The room was amazing, the bed was super comfortable and the shuttle to the city was also super useful. The food at the restaurant is super tasty although the portions could be more generous. The gym is in very bad conditions. I would have expected a much better gym in a 5 start hotel. There's no A/C (so plenty of mosquitos), very few equipments and they are not working properly and the gym needs an urgent refurbishment. Also there are no places to properly sunbathe as all the sunbeams are covered by huge ombrellones/ trees.

It was my third visit! Perfect to escape from the bustling main streets of Ubud. Love the staff who remember me from stay to stay, the spa, breakfast, restaurant, onsite yoga, pools. This time they even escorted me to hospital (my own fault). That I couldn't stay longer! Sometimes the hot water takes a while to reach the top floor, but it always does!

The staff provided exceptional customer service. Everyone always greeted me with a smile and was willing to help in any way. The reception staff even went above and beyond to make my flower pool a reality, when it almost didn’t happen due to a miscommunication. My villa was decorated appropriately for my Big birthday celebration. The villa was clean, spacious and had a wonderful private pool. I also enjoyed the indoor/outdoor living situation. Lastly, the food was pretty good. Dendi made the best omelettes, daily. The spa services were top-notched. The location could have been a bit more central to Ubud center. Otherwise, really good stay.

It’s was very clean Nothing everything was great service was top tier.They even took the time out to sing me happy birthday and I didn’t even tell them that it was! Love this place will definitely be back

Clean, spacious, staff were wonderful, food was delicious. They were very attentive and accommodated my severe peanut and almond allergy. We also liked the option of having daily activities / tea & snacks in the afternoon, and shuttles to the city. The staff noticed it was my husband’s birthday fairly recently, and they surprised him with a slice of cake! So intentional. Special shout out to Dita and Dendi (Egg Man) who made our stay extra memorable. Nothing! Everything was perfect!

The facilities are exceptional — complimentary yoga sessions twice a day, a well-equipped gym, and an absolutely amazing spa that completes the wellness experience. The property itself is incredibly beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery that adds to the feeling of harmony and serenity. Rooms are beautiful. The hotel also offers a free shuttle to the city center several times a day, which is very convenient and saves a lot of time. The staff create a warm, welcoming atmosphere and are genuinely interested in your well-being. The jungle setting was beautiful and very peaceful, creating a true Ubud vibe. The complimentary daily activities such as yoga, breathwork, and sound healing were exceptional and added great value to the stay. The food was healthy and well prepared, and the spa experience itself was very relaxing. In the two-bedroom private villa, the rooms and kitchen were not internally connected, which felt a little inconvenient. Additionally, the breakfast selection was somewhat limited, and the spa pricing felt slightly on the higher side.

Its calm and relaxing Eventhough we stayed for 5 nights, they could not let us stay in hotel more than 30 mins after the time. Other resorts take care of the customers.

Comfortable bed and room upgrade Room was not cleaned and not properly checked before our check in. Accordingly we did not understand the high rating here from the reviews. Rooms do not look like the pictures

Truly a 5 star resort, everything was perfect from the beginning to the end of our trip. Staff was super professional and extremely polite, facilities are superb The side road to the resort does need some maintenance but I believe it’s not up to the resort to get this done
