal the Truth. There no blanket on the bed. Only after explaining - did we receive one. Room was not serviced at all - Not even the emptying of the rubbish bin. Struggled with Booking.com to change the dates.

Close to monkey forest and the temples and markets. Was nothing wrong with the property, very standard room and bathroom - pretty clean and acceptable.

The location is very good, in Ubud center, that helped us go around many place , mostly on feet No daily room cleaning Not well airy room

Nothing the whole place is in very poor condition everything is broken, no staff to help the fridge was so dirty totally unbelievable I think that you people should be conduct a full investigation of this place Absolutely nothing the same as everyone else was saying
