I booked on the day itself because there is unexpected cancellation from my original villa so when I reached there are some double booking but they manage to give us a replacement rooms on their resort. The location is in a small lane. Luckily th ere is alot of foreigner stay there so there is not much cars. But maybe can improve on the parking because. I got the room that abit further from the parking lot

We stayed at ubud wana resort for 2 nights and everything was horrible. 1. Super mega limited to non existent parking space, they only have 1 parking space for the entire 5 unit of villas. Imagine you have to fight for the spot every. single. day. of your stay here 2. Bad unstable wifi connection, as if we were living in a cave or in a prehistoric era. 3. Dirty pool, the pool water was so murky, greenish and very obvious that they never clean the pool. We asked them to clean the pool on the first day but well the picture says everything. 4. Dirty rooms, you can find a lot of spider webs on the corner of the furnitures and also hanging from the ceiling 5. Uneducated staff, when we reached the villa we found this 1 parking space available so clearly we want to park our car in this spot. Instead of allowing us to park in this villa parking spot, the staff told us that we should ask for permission first. I mean we paid for the villa and we stayed at the villa so the parking spot should belong to us. But the staff told us “no” plenty of times. The only positive thing about this villa is price wise, its pretty cheap. But man, you gotta keep up with your quality and service you offer

Hopefully things will get back to normal soon for Bali! I love how it's super close to Monkey forest and to the nature. We love walking to the city thru the short cut right beside monkey forest. The staffs were super helpful, we love the big breakfast, and how they put their effort to meet our expectations. Super love. Thank you, Pak Yopi for the hospitality. The room is a little outdated but it was clean and well maintained.
