VERY Quiet, clean, great staff, sweet and kind, helpful, comfortable bed, very high quality there Used to be my favorites place, but since WIFI isn't working at all at the top floors I couldn't work from there. Also the monkey forrst shortcut closed (non of their fault) so place is very hard to drive in and out with traffic

Great pool shower and bathroom

Staff, pool was great, day bed on balcony, location is great and in a quiet stree with great places to eat. The bathroom!!! My shower flooded the entire room. Also walls are very thin so I heard every noise coming from the two adjoining rooms.

Staff amazing friendly people, rooms beautifully designed and comfortable beds. Love the room doors. My children enjoyed the pool and listening to frogs singing in the evenings. Restricted time for swimming.

I was disappointed with my stay. The room was not like the photos on Booking.com and was not clean, with a bad smell and humidity, and the guy at reception was kind, but he needs more experience to help guests when there is a problem. I asked to change rooms, but he didn’t give me a chance, and I ended up leaving after one night even though I had booked three nights. Sadly, there was no refund or any compensation offered, which made me very disappointed.

After a booking mishap at another property in Seminyak (the booking was made through booking.com but we fell into the trap of “partner offer”), staying at Garden View Ubud was the best choice that my husband and I made. What we thought was gonna be a 2-night stay, ended up being a whole-week stay. The room was tidy and spacious, so spacious that we could do our morning stretches in there. The bed was comfortable. The hotel staff were really attentive, explained the check in process clearly, even went out of their way to drop our takeout food to our door, and brought us extra towels for our swim which we thought was really nice. The pool was nice and clean. The garden is so green and lush, and we were lucky enough to enjoy the view and the sound of birds singing everyday from our terrace. The breakfast was nice and really worth the price. Garden View is quite far from the city centre (not that far if you ride a motorbike), it was around 15-20 mins to the city centre by car, longer if you’re brave enough to walk. We didn’t mind it as we liked the fact that the area is still relatively peaceful and quiet compared to the busy central Ubud. It’s close to the Monkey Forest so you can see some on the streets. There are some nice restaurants nearby. The water pressure from the shower head was not strong enough. If you plan to bring more than 3 devices, it might be better to bring your own extension cord/s.

The whole place was so green and lush. The bed was comfortable, and the pool was really nice. Breakfast was really nice for the price. The shower pressure wasn’t strong enough.

Everything was fine except the noise level. When someone uses water the pump comes on and if there is a function next door it’s rather noisy. Make sure you get a room without extra noise

Beautiful room nice stuff, helpful and gorgeous area, close to coffee and restaurants. The room was very nice and confy, bed was super comfy and facilities were ok for the price There was loud noise from the water pump, the neighbor was smoking and it got into the room If not the loud noise from the neighbor room pump I'd have extended more

Great staff, beautiful pool and garden, nice restaurants, monkey's visited the garden, quiet rooms, comfortable beds, good bang for your buck. The restaurant didn't didn't have a huge variety for vegetarians.

Location was really good, all landmarks were nearby Staff was really good tbh It was Dirty, at night there were really weird sounds, probably a bird or something

We stayed at the new building. The room is beautiful,big and clean surrounding with a beautiful garden. Will be back for sure!
